Negative experience: Medical Centre was lovely, wait times are short and staff are polite for the most part. However, Dr Sumair Saeed was rude, apathetic and dismissive. I saw no utility in seeing him and in fact felt worse afterwards. I wouldn’t go here if you actually need quality medical care or have any form of health anxiety. They bulk bill for Telehealth tho, so a great place to get a medical certificate.

Fantastic experience: I first starting seeing Dr Anwer Saeed about 18 months ago regarding a very painful knee My previous Doctor at medical centre in North Coburg had been using acupuncture for many months, whilst I was also receiving physiotherapy massage but neither was helping or relieving the significant and constant pain in my knee. Doctor Saeed listened intently and reviewed my knee mentioning the significant swelling and sent me for an immediate Ultrasound scan of the knee. Two days later I was told by Dr Saeed I had a 7cm Bakers cyst behind my knee and he prescribed me medication to relieve swelling. Within 3 days I was pain free and no longer limping which I had endured for close to 6 months previously. Now 18 months later I am still pain free and walking without any limp and again riding my bike. In the last 18 months Dr Saeed has successfully diagnosed and treated a significant allergic skin rash as well. I highly recommend Dr Saeed and Resolve Medical Centre.

Negative experience: Throughout my experience here i was lied to and mislead entirely. When I first came here i made a phone call to ask if this place was bulk billed when asking about seeing dentist was told yes. When I went in the next day they booked in for me a GP when i said dentist. They re booked me the next day and i came in. They then told me i would be charged $65, annoyed I still agreed to do it. Upon completion i was told I was now charged $200, unaware about the extra charges that the dentist did not inform me about. I was mislead the entire time and felt cheated out of my money and lied to. Under any circumstances did not come here
Negative experience: Left with a very sour taste in my mouth: after 30 mins of waiting, I was instructed that Dr. Anwer Saeed didn’t want to see me as in the past this same doctor didn’t want to prescribe me a medicine that I needed for my anxiety. Guess this is the last time I’ll try to use this clinic, even though this time I only needed a referral for an ultrasound for my foot.
I regret to hear about the unpleasant taste in your mouth. Unfortunately, I was away on holiday when you visited the medical centre. The other doctor was unwilling to see you due to your previous confrontation about anxiety medication, which you inquired about. Our policy is not to prescribe such medication in some cases due to their addictive potential.
Fantastic experience: Spoke to one of the consultants Catherine today at resolve medical services Werribee. She is very awesome person. Very helpful and she made sure I got all the information I required and pass on the message to the concerned doctor so I could receive the details by email. Wishing her very best
Negative experience: Appalling patient care. Dr Muhannad Al -Jaber is more concerned about money than he is your welfare. I was left in tears during my consult as he told me off for making the 'wrong' appointment. In consultation with the receptionist we agreed that I should book a 'prescription' appt. It was a Saturday therefore an extra charge was made for a general consult but not a prescription consult. I was happy to pay the charge, there was no issue here, but I honestly thought I was going back to the clinic for a follow up to get a script only. I was accused of lying on numerous occasions because I should have chosen the appt with the 'extra charge'. He would not allow me to explain myself and insisted on accusing me (and others) of lying when making appt's. I was very unwell with RSV, and to be shown no care or compassion was appalling. I was in tears for the last part of the appt and he did not care. If I didnt need the antibiotic script I would have walked out. I have lodged a complaint with the practice manager Samina - I am waiting on her response. You've been warned, do not go here if you need a professional.

As far as being money hungry - the consult was not charged, so we can confirm that this is not the case.

Fantastic experience: This was such a good practice - I can’t believe it’s bulk billed! No waiting time, reception staff were friendly, doctor was so lovely, helpful and thorough! I stopped going to GPs after some terrible experiences but I’ll 100% make this practice my regular now.

Negative experience: Just came to say how bad it is that your doctors force patients to quit dangerous medication that they claim is too dangerous to prescribe to someone with mental health problems that is a treatment for their condition, to just quit cold turkey and say “not my problem” and to see the owners response on their review!! Your clinic should be shut down and those doctors fired!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been blessed to be able to see dr Michael merhi . Honestly I cannot rate him highly enough ! He is one of the most caring genuine dr’s I’ve been able to see . My chiro referred me to him & always says he was just born to be a dr & she is %100 correct ! He treats you with so much respect , dignity & as an most of all as an individual. Not like most Drs who just treat you the same as they would every other patient. I understand Drs are tired and probably hear patients having the same issues all he time hence why they treat everyone the same but personally it has been so disappointing feeling as if you haft to prove yourself to be treated as an individual. After my old dr retired I never thought I’d find someone who takes their job seriously & has such a high standard . 10+ years later I’ve been truly blessed . Negative experience: After 15 years attending various doctors at this clinic, I missed an appointment due to sickness. Called in and explained. Next time went to make an appointment with same doctor I was told "he has instructed us that he wont be seeing you anymore, you're welcome to see another doctor" Why? No explanation, Doc hiding behind the wall of receptionists. Didnt make me feel welcome or valued at all. So much for putting care over financial interests, sorry for missing my appoinment doc!

