Fantastic experience: Dr Eyad has been extremely kind and patient every time I have come for an appointment. He explains everything clearly and recently did a small procedure on my gums. I had a little bit of anxiety with the anaesthesia needle and the procedure itself, but Dr Eyad gave me a lot of reassurance. He also performed the procedure quickly and painlessly. I am very happy with his service and would recommend him to everyone!

Negative experience: If i could give negative 10 stars i would,after booking for a check and clean i also asked about a lump i was concerned about.This was may 2025.I was told the lump on my cheek was caused by a tooth rubbing and she said to fix it we will remove the tooth.I again asked so the lump is not an issue then ??.Well guess what IT WAS MOUTH CANCER.I am more than angry with this as now i am facing facial reconstruction radiation and god knows what else.YOU WERE ASKED TWICE.Do not trust these people i now have the biggest fight of my life on my hands

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased to have Dr F Alghazi create for me a new set of top teeth. He treated my anxiety of dentist with compassion and made me feel like I was important and not a number. Dr Alghazi has changed my whole outlook on how I see myself. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dr Yen Nguyen highly enough. Moved to Pacific Dental last year. 100% of visits have been pain free, and with very low levels of discomfort. Best dental experiences I've ever had. Dental nurses and reception also very good.

Negative experience: My wife just had a consultation was disappointed. She was in the chair for less than 5 minutes, had an X-ray taken, and was then immediately quoted over $6000 for two root canals. There was very little explanation provided, and no other teeth were examined. Despite informing them of her significant dental anxiety, the response was simply 'ok.' Overall, it was not a good experience.

Negative experience: I couldn’t be more disappointed with this dentist experience . I had a filling replaced . The dental nurse was SO rough I had to see a GP about the massive laceration she made with her poor use of the suction thing - the dentist told me he wasn’t going to match the filling to my tooth and I asked why and then he asked did I want it to match - the nurse had made the wrong colour and he was trying to get away with using it . Then when he showed me my tooth he made it pointed and mismatched to my other tooth - I asked why was this and he shrugged and told me to come back in and he would shape it - he wanted to do a root canal straight away and said it was 50/ 50 a filling would Work . The filling is ugly and bulbous so bad I have now consulted a different dentist who was shocked at the work and had to do it all again - AND reports the is NOTHING. Wrong with the nerve and a filling was only needed . So this filling has cost me nearly $1000 . Between this and the hostile dental nurse and the unbelievably uncomfortable surgery - I am pretty angry . DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: Dr Firas Alghazi, who practices at Pacific Smiles Greensborough, is a highly skilled, honest and kind dentist, who is also a dental surgeon. He removed my cracked tooth in only a minute. I felt absolutely no discomfort or pain. He explained everything I needed to know, professionally with all the pros and cons. Fantastic experience: I had two of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Firas Alghazi, I was told for years that I’d have to have them removed by surgery. Dr Alghazi made short work of them in the chair after checking that it would be safe to do so. It saved me a lot of money and hassle. I highly recommend him for his competency and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yen Nguyen and the team at PS make me feel so comfortable, and I don't feel shame about my dental hygeine suffering when my mental health isn't great (which has stopped me from going to the dentist in the past). Knowing I won't be judged, or feel embarassed, I've gotten my last two check-ups on time, and it boosts my motivation to get into the routine again of brushing & flossing regularly. I also enjoy my actual visit, getting to listen to music I enjoy while getting my clean (they give you headphones and put on your spotify request)- and she explains everything she's doing before she does is.

