Fantastic experience: I got timely reminder call to book in my twice a year check. Dr Peeta is my usual dentist and I am always assured my teeth are well cared for. Hira at front desk is always helpful and friendly so it makes for a great visit. Thank you to Grace the dental assistant too! Negative experience: Ended up in the er and the doctor were horrified about the job done lack of pain management and lack of information. Also the dentist giggled and bought in others to see my teeth. For $800 you expect a dentist who knows what she is doing.

Fantastic experience: The dentist Dr Swati Peeta and her technician did a really good clean for my whole family which I never experienced going for a dental clean before. I highly recommend Dr Peeta if your looking for a dentist. The lady at the front desk did a good job as well in explaining how charges and health insurance work.

Fantastic experience: The dentist- Dr Swati Peeta was incredibly patient and caring with my son during his treatment. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure to me and was very accommodating of all my questions and concerns, making sure that I felt comfortable and informed. The nurse was also was very kind and made my son relaxed and comfortable through out the process.

Negative experience: The pricing advised over the phone and the actual pricing was literally the double for the same treatment …….spend 250$ for an appointment and the Dentist spend nearly 2 min looking at teeth and the rest of time telling me the prices for different treatment …. Left with soo much of pain and swelling and they wont prescribe me a painkiller and antibiotics just because i didnt wanna spend 900$ to remove a wisdom tooth which wasn't even impacted …. I wont even say they are a ripoff ….. its an extortion Wont recommend to anyone …..

Fantastic experience: I was a bit apprehensive about booking in Redbank Plains considering the area and some of the lower rated reviews.. but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and am extremely pleased. The receptionist Leona is so lovely and Dr Riftana and her assistant was exceptional!! Dr Riftana demonstrated a perfect balance of professionalism and empathy. She was so gentle, kind and caring regarding my sensitivity. She explained my dental issues clearly but didn't pressure me at all into getting fillings, even though some were a concern. I appreciated her respectful approach and felt in control of my dental care and will be coming back! Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: This is not a clinic I would recommend. I brought my 2 kids for 6 month check and clean. It provides the service with no gap, but that is not the point. We lost our biannual reviews, which I will have to renew at our cost, for one kid for sure. Both the kids' sessions were 'pushed through' with little care and time. Their 'professional clean' took maybe a third of the time we daily brush at home. I watched and the brush did not touch half of the surfaces! How can this be? Such a rush, cursory and superficial work is not acceptable to me. Only ticking boxes to claim work codes from the health fund? Sorry Pacific Smiles but we are not returning. This was one of my bad experiences in Australia and overseas. If you are looking for a dental clinic, do not make the mistake we did to get follow on appointments for family members. Just go for one person at a time and when confident with the dentist, then bring the rest of your family.

I have already booked my next appt for my check up, whereas I usually procrastinate re going to the dentist, that shows how happy I am with their service!

Negative experience: After my partner has her teeth cleaned, she discovered her tooth had been chipped. So a second 3 hour round trip was required. The receptionist said no problem, come back and they would fix it. My wife walks out crying after the dentist claims it was already there when it clearly wasn't in photos. Inexperienced, in it for the money. Find a dentist who cares, this one doesn't

Negative experience: I called to confirm my appointment and ask if I could come in early and the receptionist said I had no appointment I had to ask twice stating that I had confirmed my appointment and then she found me ,once I attended the dentist looked me up and down and I felt very judged not sure why the hole clean and check up felt rushed and I was charged $514 off my health care fund for a check up and clean.

Negative experience: Got wisdom tooth extracted on the Sunday. Procedeure felt rushed... Was done in less than 15 minuits and the dentist clearly couldn't wait to get out to lunch. She was out the door before my wife had even had a chance to pay with the receptionist. Dry socket by Thursday (which is obviously not the dentist fault I should add!). I went back to the dentist to get my pain levels in check with the hopes of a clean and a prescription for some pain killers. I was told he wouldn't give me anything to manage pain due to my medical cannabis prescription. (Which was voluntary disclosed and completely unrelated to any form of pain management) The smug and demeaning attitude I was subjected to by the dentist was pretty deveststing. It felt more of a personal opinion enforced rather than that of a professional opinion. I felt like a second class citizen with no thorough explanation or alternative. I ended up leaving the clinic with worse pain levels than I enetered with due to the extraction sight being examined and my jaw being opened widely I had to spend the day in pain explaining my situation to a gp who was not only sypathetic to what had happened but was genuinely surprised that the dentist would deny me basic pain relief for a procedure taken place at their clinic. It should also be noted that the dentist who performed the surgery told me to get in contact if pain becomes an issue and they could arrange something if needed. They were fully aware if my prescription. I felt completly let down by Pacific smiles redbank. I usually use mt gravvat who are fantastic but was referred to this clinic because of a booking issue.. I definetly feel like taking the issue further.

Negative experience: took our two boys for dental checkup using the Child dental care benefit, they lack experience uncompare to other dentist we've been to before, we just moved around here and thought we go to a dentist closer to us but was disappointed for the service we received. They just hurried the boys through. Wouldn't recommend to anyone especially those using the Child dental care benefit.

Fantastic experience: Dr Linda was absolutely amazing. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years because of a poor experience. Dr Linda turned what I had been dreading into a pleasant experience. She takes the time to get to know you and goes above and beyond to address your fears and set you at ease. She is very knowledgeable and educates you. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you.

Negative experience: Lack experience! I wouldn't go back there, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Reception staff were very nice and friendly, appointments were on time, but the dentists lack experience. I have recently had a tooth extraction, one of their supposed most senior staff performed it and he completely butchered it, left me sever pain for days and I have never taken that many painkillers in my life, still wouldn't help. When I went back for an emergency checkup, I was given some local anaesthetics and told that it was normal and it will be painful like that for at least 2 weeks, and I have to deal with it by taking painkillers. I have since moved on to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Went in today to have a filling done in one of my front teeth that had a major hole in it. They did an amazing job, I was terrified of dentists and had let this particular tooth get so bad that the hole was almost down to the nerve, but I was quite comfortable the entire time. 10/10, I would definitely go there again. I’m no longer afraid to smile

Negative experience: I had the worst experience here. I’m not one to be bothered in writing a negative review however I’ve never been so completely messed around in my life. Recently I was recommended to go here so I booked in as I was having issues with my wisdom teeth. I went in to get an X-ray and was booked in for the extraction the following Friday. It came to Wednesday and I got a call saying they had to cancel my appointment as it was a difficult procedure and the person they had booked me in for was unqualified for it. I was annoyed as I had already booked leave for the Friday. The reception was apologetic and said she would try and book me in at another pacific smiles location. She rang back and confirmed that she could get me in for Thursday at Mt Ommney Pacific smiles. I asked her to please call and confirm the appointment as I would have to book work off for an extra day (Thursday and Friday.) She confirmed and I was apparently all booked in. I then get a call an hour later from pacific smiles at Mt Ommney saying there had been a double booking and my appointment was cancelled. I was furious at this point as I now had two days booked off work which could not be reversed and had been completely messed around by both locations. I have never experienced such incompetence and unprofessionalism.

I recently endured extensive dental treatment at RBP and I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone. I have always been greeted with a warm welcome, by the receptionist and all staff there. Finding a good dentist and great DA's (after many nightmare experiences at other practises), am forever grateful. Was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed while in the chair. Well done ladies! They provided quotes for my health cover before having to proceed with anything which was great. Wendy the assistant was very friendly and helpful as well.
