Fantastic experience: Walked in without an appointment, disheveled and crying with pain after a sleepless night. I had an infection/abscess caused by a wisdom tooth. Within 10 mins Dr. Adi had me in the chair checking me out and giving me options. 1 hour later I walked out with my problematic wisdom tooth extracted for a reasonable price. Whole team was amazing— receptionist, dental assistant and of course Dr. Adi who encouraged me along the way with “you’re doing great buddy” and provided me his mobile to call with any issues. Definitely my new dentist practice.

Negative experience: My father had teeth extractions for dentures at this dentist on the 1st July. The day next day he had to return because of uncontrolled bleeding. Today, went to have his dentures moulds done at the denture place and was told that there were still fragments of teeth and bone in the tooth bed and then had to go to another dentist to have the bits these dentists missed taken out. So another $300 to fix the mistake. Now he has to wait again to get dentures. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dentist. I would have complained directly to them if they answered the phone and their voicemail wasn't full.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ben & the team at pacific smiles lake haven were all such wonderful & lovely people & truly made our experience great. It was myself & 2 kids, both of which going for their first dental appointments & were extremely nervous but Dr Ben & his lovely assistant made them feel so comfortable and reassured, making it a bit of fun for the littlest one, answered all my older ones inquisitive questions & also kept them entertained while I had my own consult done. I am so thankful for this experience & to be able to walk away knowing that next time I don’t need to stress about how horrible this trip could go, because I know that my kids will be happy to return & that they feel safe in their hands. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Aditya Midha at pacific smiles Lakehaven on 28.4.25 I haven’t seen a dentist in some time and am a bit of a nervous patient due to teeth sensitivity. I was able to book through my private health insurers health app for the next day. My appointment was spot on time. I found Dr Midha to be polite and friendly. He took some X rays and did a clean on my teeth and fixed a sharp tooth damaged by acid wear. The doctor allowed me to take regular breaks in the treatment and paused treatment when he recognised I was in discomfort. The charge was very reasonable for a first visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Midha after my experience at pacific smiles Lakehaven dentists

He has a very kind, calm and patient demeanour and takes the time to explain the procedure beforehand. Fantastic experience: Had an excruciating tooth ache and discussed with a couple of different dentists what was best to be done. Worked with doctor Nasir and his assitant, they explained it clearly was patient with me and the staff were absolutely fantastic. As someone who has severe anxiety with the dentist they helped keep me calm through the whole thing and were very kind and patient when I did have a panic attack in the chair. They made the experience better than I had had before and would highly recommend the practice and Dr Nasir.

Negative experience: Horrible horrible place. 3 blonde girls (employee’s) sitting behind the glass window, giggling, trying to make fun of me - a trans 18 year old girl. One of the girls even pointing at her shoe, Clearly never been taught a lesson or respect. You girls are pushing 30 or 40 maybe even 50 making fun of a 18 year old trans girl you girlies must feel so tough!

Negative experience: Absolutely awful, my friend initially came in for a simple clean, charging her OVER $300. She waited the hour after because she was told to because of the cleaning product, the first bite she took of some food her front tooth chipped, it was a filling since she was 8!!!! And the dentist simply said it was a bad filling?? SHE HAD IT SINCE SHE WAS 8 AND HAD MANY CLEANINGS BEFORE THAT, only after this cleaning her filling came off. She then got the filling replaced, she took a look at it and asked him to round out the filling and to make it slightly shorter as it was NOTICEABLY LONGER THAN THE REST OF HER TEETH. about the flat filling , he said “it’s originally and meant to be flat.” Mind you all of her teeth were rounded out. And guess what, for the dentists mistake she had to pay ANOTHER $300 FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!!! acting like it was a bargain and a wonderful deal for the filling when the dentist was at fault. She has been in tears and will never be back. Do not send anyone here. The dentists price gouge and don’t care about how the finishing product of your teeth look.

Negative experience: Do not recommend. I went in feeling judged and came out in more pain then what I did going in and only ended up having a filling. I had a lot of anxiety coming in due to bad past experiences with dentists and not once did I feel comfortable or comforted the whole time I was there. The procedure to do a filling felt very rough, rushed and felt as though was not waiting long enough for the numbing to set in before going ahead and yet felt like they were upset with me because it wasn’t working like it should have been to be able to do a extraction for one of my teeth. I will not be returning

