Fantastic experience: Last night I broke a crown right at the front of my mouth and rang up first thing this morning. Emma on reception was so understanding and helpful and squeezed me in at 9.20 with Dr Puja for an assessment. Dr Puja was so compassionate and put me at ease. She fitted me in this afternoon at 2.00 to take a mould for a new crown and gave me a temporary one to get me through until my new one arrives. I have never felt so comfortable and confident with a dentist before and I recommend her highly to anyone needing dental or cosmetic work.

Fantastic experience: I've recently changed dentists to Prime Care Dental and have had three appointments so far. Everyone in the clinic is so lovely, which helps greatly with my dental anxiety. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Our family of 6 gave all been to the dentist in the last six months. All the staff particularly during my daughters teeth extractions we patient and kind. The receptionist is lovely, even calling the following day to check on the patient. We will not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an emergency dental visit for my child at Prime Dental, and I am beyond impressed with the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly accommodating and empathetic to our situation. They managed to calm my child’s anxiety and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. Dr. Puja was exceptional. She was not only highly skilled but also incredibly gentle and patient with my child. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand, ensuring we were comfortable and informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Prime Dental , their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional service have earned them five stars from us!

Negative experience: Lots of gum trauma after extraction of molar, did not file jaggard bone, was rude and reluctant to review me when I called 3 days later due to extreme and debilitating pain. I told her I was unable to work and taking endone to cope and she did not think a review was necessary. Cost $400 to have it pulled out, no exrays or other tooth examination.

Positive experience: It was OK I got a tooth filled on the day i rang. But they charged me an extra 65 bucks for a tooth check when I showed them which tooth it was. There was no checking. Showed the tooth git a filling nothing else

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Took my son in and was treated coldly by the dentist who would barely give my son the time of day in the chair. Put him in the too hard basket category. I now have found an amazing dentist elsewhere who actually gave my son a chance, gave him all her attention, grew his trust, did a filling and made a whole treatment plan up for him in the one appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had to get my wisdom tooth removed and as a 26 year old I’ve never had a tooth removed before so I was very nervous and almost said not to do it. But DR Chowdhry was amazing in keeping my nerves at ease! She explained I’ll be okay and won’t feel anything but pressure, And that she was exactly right! She had my tooth out within 2-3 minutes. She was very confident in what she was talking about and explained what to do for the after care of having a tooth removed. I will definitely be coming back to see her whenever I need dental care

Negative experience: Sent my partner to this dentist to get a tooth checked that was sore. He inquired about the payment plans they have to offer on getting further dental work done in the future... as it is listed on thier website... the dentist rudely said to my partner she is not a finance company.. asking him.. what does he think this is. It is listed on thier website. They could have told him nicely the options they had to offer.. rather than we are not a finance company! They also started work.. the administered the anesestic before informing him of the price.. he then felt obliged after that. He was quoted 220 to get it removed by my dentist but wanted to go here as they apparently offered payment plans. They charged him 340 for the tooth to be removed.. no consultation untill the anesestic was administered. This dentist is rude and just wants her money. Will never recommend or go here again. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I recently needed dental work to repair a broken tooth - the team a Prime Care Dental were able to fit me in at short notice, and during the consult Puja explained the various options available in a clear, unhurried manner. The actual procedure (a crown) was completed with care and consideration. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Puja and Prime Care Dental for quality care and service.

Negative experience: Was coming in to make an appt, but was quickly scared away by the dental nurse constantly coughing and sniffing, litterally every 30seconds, it's obvious she was sick, and judging by the state of the floors, I have mixed feelings about the cleanliness if this place also, I quickly left the waiting room and will not return.they also advertise "payment plans", but this is a lie, they do not allow payment plans themselves, they simply refer you to apply for finance through a 3rd party similar to afterpay.

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth completely fixed including fillings then crowns and a bridge. Could not recommend prime care dental enough. She changed my life and was so kind and informative about what need to be done to reach where I wanted to be regarding my teeth. Will never go to another dentist. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: After having a traumatic experience elsewhere, I was so scared and anxious to have my tooth pulled, however Puja was amazing at calming me and making me feel so at ease. She talked me through it and was so caring and kind and i didn't feel a thing! I cant recommend Prime Care Dental enough, they are professional and sympathetic and the staff are so lovely. Fantastic experience: Went to prime dental on Friday to have a tooth extracted. A different dentist just down the road didn't know what to do with it . Dr chowdury knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. Confidence in a dentist is reassuring and ill be back. Very happy , no swelling, very little discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I have been 3 times now as I needed multiple filling as I have previously been terrified about going to the dentist but now with Prime Dental I feel No pain, they actually take the time to wait for the numbing injection to work and it's not a bother. I am also terrified of needles and they have been so helpful, caring, friendly and kind. They also took me in as a never before seen patient at the end of the day on a Friday when my previous dentist sent me away knowing I was in a lot of pain, to suffer for the weekend. Thank goodness for Prime Dental.

Fantastic experience: My Experience.....l have been petrified of dentists my whole life....l did email prime care first...explaining fears...so l made the dreaded Phone call to make appointment.... I can't believe how nice...caring...and understanding the girls are... Best of all no pain....l have sat in the chair over 8 time now.....NO fear no panic attacks..l walk in smiling...not crying....
