I called up in emergency as had wisdom tooth pain, they managed to fit me in on that day with Dr Neha Kansagara who did a thorough examination and was very informative. I was later that week booked in to have two wisdom teeth out. Dr Pradeep Velagapudi performed the procedure, he explained everything in detail and did a very professional job. Since Dr Pradeep has been my dentist, I've appreciated the clear explanations he has given me of the work that he was performing, the professional way the work has been conducted and the end results. All of the staff have been attentive, charming and friendly. The office staff have been welcoming and efficient both in communicating about appointments and at the reception desk. I shall continue to use this practice and I'm very happy to give it my full endorsement.

Fantastic experience: I'm a 28y/o who hadn't been to a dentist in 20years and have a huge phobia of dentists. The staff were very professional and helped ease my anxiety over having a wisdom tooth removed. I will be going back to have a heap more work done in the future. I walked in with no notice and was booked in within the hour, emergency dental at it's best! Edit: I also received follow up call the following day just checking up on everything! Edit 2018: had $6000 worth of work done and couldn’t be happier! Dr James Chiu

Fantastic experience: My son had a bad experience at dentists previously and was petrified of going but after going to Toothbrush Land him and my daughter do so well and have no problem at all anymore. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure my children are comfortable and happy, I won't be going elsewhere even though its a 45min drive for us, we are so happy with the kindness and work done on their teeth

Fantastic experience: I took my 8 year old twin girls there in the last couple of weeks as they needed some fillings. They were very nervous about going to the dentist but Dr James was great with both of them and made them feel comfortable. I wanted to take them to a dentist that was kid friendly as I was aware they would need further treatment on their teeth in the next few years. The girls also loved the play area as well. Dentist & assistant - Professional, polite, informative, job done swiftly & properly. Premises - Nicely presented, clean & tidy, all the modern equipment, playroom for children. Other staff were all happy, seems like a jovial place to work. Prices were excellent & fixed up with my Medibank Private card immediately. I would definitely return & recommend to anyone!! Wazza.

Negative experience: Beware!!!! Terrible dentist!! Paid a fortune for work done and am now having to have it all replaced elsewhere due to dodge job..

Negative experience: I had two fillings done at toothbrush land. Over the few weeks after I had bad sensitivity pain in those teeth. I called up and they explained that this was not normal and was told to come in. After inspection I was charged and told to wait a few more months . This is poor quality and follow up.

Fantastic experience: Emergency request at about 8.00am following a dry socket and infected fracture to the jaw bone. I had never been to this practice or even heard of them as I was travelling from the Sunshine Coast to Wagga for a sporting event. The treatment I received was immediate, caring and very professional. I was treated and the dentist explained in detail the cause and necessary post op treatment. All that sounds like a normal professional dentist but here is where this firm is so much better. Two days after the treatment the dentist calls me after hours and asks how things are going and explains why the recommended on-going treatment is so important. I was also asked to "drop in" on my return trip the following week for a check up. I walked into Toothbrush Land at about 12.00 noon a week later and I was immediately recognised. Within 10 minutes I was in the chair being inspected and given additional preventative treatment. Now the bit that everyone hates, the bill. The original treatment was expensive but way less than I had imagined. The second visit was free, yes free. I had obtained one quote to replace my lost teeth from my original dentist so I decided to ask Toothbrush Land for a second. $3000.00 cheaper........... If you live in Toowoomba you need to make this firm your dentist. If you live on the Sunny Coast, Brisbane or anywhere in-between I would strongly suggest its worth the drive.