Negative experience: Pathetic, don't bother. Made an appointment for my son who is in agony, received an email stating appointment is confirmed, arrived to be told appointment was cancelled as not confirmed. Staff stated they called me (which I missed) call was from a secondary number so I did not recognise it as them, tried to call back, no answer. Staff claimed SMS had been sent but hadn't. Told dentist had gone home for the day. Absolutely disgusting service, will never return or recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have a major phobia and needed twilight sedation to have a tooth removed. The pre sedation process was thorough and there was no delay getting into the chair, which is very helpful when you are as anxious as I am! Lots of chatty questions kept my mind occupied while sedation was administered and next thing I knew it was all over. I highly recommend for anxious patients. I received a call to follow up on how I was doing a few days after, but had no problems with recovery. Thank you guys, (I won’t be in a hurry to come back , if you know what I mean!) but will definitely visit again when I need to.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional service from the moment I walked in the door. I had a clean and check up after not being to the dentist for about 5 years. The dentist was excellent at being careful with my sensitive teeth (due to sinus issues) and the dental nurse was also excellent as I didn't feel like I needed to swallow a million times during the clean. I will be recommending this dental surgery to my friends and family and will be taking my 4 y/o for her fist check up there in the coming weeks :)

Negative experience: I rang made a appointment 2weeks prior to going then on day your staff member rang and pushed appointment forward because your Dentist had to leave early this is not the customers fault I had my appointment I felt very rushed and the job carried out was rushed not happy with the results felt like the dentist couldn’t get rid of me quicker.There is more work to be done further at a large cost how can you feel comfortable paying for this service when you are rushed out the door.

Negative experience: Would not recommend dr Ravi. Charged over $200 for my son and he didn’t he see my sons teeth at all. Charged me over $200 for nothing. Will take your insurance money and provide no services.

Fantastic experience: I had severe pain from an infection, and was fortunate enough to get in for a last minute appointment with Dr Aditya. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough for my recent tooth extraction. Dr. Nasir clearly explained the entire procedure to me & the whole process from taking the X Ray of the tooth, then giving the anaesthetic & the tooth extraction all done in under 30 minutes with very little bleeding or pain . Even now after the anaesthetic has worn off Thank You will definitely be returning again for my future dental care.

Negative experience: Disgusting customer service, all they care about is making money off you. Receptionist tells you one thing on the phone and another thing when you get there. Dentists are extremely rude. Pay for work to only have it fall out after two days and then expect you to pay for it again

Negative experience: I am 70yo. In December 18, 2020, I had a gum infection on one of my two only teeth and attended this practice. An individual with an apron looking like a professional, came into the room and asked me what he could do for me on the day. I mentioned the sore gum and loose tooth, which he inspected. He then suggested an xray and this was done. On complexion and having viewed the result of the xray, the individual said that the tooth may have to come out. For that to happen, I would have to see the Denture technician and arrange a visit for a new denture before the extraction. He then prescribed me with antibiotics and told me to comeback if the infection was still present. He said that the tooth would have to come out. Well, I went to another Dentist for a second opinion and she said that the tooth and nerve were healthy and that it was just a gum infection. To this day and after a clean up post infection, my tooth remains firm and healthy. I paid $119.00 to your practice for nothing. No treatment, a wrong diagnosis and an unnecessary referral for a new denture. (the Denture technician works at the same practice). At the time, I asked whether I had any options in order to avoid an extraction. The answer was nil. So, a pensioner with limited income gets charged $119.00 for a tooth xray and no remedy. Not good

Negative experience: $900 approx for a false tooth & lost a month or so ago, Refuse to reuse the old impression, was a month or so ago- apparently have to pay for a new impression ..I'm 39, my teeth aren't moving around at all as have had same size gap for 10 yrs..I also stated I was willing to cop the consequences if it wasn't correct just please reprint the old one...Care about Money Not fixing peoples teeth for them.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I requested my patient records and was told I could come in sign a form to collect these. When I arrived they refused to release my records to me directly and told me I needed to have another health professional request these. I was unwilling to accept this and advised that it was my right to a copy of my own health record. The practice manager then came out and falsely stated that it was "illegal" for them to release my records to me directly and refused again. I contacted the Dental council of NSW to confirm my rights and called the practice manager back. She then palmed me off and told me I could contact their privacy officer via email to have my records released. I sent an email over 2 weeks ago and have still not received a response.
Negative experience: After a series of appointments that were not book appropriately, I managed to get it sorted out “according to then’ I had a crown done and the temp filling fell out within 2 hours. Good job with your Dentistly?!??!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best dental clinics I have ever been to. The staff were extremely friendly and considerate, especially given my anxiety around dental clinics from previous bad experiences with dentists. They are affordable for families and the dentists there really do care about each individual patient.