Fantastic experience: My previous experiences with dentists and dental clinics has been very nerve wrecking, robotic, anxiety provoking and sterile as far as interactions. Basically a transaction for a service, which was often painful and uncomfortable. I changed to Pacific Smiles Dental Greensborough a few years ago, as they were recommended to me by my private health insurance provider. My whole perception was changed when I transferred there. I was impressed with all of them, from the admin staff, to the nurses and dentists. Their kindness, friendliness, positive and caring attitude towards me I noticed instantly. I have continued to go there ever since. I would like to highlight the great social and dental skills of Dr Aman as well as Dr Wendy. They both were calm, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable, which is difficult to attain in a dental procedure. Both talked me through every part of the treatments they were doing so I felt aware of what was being done to me. They also informed me of any dental issues I had, and gave me several options to choose from, while giving me the pro’s and con’s for each. Both dentists were also very aware of pain management and regularly checked in with me to make sure I was ok. They were also very precise in their work while remaining gentle in their interactions with my teeth and gums. For all of the above reasons I would recommend Pacific Smiles Dental to anyone looking for a Dentist

Fantastic experience: I really really like this dentist. I’ve seen a few of the dentists here and they are first and foremost concerned about how their patient is feeling and comfort levels. I’ve never felt judged or had patronising comments here that you sometimes get at other dentists. I have sensitive teeth so cleaning can be very painful. Fantastic experience: Came here after having a bad experience with a previous dentist and was pleasantly surprised with how gentle and professional Dr Al Nidawi was. Was nervous as he was a younger dentist but I definitely recommend him if you’re nervous with dental procedures or bringing your children in. No gap with HCF as well.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been attending this clinic for approximately 5 years and cannot fault it. They are always on time and the various dentists have always been thorough, provide great explanations and put us at ease. We started going here because they offer weekend appointments and with the kids' sports and working full time - this is perfect! We feel very comfortable using Pacific Smile Greensborough.

Negative experience: Say they want to help but then have ignored complaint for a month. No explanation on why dentist didn’t follow treatment plan. I’m still in pain and taking further action. Avoid at all costs. Despite comment below saying email centre. I have emailed the centre and they said I would have response within a week. They didn’t.

Negative experience: Went there to get a wisdom tooth extracted. Afterwards i was having extreme pain and upon closer inspection I saw the dentist had cut my tongue deep and he did not inform me. I know things can happen but letting me walk out without informing me of your accidental toung cut was dishonest. The Dentist's duty of care was absent on this Occasion. This was some time ago and it still gives me grief today and I am not very happy. Pacific smiles Greensborough, look me up in your system, you have my number, I would love an apology. Thank you.

Positive experience: Would highly recommend. Went in to remove fragments of a wisdom tooth. The doctor was absolutely kind and helpful and patient, especially since I mentioned I was nervous about dental procedures. He spoke in a very calming manner and explained things gently. The nurse helping in the procedure was very gentle and very alert. There was minimal pain during the surgery. Slight swelling and pain afterwards, but mostly during first 24 hours. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only problem is that they didn’t really give me much advice about aftercare and preventing dry socket.

Positive experience: Dr. Mohammad good what he doing. But appears to be no trust on his patients. When I reschedule for another appointment he was keep asking "are you sure you gonna come back?" I wouldn't book if won't come. Don't think that's very professional. Bit disappointed.

Negative experience: Went in today trying to get my daughter's molar extracted, it is badly smelled and wobbly, but Dr Byers kept telling us it's normal, asked us to come back again in 2 weeks time, with nothing been done we were charged $60, waste of time and money!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ali is brilliant, as are the other staff that I have dealt with - always friendly and helpful. Dr Ali is very knowledgeable, makes me feel comfortable despite my anxiety and is also great with my son. The first time I came to this practice, I had to have a tooth extracted and I was incredibly scared. The lady I spoke to when I called to book was very understanding and made me feel at ease. She suggested Dr Ali and I honestly couldn't be happier. I'm no longer scared of going to the dentist!

Negative experience: Donot go there. My dentist was Dr Heena Verma. She was so unfriendly. Went there for scale and clean. She wanted me to swallow my spit after she has used external tools in my mouth and all the plaque she removed from teeth. Means she asked me to swallow all the debris and my spit. Absolutely gross and disgusting. Would never go there again.

Fantastic experience: I would absoloutley reccomend this dentist. This dentist was the first one to agree to do some dental work most dentists won't do, due to my age. The staff are quite nice and if you are afraid of going to the dentist I would reccomend coming here.