Negative experience: Go here if you want to be defrauded and have your medical records mishandled. If you complain about mishandling of records the doctor will refuse to see you, his wife who manages the practice will not follow through with the complaint. During lockdowns they won't provide telephone care because they lost your medical records.

Fantastic experience: Resolve Medical and Dental Coburg have been my family’s GP ever since we lived in Coburg, even now that we’ve relocated to a place that’s 30 mins away, we still travel to Resolve. All the doctors are very good and treat my family, especially my elderly father with care and compassion. Dr Anwer Saeed has been our GP and we find him very kind doctor who goes out of his way to help his patient to the best of his ability, he treats his patients with high quality. I’d highly recommend this GP and the amazing staff to anyone that’s looking for a local GP to attend to.

Negative experience: I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience today. My young son, who was very unwell, saw Dr Anwar Saeed. This 'Dr' didn't even perform a basic patient assessment, just had a quick look in his mouth & a very brief look in his ears before prescribing antibiotics. I even had to ask him to check my son's temperature. He didn't listen to his chest or assess his breathing. There was no suggestions on how to manage his pain or fever, no empathy, no recommendations on what to do if he got worse. Just a script & on your way. This man obviously doesn't love what he does, or have any pride in his profession. Stay away, unless you want a repeat script or a dodgy medical certificate.

Negative experience: Imagine having to argue with a doctor for medication to treat an incredibly painful ear infection because he would "prefer" not to prescribe it. Zero empathy. Reception staff was professional and courteous - the only upside.

Negative experience: I don't like leaving 1 star reviews but I simply can't ignore the horrible decision the doctor made when I went here. I went in with what turned out to be chicken pox. The GP said it could be chicken pox or an allergic reaction and then proceeded to prescribe me something for an allergic reaction which would suppress my immune system. I went to another GP which was able to confirm that it was chicken pox. If I had of taken the original medication it would have been incredibly dangerous due to his guesswork. I'll never return here

Positive experience: This clinic is not my usual clinic but I have been 3x for update referral and prescription renewals. I have not needed long-term care. However, I found the Drs eachtime obliged , giving me what I needed. They were very personable and while I didn't launch into particular health concerns I was offered advice I found helpful. The counter staff were also very personable and efficient.

Negative experience: Avoid this clinic at all costs.. new dentist is incompetent, rude to patients and nurses and the receptionist is disrespectful. Definitely gone downhill since the previous dentist left. Much better practices out there for the same cost

Negative experience: I have always found this clinic very good but today I called for an urgent appt for a family member with mental health issues. After explaining I was concerned he may hurt himself or others I was told by your receptionist “I have no appointments so go to emergency if it is that urgent”. I’m still reeling from the callousness of that reply. It flies in the face of everything you say your clinic is about. I would give you 0 stars if I could.

Negative experience: Just as we etablish a relationship with a GP here, they leave. They never give any warning, just disappear one day. I'm in the midddle of cancer treatment, all of my medical reports are going to my Dr here, I rang up today to find he's left. This happened with the last GP we had here. I've decided to move on. Their care and treatment overall is average at best.

Fantastic experience: Started using resolve after having one too many disaster experiences at the other unnamed local medical centre. So happy I chose to do this. They take their time with my daughter so she isn't scared, reception are lovely and accommodating, they are careful and listen to their patients respectfully.

Negative experience: The doctor refused to see me because I am not yet vaccinated. I had no symptoms of course, and wanted to see him about skin issues. Really poor form, everyone deserves medical help. At any rate, vaccinated people potentially spread covid almost as much as the unvaccinated, which he even admitted, so this makes no sense at all. Lack of duty of care. Speaks volumes about the ethical practise here. Avoid.

