Pacific Smiles Dental Browns Plains

Negative experience: I now my not a fan of Pacific Smiles Dental at Grand Plaza. Went there 2 weeks ago for a simple filling, it has just fallen out. At the time I was not crushing ice with my teeth or eating.

Fantastic experience: Expert care provided by Dr Ravneet Sindhu and her colleague, Mariam. Both were gentle, reassuring, friendly and calm. I was able to get an appointment when I had the opportunity to go (Sunday afternoon!), and I appreciated being able to see my X-rays and photos of problem areas on a large screen in front of me. I had a general checkup and clean, small filling and had a cast taken for a bruxism appliance. Highly recommend the clinic, and public kudos to Mariam and Ravneet for their exceptional patient care and education.

Fantastic experience: I found it hard to find a Dentist that didnt charge too much after my Dentist for 30.years retired until Pacific Smiles was recommended by a friend. They have neen very professional and Dr Ibraham very nice man. Reasonably priced too.

Fantastic experience: What a great clinic!!!! Friendly staff clean clinic and a manager that cares!!!!! I’m sure I bored the manager with my million questions, but Sam the manager answered all them patiently and even laughed at my dental jokes I’m sure she has heard a million times!!!! I would recommend this team to look after you!

Negative experience: Quoted for fillings, had them done and went to pay to with an added $230 to the cost. When I queried the cost with the dentist she brushed it off and told me to sort it out with the insurance company. Looking at the receipt, a fifth filling was added without discussion or consent.

Positive experience: I recently attended this clinic after my front tooth which is temporary splinted fell out. Whilst I was greatful that I was able to get an emergency appointment and the staff were very gracious and accommodating when my Navman sent me on a wild goose chase to find the clinic; however, unfortunately I was not happy with the overall result following my appointment. The front tooth itself was placed back in wonky and did not align with the rest of my teeth. I must admit having a wonky tooth is better than having no tooth at all but I now consistently crunch down on that particular tooth whilst eating which is less than ideal. I have now had to make an appointment with my regular dentist to have this rectified as it is clear the current position of my tooth will continue to cause problems. I had no issues whatsoever with the customer service and found this to be excellent however, when paying hundreds of dollars for an emergency appointment, I would expect a little more attention to detail.

I highly recommend them. I was so impressed with Dr Ritu Nair, her gentle approach put me right at ease. She did the most amazing job on my teeth. I had a front tooth that caused me to have terrible self confidence over the years. Dr Ritu fixed it so well, that I cried happy tears all the way home. I can’t stop smiling, honestly this dr has changed my self confidence for life! So thankful.

Positive experience: I had my 17th tooth removed on 15/03/2025 (Sat). It was hard to remove and my 16th tooth was affected with pains for at least 4 days. I could not eat in food for 2 days. I had headaches on the 2nd and 3rd day as well. 16th tooth seemed shaken a lot when 16th tooth was removed. Hope it is a transicient situation and have them all good soon.

Dr. Sidhu thoroughly explained my dental concerns and addressed them with great care and expertise. The procedures, which included a filling and cavity removal from my wisdom tooth, were painless and meticulously performed. The entire experience was smooth and professional. I would gladly return to Dr. Sidhu for future dental care and highly recommend their services. Outstanding work!☺️

Negative experience: Do yourself a favour and run away as fast as you can from here! Went there for an emergency procedure because my regular dentist was not available on Sunday. Dr Sidu butchered my teeth, took over an hour to extraction. Broke stitches while she finishes up, then did again to only last until I come home. Roots are exposed on the adjacent two teeth. Gum is damaged badly. Said there will be follow up calls, but that was just a lie. I had to have a tonne of painkillers, and it was bleeding due to the lack of stitch for days. No, I dont want to email you with the experience yet again! If you are proactive, my details are in your system. I'm not expecting any call/email from you anyway because I will never come back! Get some qualified people to do healthcare!

Fantastic experience: I can’t remember the Dentists name who looked after me however I wanted to pass on my thanks and feedback. I recently had two wisdom teeth removed at the browns plains clinic. From start to finish, my dentist and her assistant made me feel very comfortable and did a fantastic job at keeping me as calm as possible. There was some issues with the numbing not working we had to stop multiple times, I’m so thankful to have had a dentist who believed me and administered more medication when I told her I could feel everything. Thank you again to the lovely dentist & assistant who took care of me! I’ll be back for my next clean.

Negative experience: Honestly one of the worst dental experience I ever had. When I had my teeth checked and cleaned it was very painful. They didn’t even put something to numb my teeth. The cleaning was very aggressively done, plus I was really crying during the procedure as it is very painful. I told the dentist how painful it was but she just ignored me. Never going back. Felt traumatised going to the dentist again after that.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Pacific Smiles Dental were genuinely very lovely. They did a follow up call the following day and offer some great payment arrangements for those people that don’t have their upfront costs or private health insurance.

