Fantastic experience: I saw Dr nada and she is quite extraordinary. She worked on the tooth for nearly two hours and, unbelievably, once the anaesthetic wore off, I have had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. Negative experience: Booked a teeth clean here, paid via my private health, and whilst it was no-gap, the total cost was almost $750! You think I got veneers! I noticed they put a bunch of items in there that I didn’t want, including an OPG scan which was not conducted. Check your private health invoice items before you pay.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute joke!. Had the worst experience at this place yesterday. My family and I had a 2.30pm booking yesterday here which was organised by the clinic itself to see Omar the orthodontist. I took some time of my important work schedule in support of my kids health as my wife explained to me previously from their initial meeting they had at the clinic that it was important for me to be there as the kids teeth were in need of some urgent attention. We came to the clinic on time only to be waiting 2 more hours to be served and Omar who was suppose to be seeing my kids didn’t even bother attending the consultation as he was busy taking other people in who literally came in after us. When talking with Omar as I saw him in the hall way he had the nerve to argue with me instead of apologizing for his poor management. Terrible and very poor management !
Fantastic experience: Love coming to this dental centre, I’ve tried many dental centres and nothing compares to this one. My children & myself are always well cared for & provided with the best treatment. The customer service is a 10/10 and the reception staff are amazing to deal with. I have tried all treatments at this centre from a simple clean to braces for my family & all treatments provided were of the highest of quality!

Negative experience: They keep calling in sick and cancelling my sons appointments last min. 3 times in a row now. I have asked my wife to find a new dentist. My son is in pain, we have spent thousands there no questions asked.

Fantastic experience: I had a 2.15 appointment yesterday for me and my 3 years old daughter and let me tell you… THE BEST DENTIST experience ever. Firstly there was no waiting time at all. Secondly the doctor named Nur and her assistant were so professional, explained the treatment process so well and when it came to my daughters appointment she was beyond patient, it was my daughters first dental appointment and she was very nervous at first but everything changed after how beautiful the doctors treatment was. I highly recommend this place for both you and your kids :)

Fantastic experience: Finally after 10 years I found a Dentist that actually want to fix my teeth I have been to other dentist and not happy with there work and showed me no interest in fixing my teeth at all. After seeing Dr Nada she straight away told me , let’s get your teeth fixed and showed me she really wanted to help me, Done half my teeth a mini makeover by Dr Nada very happy with the results. It is always good to see our consistent and loyal patients look after their oral health by practicing good oral hygiene and attending their 6 month Dental check up appointment.

Negative experience: Extremely poor lack of communication! My appointment was at 12.30 and I wasn’t notified until 1pm that I still had to wait another 20 minutes. Really disappointed considering I’m a mum who hardly gets any time to go to the dentist and now that I’m desperate and have taken time out of my week this happens.
Fantastic experience: Dr Nada is a really good and thorough dentist. All my kids go to this dental centre for their treatment and regular check ups.
Fantastic experience: Great service, called for an urgent appointment as I was having very swollen gums and tooth ache. Dentist properly treated the tooth and give me appropriate medication and was feeling so much better the day after. The dentist was very friendly and welcoming and talked me through the x rays.

Negative experience: I had an appointment couple of weeks back and identified need for surgery. Upon requesting a referral to dental surgery I was refused to be provided one. I am getting forced with their opinions of getting the surgery in their own facility. This is unacceptable behavior.

Negative experience: My honest suggestion, anyone going there please check the prices with them and tell them to give it in writing or else be ready for nasty surprises. This place is complete rip-off, I will not even recommend my enemy to go there. Just went there upon checking the good reviews and for dental specialist not available at the place I took treatment. But reviews are contradicting they initially told me $40 for consultation and then used my same OPG scanning film from another dentist to assess. They even took another x-ray which they said it will be emailed but never received so far. I was recommended to remove one wisdom tooth, but here I was recommended to remove four tooth and was quoted $1000 per tooth. They are happy to keep serving people without even caring for your waiting time. I do not understand why they are incompetent and made me wait for 1 day to prepare the report and tried to charge me $120 for the same by arguing I was made aware of this fee day before. !!!Total liars BEWARE!!!
Dear Sunil Nagendra, we are sincerely sorry that you felt that our services were expensive and you had to wait longer than you expected to be seen by our dentists. In general, most medical or dental reports would cost more than $140 dollars and we believe we charge a lot less.