At the moment we are only conducting telehealth appointments due to the high case numbers, asymptomatic transmission, risk to vulnerable staff and possibility of clinic being closed for 14 days in case of exposure as has happened to many clinics around us in last few weeks
You were offered a video consult to check your skin issues further in more details as we have done to assist and manage a lot of our patients to but you refused this consult

Fantastic experience: We have been attending the Resolve Medical for quite a few years now and have always found the staff and doctors to be professional, considerate and caring. Over the years we have seen Dr. Khurram Ajaz, Dr. Erum Meraj, Dr. Anwer Saeed, Dr. Michael M and more recently Dr. Smair Saeed. All the doctors are exceptionally competent, knowledgeable and caring. The reception staff are also very polite and professional. We have never had a bad experience in all the years we have been attending.

Negative experience: Called and asked to see a doctor about getting a prep prescription and was told that the doctor would not prescribe them to me and would only refer me back to my normal gp who is not available at the moment. When i asked for reception to confirm this with a doctor, because this sounded wrong that I wouldn't be able to be tested and get prep, I was told the doctor is working and would only be able to confirm this via face to face consultation.

Negative experience: Long wait times, most often around 30-40min. Reception staff are nice but GP are useless, they want to get you in and out as quick as possible. Advice I was given when struggling with weight loss was "Just stop eating" .

Negative experience: Went to a doctor looking for a mental health care plan, was told he didn’t have the time and was sent away without any help. This is extremely dangerous for someone who is experiencing suicidal thoughts and struggling on a day to day basis. This is not the first time I have attended an appointment and not receive help.

Sorry to hear that you have to wait long, it was all due to COVID lockdowns and shortage of doctors all our Australia. we will improve our service.
Negative experience: I visited the practice for the first time hoping to find a regular doctor as I had just moved to Melbourne. The doctor seemed very keen to get through our appointment as quickly as possible. There were no general health questions as you usually receive from a new doctor. He made a quick diagnosis without consulting me about my medical history and referred me to a specialist instead of looking further into the problem himself. I'd visited to discuss a few health issues however felt that I was encroaching on his time if I asked any further questions or raised any other health concerns.

Negative experience: They overcharge for blood tests based on the discretion from the doctor so depending on the quota they charge Medicare or charge patients privately without informing them. So you can be whacked with are $250 dollar bill depending on the doctor. The doctor spent 2 minutes giving me a form for blood tests without mentioning she was going to charge me. She was misinformed and barely knew what she was doing, she was new to the role. It’s concerning when you seem to know more than doctors and they are struggling to use the computers and provide medical advice and on top of that charging you an exorbitant medical fee without informing you. It is a bulk billed doctor why would they assume that some individuals would rather pay than charging Medicare. Either Dr Swarna Latha Musuku doesn’t know what she’s doing or intentionally charges people for her own benefit.
Negative experience: Poor service and negligent, they prescribe anti depressants like they depend on it. The doctor saw me for blood tests which is bulk billed and then my partner went for the same tests and dr. Swarna Latha Musuku decided to charge him privately without informing him and now he is out of pocket $224. Before someone has blood tests they should inform them of costs. They have done this in the past for smaller amounts picking and choosing who they decide to charge for the same service without informing them of the cost before the tests. If you can afford to go somewhere else I would recommend it.

Negative experience: This is my local doctor always make online appointments and never ever get seen on time. 1.40 was my appointment today leaving clinic at 2.35 very disappointing.
Negative experience: Went in and called in sick for work multiple times for a torn ligament. Doctors lost notes, told me everytime to take panadol and it will when it wasn't, would not refer me to anywhere. Also didnt call me to give results of my blood test as it "wasnt worth it as it was not urgent". This practice is concerned with getting numbers and stats and not actually helping people. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Have been back 3 times only to be told to take another cycle of the same medication which has not helped. Negative experience: Completely and utterly useless. The time you have to wait is terrible and the last time I had an appointment I waited 45 minutes to be told that the doctor they had booked an appointment for me with wasn't actually in the office, but they made the appointment anyway. Would rather get my medical advice from a dog wearing a stethoscope.

Positive experience: This place is great for a bulk-billing service. Mostly the wait-times are quite short and there are a few very good doctors who can be hard to get an appointment with due to their popularity. Having said that there are also a few not-so-caring doctors who seem to prescribe antibiotics for every ailment and don't bother with any type of holistic care.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Dr Ajaz since about week one of opening in Coburg. I never knew a bulk billing doctor could be this good. His whole practice is testament to the way Dr Ajaz feels about medicine in general. Professional, competent, friendly, caring, positive, How many positive words can one come up with, and I still dont think I've praised the place enough. We are very lucky to have such great clinic in Coburg.
