Negative experience: I have had ongoing issues scheduling appointments at the ATSICHS dental clinic since September of last year. My initial appointment was canceled due to an error in their records, specifically an incorrect phone number - Despite me constantly telling them I wasn’t receiving any notifications and maybe they’d put my number down incorrectly. However, my daughter who is a minor had her appointment scheduled after mine and had the my correct contact details on file. I made a subsequent appointment in January, understanding the lengthy 3-4 month waiting list. This appointment was also canceled due to the dentist altering their schedule. As an alternative, I was offered an appointment at a dental van approximately three weeks later. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the dentist could not perform check-ups on patients over the age of 18. This dentist then scheduled a check-up for me at the Logan Clinic today. Regrettably, this appointment was canceled with only 15 minutes' notice - I was already in the car driving to my appointment and was only around the corner. Another appointment has been made for next Thursday but the place they booked is further away and again no guarantees that it won’t be cancelled. While I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, the repeated cancellations and unfulfilled appointments for a single client have become unacceptable. It's no surprise there is a significant waitlist and backlog.

Fantastic experience: Been going here my whole life nearly, and not once have I been harmed nor less valued as a patient. love every staff member always respectful and love the location it does get packed and there is somtimes a wait list that can take weeks to get an appointment but it just proves that this is the best clinic going.

Negative experience: They cancelled my appointment then never followed up. I just ended up going to a local dentist. I dont know what they do with their funding money.

Negative experience: Dr lesley you have made my daughter feel uncomfortable, your role is to help women especially pregnant women not to create unneeded stress, at a vulnerable time in pregnancy. I would recommend you revisit some personal training.

Fantastic experience: ATSICHS Logan Medical Centre is my primary care facility. My yearly 715 Health Checks, Men's Group, Dentist, Physiotherapy, Social Worker, Psychologist, are all located under one roof. The staff care and commitment to culture, support, and your overall health is paramount.

Negative experience: Went once for a physical consultation. A complete waste of time. They didn't wanna know what was wrong with the patient. But were happy to push things onto me that they obviously get a fair but if funding for. When I refused. Attitude changed real quick to don't wanna know ya after turning down a flu Vax I did not need. Booked a second appointment but was 3 months away a phone consultation. Consultation went for 2.15 seconds before Doctor Nick Reveria from the Simpson's virtually hung up the phone. Buy have a good day. Which I gaurentee it will be sent off to Medicare as a proper consult.. This place is not about getting people. It's about milking different government for funding. 2 times won't be back again.

Negative experience: My partner has been prescribed a mood stabiliser and told its CTG when it’s not. She is now 3 days without her medication because she is in debit and they then tell her “oh maybe some medicine is not CTG” aren’t they supposed to know that? contact this joke of place. Where’s all the billions in funding going Terrible terrible terrible do not go here if you want to be looked after.

Negative experience: The worst psychologist I have come across is Justyce Pengilly. She doesn't care about your well being, and having tried so hard to explain my thoughts and feelings, she didn't know how she could help, and when I had a stroke, she thought that is the best time to end our sessions with a phone call. The hospital thought having a psychologist would help, as my life changed in so many ways, but Justyce couldn't care less, and thought I should deal with my stroke on my own. Social services rang months later to touch base and see if they could help. What a waste of time!

Fantastic experience: Had the unfortunate luck to loose a filling this week so rang up the dentist at atsichs logan & they said they were booked out till July so went on the cancellation list within 2 days my tooth is fixed thanks atsichs dentist logan .

Fantastic experience: Visited the dentist. Really, really good dentists. One of the dentists explains every step to the kids. Before they get started the dentist shows utensils and explains what they are and what they'll be used for. I had bad dental experiences as a child and didn't like going to dentist. These dentists are nice and friendly and I'm happy to see them.

Negative experience: The staff are great but they need to work on their phone skills waiting nearly 40 minutes to book a simple appointment and then not having any availability’s for 2 weeks is kinda insane

Positive experience: Our regular Dr is AMAZING, the services provided are fantastic, however, it's generally a 2-3 week wait for an appointment, so you can't get in if you're just feeling unwell. Can really only go for a specific future reason

Fantastic experience: Love this doctor surgery, i finally found a place where the doctors listen.! My last doctors were always changing my meds without explanation. ATSICHS had everything i needed all in the one place. Its nice to know your being listen to when it comes ro your health. And its nice to know the doctors, nurses and all the staff take the time to explain everything.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her health check here. Drs and nurses are great so are the receptionists. Even when my daughter was having a tantrum and didn't want to settle they went out of their own ways to help out with colouring in things and stuff to help keep her occupied. Genuinely amazing people :)

Negative experience: I may be a patient with complicated medical needs but never expected to be belittled and berated by the doctor and basically palmed off to a hospital to get my normal medications. Yes I have a lot of paperwork but you didnt even want to read any if it. Total waste of time and $50 in fares to get there.

Negative experience: Usually really awesome. But make sure to double check on your appointment time, as they may tell you that you never called up (even though we showed the call log on our phone), they dont have your name in the system (but my partner has been to this particular clinic before) and try to get you to go somewhere else. Just one lazy reception worker disappointed us, especially as the appointment was extremely important but she did not seem to care.