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 I would. Arrived at appointment 10 minutes early today for my son as he was feeling anxious, we booked the appointment a couple of weeks ago only to to find that they cancelled his appointment, , as they rang the day before the appt, didn't leave a message and because I failed to answer cancel on me. We travelled 40 minutes to get there. The lady at reception was rude and passive aggressive blaming me for not answering the phone because I work full time. She was unable to remember my sons name and it had to be repeated 4 times. Disgusting behaviour and treatment especially to a child. There is no patient care just concerned about the bottom dollar. Shame on you.

I was having a full blown anxiety attack today before getting an extraction done and was just terrified of the whole process… I walked out just now feeling so content and satisfied in my experience! I was walked through the whole process, they moved at my pace and didn’t rush me. Dr Ritu was fabulous with communication and she has given me back faith in dentistry as a whole! Thank you so much to the whole team who helped me today, there is honestly not enough stars that I can give you all to show how brilliant and kind you all were. I hope you all get the recognition you deserve! If you are someone who has been putting it off in fear and based on costs. These guys are kind, affordable and respectful of your wishes (no pushing services you don’t want or can’t afford!), I don’t think I could recommend them enough! Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this particular dentist for many years now. After getting health insurance, I started going there for regular cleans and maintenance. Over the years I’ve had to have minor work done - a few fillings - and they have always been quick and efficient and the cost has always been reasonable. I have a bad jaw on my right side from an injury years ago and they are always mindful of that and ask me if I need to take a break. Most recently I have had to postponed my regular six monthly checkup multiple times due to heavy workload and personal health problems. One night I chipped a tooth while eating my dinner. I went straight in for my previous cancelled check up and ask them about repairing the tooth and what it would cost. It wasn’t much that much but I had a lot of medical bills that week and couldn’t afford to get it on the day as I get paid fortnightly and as I work in the same centre, I said I would come back in a few days when I get paid and get it done. The dentist (who wasn’t even my usual dentist) was not at all comfortable with me, leaving with a damaged tooth as we were unsure as to why it had a crack in the first place and he covered the cost of the repair for me. I was extremely grateful. ❤️ I have never had a bad experience with this dentist and everyone there is truly, truly lovely.

Negative experience: Went in to get 2 teeth extracted. Over priced butchers ,stay clear. Reception staff have no clue or manners either update:- ended up in hospital that night as the tooth extraction wasn’t done properly and part of the root was left in there.

Fantastic experience: Really great experience, went in for a clean, 2 small cavities were found and shown to me, they were able to immediately fix them with 2 fillings. In and out within 30mins. Amazing service!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time in 4 years since I had a clean after moving to Australia. The service and experience was phenomenal. The booking system was easy and I didn’t have to wait when I arrived. Cherie was super gentle and paid extra attention to my teeth. She was even able to perform an emergency orthodontic repair as my wire for my braces snapped the night before the appointment. She was quick to think and I was out of there in 30 mins. Fantastic experience: Have been twice now for basic scale and clean and have had a wonderful experience both times. Both dentists were lovely, polite young females who seemed professional and helpful. Dr J. Rameswaran in particular is terrific. They were gentle and efficient and made the visit as comfortable as possible for me. I'm not sure if the whole ordeal was made easier for me because I take good care of my teeth outside of dental visits and have good health insurance cover but either way, I'm a fan.

Negative experience: Can honestly say one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had . After bad tooth ache tried this surgery . They gave me a deep filling whilst telling me (as they were drilling away )I am pretty much needing a root canal( which I would have happily gone ahead with knowing I was going to be enduring the pain I am currently) . I asked the dentist what I should do as as a patient you trust their opinion . She’s says “ A filling will be fine , but we will wait and see how you go ..” One week later in still in bad pain but after paying over 300 dollars for a FILLING no relief . Spoke to manager there asking why they recommended a filling if I truly in fact needed a root canal . She told me to go get antibiotics from a doctor or could I come back and pay 1500 dollars for a root canal which would take 3 visits ! And that they don’t give root canal option to first time patients as it’s too expensive and heavy going I am going overseas for sport for one month in pain and extremely upset / worried because I can not afford to fix this issue or were they open to helping . They are extremely over priced and from someone like myself who never complains or gives bad reviews DO NOT GO HERE . I also had to endure the dentist and her assistant gossiping /Bitching about other staff members all through the filling like I wasn’t even there . Extremely overpriced and unprofessional !

Negative experience: Go in for a clean. Worst I have ever had. Leave with a quote for over $3000 for work I don’t need. Confirmed by my regular dentist. High pressure sales is disgusting!! Something you don’t expect at a dentist who is supposed to have your best interests st heart. Do not go to this dentist, you will be ripped off!! At least get a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: There is nothing worse than loosing a crown/front tooth. Pacific Smiles saw me immediately and made a temporary crown straight away. Thank you so much. I can smile again.
