Fantastic experience: I went there recently and had Eric and Claudia. They were really lovely and made you feel very comfortable. I had my wisdom tooth extracted and it was painless. They kept checking to make sure I couldn't feel any pain and that I was doing okay. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr Eric and Jas are both very thorough and attentive with their dental work. They take the time to discuss what they are doing and best of all they are careful to ensure there’s no pain or discomfort. They look after my teeth well and don’t over service me. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the clinic for a few years now and have had cleans, fillings, and orthodontic work (Invisalign) over this time. The staff have always been incredibly helpful, friendly, and are great at following up on appointments when you’re due. The dentists, particularly Justin, have been informative and work very gently. It’s one of few clinics where I feel very comfortable having work done. I had some issues towards the end of my Invisalign treatment (not the clinic’s fault, nor anything major), and the team went out of their way to make sure this was fixed. I’ve just completed my treatment and am so, so happy with the result. Thanks to the whole team for being attentive, helpful and supportive

The whole experience is very relaxed and not rushed in any way. Their attention to detail is second to none and their processes are fully explained, prior to any procedures or surgery. If you are looking for a new Dentist, look no further. After receiving scans, hygiene cleanses, 1 extraction, 6 implants, restoring 8 teeth in total, then whitening without so much as a Paracetamol afterwards, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Arthur Street Dental high enough. My two daughters and I went in for our 6 monthly check and clean and were so impressed from the moment we walked in. The reception staff are so welcoming, helpful and make you feel safe and happy to be there. Our experience with our check up and clean were also amazing. My young girls were made to feel comfortable at all times and both said how gentle Briony (the dental hygienist) was. It was also the most thorough clean I’ve ever had. I’m so impressed. Thank you for making our visit to the dentist so great and easy.

Fantastic experience: We had a first visit recently - Dr. Eric and the dental nurse were both absolutely brilliant. My daughter was quite nervous going to a new dentist following a not-so-good experience at a different practice. Dr Eric was incredibly kind, compassionate, fun, patient and gentle, going above and beyond in putting my daughter at ease so the appointment was able to unfold smoothly. We couldn't recommend them more highly, especially for children.

Like a lot of people I’ve always been anxious about most things relating to dental work, not anymore…I’ve had a deep clean and cosmetic work completed in the past month and didn’t experience any anxiety or stress due to the gentle and caring approach employed by this team of professionals. Prices are very reasonable and they don’t try and up sell products or treatments…just honest down to earth advice on what to do to achieve the best possible outcome for your individual needs. Fantastic experience: At 29w pregnant I found a hole in my tooth and was anxious about going to the dentist in this later stage of pregnancy, but knew something needed to be done. I got in quickly, and Justin was amazing! So nice and so professional. Not only was the appointment all of 15mins, he also filled the hole in my tooth without even needing to numb my mouth. I wasn't in any pain or discomfort for a second (even with sensitive teeth!), the hole was filled, and it was over in a flash! I'm so pleased with this dental experience and will only see the Arthur Street Family team from now on. Thank you Justin!!

Justin( my Denist) is managing my invisaline with Will assisting and l am very pleased with the results. The practice manager is excellent and all the dental nurses are competent and friendly. Fantastic experience: The entire team at Arthur St. Dental is simply the best! They each work toward reducing the anxiety and fear that all too frequently accompany visits to the dentist! Justin's work is professional - he doesn't try to convince patients to spend more money than is necessary. Will cleans teeth, gives good advice regarding how to keep teeth sparkling clean and pretty much manages the Invisalign program. The women at the front desk work to manage appointments and insurance claims. Absolutely everyone works well together, all toward making as sure as possible that each patient's needs are met. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I recently needed urgent dental help on a public holiday and out of the three practices I contacted, Arthur Street Dental was the only one that contacted me back. Although they were not open, they provided helpful advice to get me through until the next day when they squeezed me in and dealt with my dental problem immediately with much compassion and care. Justin and Bec listened to and responded positively to my 'dental anxiety' without judgement and in a friendly and calming manner. I even received a follow up phone call today to make sure I was going OK! I think this might be the first time EVER (in 50+ years) that I have been able to say nice things about a dentist! Thank you Justin, Bec and your reception team for the great service and positive experience! I cannot recommend your practice highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Arthur St Dental for many years and they are all outstanding. From the moment you enter you are welcomed with a friendly face, very pleasant people who treat you like they care and a very relaxed atmosphere in the waiting room. Kelly is the dental hygienist that my kids and I all see and she has taken the time to remember our names and is always polite and friendly (and a little strict when she needs to be). Justin is the dentist and he is nice, friendly, thorough and very gentle. He can deal with anything from abscesses to yeast and all those nasties in between. I couldn’t recommend this surgery higher.
