Fantastic experience: I can’t thank the team at Vincentia Dental Care enough for how smoothly my wisdom teeth extraction went. I was previously referred to an oral specialist by another practice, as my bottom wisdom teeth were partially erupted. I was advised to visit Dr Chris and I’m so grateful I did. He was so quick and efficient and in under an hour both of the teeth were extracted in the chair. The team was very knowledgeable and reassuring during the healing process and any questions I had, they were happy to answer and help me out. I couldn’t recommend the whole team and Dr Chris enough for any dental needs, I’m glad that I’ve found a team that I can trust!

Fantastic experience: While visiting from Sydney, my young son had an accident and chipped his two front teeth. I called around to a few places and no one could help. I got a hold of Vincentia Dental Care and the receptionist was extremely helpful over the phone...she got us in within 30minutes (On a Friday afternoon at 4pm). Dr Chris was absolutely amazing and kept my son (and me) at ease, he checked his teeth and explained the process moving forward for when we return to Sydney. Highly recommend this dental clinic. Fantastic experience: Vincentia dental care at the Home Co is by far the best Dentist I have ever been to. I had both of my teenagers get fast braces and was amazed with the results and the customer service I received was amazing. Thank you so much to the Vincentia team.

Negative experience: Went for a filling replacement filling after old one fell out. Also had a filling that had fallen out previously. They renewed one filling and that cost $499. Said older one needed to be extracted at a later date. Asked the receptionist the cost of extraction. Of course she was very vague and said around $200. Ok, that’s sounds about right. Went back for extraction, simple and no fuss. Went o pay and they charged $435. Wow. No cleaning or check was provided. I am a pensioner and this was a bit out of order I feel. Won’t be returning to this practice. Seems if you don’t get a firm quote they charge the absolute maximum. Beware. My last dentist visit hopefully.

Fantastic experience: Chris was so good in helping me nurse an abses tooth for a yr, due to another health condition not allowing me to have a tooth pulled. He was caring and understanding. Finally I was able to have the tooth pulled. Unfortunately 3 days prior the abses appeared. Chris took great care and managed to get the tooth out and stitched up and now on the road to recovery. Not only is Chris a great caring dentist his staff are amazing. They make sure your looked after and do follow up calls the following day to check on you. Thanks Chris and staff.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this dental surgery enough! I have attended this practice a couple of times now and I have to acknowledge how great the receptionists and dentists are! I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr Chris when no other dentist wanted to remove them, and he was so quick and efficient!

Negative experience: If ur loaded and money is no object, sure, come here, but expect to pay atleast triple what u would anywhere else! I was shocked, I won't be back, dentist did an average job atleast.

Negative experience: Waited to be served and was ignored for near 6 minutes, whilst the receptionist sat and ignored me, wasn’t until I left they realised their error. Too bloody late- customer Service was terrible. Being ignored was by far ignorant of them.

Negative experience: The Practice Manager (the Wife of this Dentist ) was working whilst Covid 19 positive. In that time they treated 50 Patients when they should have been in isolation. I reported them to the Dental Council and he was subsequently suspended. Response to Vincentia Dental, This “old woman “ has the documentation from the Dental council to support my claims. I’m more than happy to share with anyone who’s interested.

Negative experience: Charged $235 for my 5 year olds first visit to the dentist. He was in the chair for 10 minutes!

Negative experience: I agree with a previous review. I didn't feel like the dentist listened to me, the receptionist was rude and reprimanded me in front of another patient for being late for my appointment, I had a 9.15am appointment and arrived at 9.03am. It was very expensive, used a huge portion of my medical benefits refund and now I have to go to another dentist to resolve the problem. Definitely do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went in on a Saturday when noone else would take me for an emergency as I'd broken my tooth. Not only were they exceptionally friendly and helpful in fitting me in but Dr Khachig (Chris) Kourshounian DDS is bar none the best dentist I have ever been to. His skill is incredible. Thank you so much in restoring my faith in dentists as I have had multiple bad previous experience elsewhere. I have found my forever dentist.

Negative experience: They didn't really address my concerns. I suppose they think they know my teeth better than I do plus they are super expensive compared to dentists that I have seen in the past. I would only recommend if you can't find anyone else and really really need something fixed urgently. But be prepared to pay dearly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris recently removed my 2 bottom wisdom teeth in the chair. I put this off for a long time, honestly too terrified to go ahead with it, but also dreading the possibility of having to have it done under GA. However the procedure was quick and laregely painless, both teeth only took about 30 minutes from numbing to completion. The discomfort of the local anaesthetic was reduced to almost nothing by a special device that injects under low pressure. I had almost no swelling and only minimal discomfort in the following days. I was absolutely convinced i would not cope during this procedure, but left pleasantly surprised. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Chris to anyone feeling apprehensive in regard to removal of wisdom teeth.

Fantastic experience: My impacted wisdom teeth have been giving me troubles for quite a long time but i was delaying my visit to the dentist for as long as I could. And then few days ago I woke up with the swollen face! How lucky we are to have such a modern dental practice here in Vincentia. I had my OPG x-ray done on the spot, my wisdom teeth were still impacted and i already was experiencing so much pain that I didn't want to wait for them to start coming through giving me even worse symptoms. I decided to have all 4 of them extracted at the same time! Dr Chris isn't just the best dentist i have ever been to, I deeply believe that he has a GIFT in what he does! All 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth were numbed, removed and stitched in just 45 min. During all procedure I was completely stress and pain free lying in a chair watching TV on the ceiling! The work was done so fast and professionally that I didn't even experience any swelling the next day. A massive THANK YOU, Sona and Dr. Chris for everything you do.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience ever! My partner and I were on holiday to Jervis Bay for the Christmas Holiday, we came cross Vincentia Dental Care on the way to bathroom of the shopping centre. Being the end of the year, we needed to use up our health fund so we decided to get our teeth cleaned and checked. Not expecting much from a little town off the coast, it was the most amazing experience! I am have very high expectation for customer service as being from North America, customer service comes at a different level that you just don't get here in Australia. Not only did they fit us in the following day, we found out that my partner had bad wisdom teeth that grew into his molars and were destroying his teeth. Sona squeezed us in the following day for his extraction of his two wisdom teeth as we were only in town for another day. There at the practice they have top notch technology. All imaging and x-rays were done there. It was a one stop, no referrals elsewhere was needed. I was very impressed with all the equipment and technology offered at the practice. Even down to the the anaesthetic injection. It was done by machine that injects slowly so there is no pressure going in so there was no pain. Usually most dentist do this by hand as it is cheaper then to invest in one of theses machines, however, it is almost impossible to control the pressure and speed that the anaesthetics goes in hence the pain. Dr. Kourshounian (Chris) was the person that did my partner's extraction. Both teeth took about 10 mins to take out. He was out in about 30 mins from extraction to stitch his gums back. Chris is highly qualified with years of experience. I would recommend him to everyone I know! It was quick and painless which is never the case from all the horror stories I hear from taking out your wisdom teeth. Best of all we were just on a moderate level coverage with Medibank private and it was mostly covered! It was painless and stress free. We went straight to the beach after and enjoyed the rest of our holiday. Sona and Chris made our experience so memorable. We are from Canberra but we will no longer be going to any dentist there. We are happy to dive 3 hours to Jervis Bay in future as we will only see Chris going forward. THANK YOU VINCENTIA DENTAL CARE!
