Fantastic experience: Very helpful and caring especially if you are not comfortable

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to this dentist in over 6 years having moved away, but always knew the staff and prices were 5 star. I returned today and nothing has changed! I made a booking for a scale and clean but had to quickly made an emergency appointment sooner as my wire after my inmanaligners had half fallen off! Sarah the receptionist was so helpful and quick to fill in a morning time slot. Her customer service was out of this world. I then saw a lovely young woman, Dr Varsha, who efficiently cleaned my teeth and assessed my wire situation - she was very honest and said she may not be able to fix it herself but another Ortho would be able to look at it later in the day. I saw Dr Jimmy who quickly bent the wire back into place and popped some glue to make it stick for good this time! I felt the immediate relief and thanked him and his lovely assistant profusely. Upon asking Sarah what I was up for she kindly advised that there was no fee. I am still shocked and beyond grateful for this impeccable experience. Words can't formulate the appreciation towards this amazing practice. I dont even think 5 stars is enough to place as a rating. I will be back for my filling later December.. Thank you so much team

From the first time I met him and his team, they were all super nice and made me feel really welcome. Every appointment was easy and fun, and they always explained everything so well. The cost was really fair too — no surprises or hidden stuff, which was awesome. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. Dental at Lake Haven is just the best! Fantastic experience: The reception staff was very friendly and always greeted me with a smile before every appointment. Dr Jimmy Rao was heavily involved and helped me greatly during my entire journey with Invisalign. His attention to detail and strong skills allowed me to succeed in the treatment, and obtain the best set of teeth I could ask for. I would strongly recommend Dental at Lake Haven and their staff to anyone seeking orthodontic, or dental treatment.

From fancy glittery pink glasses for my daughter to wear down to the little squishy toy at the end, this clinic was so child focused and I would recommend 100%. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr Varsha Anton has done extensive work on my teeth.I couldn't recommend her more highly she is very professional and friendly.I has a number of fillings and I don't get needles for any fillings and I felt zero pain.

Fantastic experience: Always fun going to the dentist! Sounds confusing but Jimmy and ALL his Dental techs are great. Facing a tooth situation can be daunting but walking in the door you're welcomed by Admin Ashleigh and the girls. Admin and the dental team make this practice shine, as its calm and super friendly with many giggles. Jimmy has a range of technology's used in the surgery. For example, today I learnt how my crown is made and saw my tooth being formed. Not all surgeries on the coast have this technology nor expertise. So there's no need to go to Sydney or Newcastle as its all provided at Dental at Lake Haven. That's a huge plus for us on the coast. Over the years I've had 3 crowns, 2 implants, Fillings and teeth cleaning, it's like finding a good hairdresser except they use a different brush. It truly is a very positive experience, all the way, and Jimmy explains everything about the process and costs. Thanks for always looking after me. Highly recommended

Negative experience: I had a very poor experience with these guys, definitely go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend this dentist. Went to have orthodontic treatment there. Didn’t bother to explain what was happening kept getting told different things and then they’d do nothing except change wire. Would wait a while just to go in and virtually come back out and they are a rip off! Didn’t request an unreasonable refund considering what had been done haha also you have positive reviews because you ask people to delete the bad ones like you did myself! Lol

Fantastic experience: We drive 30mins just to go to Dental at Lake Haven, we have been to a number on of dental practices but non come close to the service and warm welcome we receive here. Stacey is not only a brilliant and professional dentist she is so great with the kids. Stacey is friendly, caring and gentle and makes the experience of going to the dentist a pleasure. Just when you think she couldn’t be any better, she also makes the kids a balloon shape when they have all finished! I highly recommend Dental at Lake Haven.

We have always been treated like a family member by him and today was just amazing .The struggle we all go though and he is so accommodating and the most understanding dentist he is worth gold . Positive experience: Turn into narrow drive of main road sometimes difficult with drivers behind, parking area small, very clean area and staff and dentist very friendly, appointments are needed, my school children like to go there when needed, on my visit was shocked by the expensive prices, health fund fully recommend

Jimmy and his great staff were able to give me a replacement crown in only two hours with one appointment after the initial consultation to plan the work. He is on track with the new technology. Fantastic experience: After breaking my tooth in a traumatic accident, my tooth was repaired poorly by a dentist in Tamworth. Dr Nicolle fixed my tooth, and it is now better than new. I could not be happier. I will never see another dentist again

Fantastic experience: The customer service I receive every time I have an appointment is impeccable. There’s no other words to describe jimmy and his team other than brilliant; I’ve never met anyone more well driven and focused at work while also able to keep the conversation going. Jimmy works my schooling and work hours around the appointments flexible to my study. Moreover, not only did jimmy make my teeth straight he also provided a safe and friendly environment for me and even my Down syndrome brother ( who adores jimmy). Fantastic experience: Today I went in to have my teeth cleaned and talk through my X-Rays for my wisdom teeth to be removed and have never been so happy with a dentist visit! Fran and Sharon were lovely as they did my clean and talked me through my X-Ray and Oral health. Jimmy is the Senior Dentist and was very professional and informative. Lee was at reception and took the time to call and assist with the handover to my surgeon. The staff were always smiling and the practice was clean and tidy with great hygiene standards which created a great vibe and experience. Now I have told my partner to go here and we won't go anywhere else on the central coast from now on! Highly recommend! :)

Fantastic experience: Dental At Lake Haven has been absolutely amazing,not only is their work a cut above the rest but their service is outstanding. During the whole process this year of getting a front tooth implant i have been so impressed with everything they do. Nick & Jimmy (dentists ) AMAZING - considering the WORK i had to go through i never once felt any pain. And the end result is PERFECT :) And all the girls are wonderful in their jobs, they are always accommodating with appointments and super friendly when you are there or just ring. I recommend these guys to anyway looking for the BEST Dentistry around 10/10
