Laith was very gentle, reassuring and explained every step of the procedure before and during, with plenty of rests to ensure we were feeling OK. We are very happy to have found our new, caring family dentist! Also, reception staff have been lovely to deal with over the phone and in person.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with this dentist i was doing 6 month review on my teeth at this clinic what I waste of time! I’ve just had to have two filling replace at another dentist. as they were done incorrectly and filled without removing the decay properly. Then I find out they have missed several fillings that were needed. I also shared concerns with a particular tooth as it was giving me pain and was told it was fine but after transferring my X-rays to another dentist a filling was definitely needed. I have wasted a lot on money and time at this dentist please take caution!

Fantastic experience: Dr Yasmeen is very understanding and caring. She takes the time to explain the procedure and pros and cons. Unfortunately i decided to have my tooth extracted and she did it with ease, explaining everything what she is doing. Giving me lots of reassurance which settled my anxiousness.Definitely recommend Dr Yasmmen. Her assistant is very caring as well. Receptionist are very welcoming and they will check on you the next day of how you are going post dental appointment. The place is clean.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Prerana for a second opinion after her being recommended to me by someone else in the industry. She was fantastic, very professional and thorough in her examination, went over the options with me with patience and care, and gave me a comprehensive idea on ballpark cost/discomfort/expectations with each option available to me. However, at #Pacific Smiles Drysdale one is treated with expert dentistry and such kind and caring staff that one won't feel nervous, and the dentist will ensure one won't feel any pain. Fantastic experience: What a great experience. I was so nervous but with care, empathy and keeping me in the loop I felt so comfortable. The dental assistant was so so lovely and the dentist went above and beyond to fix the problem and also rule out future complications which could arise if not tackled early. They really did an amazing job with me and my tooth extraction.

Positive experience: Attended for an extraction on 18th October, 2023. Dr.Jatin KUMAR was attending dentist. No fuss, very professional and friendly. Extraction was so well done I was hardly aware it had occurred.!!!

Negative experience: I am petrified of dentists but I have been attending this practice for almost 5 years. Sadly, the lovely dentist I frequented left over a year ago. The last appointment I had I was made to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes over the scheduled time. I was told the dentist was running 10 minutes late. I should have left but I waited, shaking in the waiting room. I had booked a long appointment for a broken tooth. The dentist told me I would need to have a repeat root canal and that they don't do these here. I had the last root canal treatment done there. It didn't make sense. She took an x-ray and told me I would need to see a specialist for the root canal. I asked if she could do a clean or something since I booked a long appointment and had waited 1 hour and 40 minutes with extreme anxiety. She said no. I was charged a consultation fee - for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I went in to have my first molar extracted on the lower jaw after an infection had developed was already on antibiotics staff were very professional and gentle gave me a good local anesthetic and I didn't feel other than a bit of pressure first time a had a tooth extraction and was very pleased with the level of patient care and aftercare Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best. Dr Yasmeen Serhan, is the best dentist I've been to in a very very long time, maybe ever. Kind caring, gentle, knowledgeable. Everyone was understanding when I said I was nervous because of past bad experience. The reception staff are delightful, I got a rose on Valentine's Day! I'd like to think it was for suffering through a 2hr filling, but I think everyone got one , so thoughtful. The dental nurses are so lovely and professional, knowledgeable, kind and nice too. Highly recommended! Gold stars for everyone, and I'm a public dental patient, I got treated like royalty!

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely anxious dental patient but my experience here has changed that enormously. Everyone - reception staff, dentist, and dental nurse - were wonderful and made me feel much more comfortable and in control than I have felt anywhere else. Everything was explained to me and managed in ways that took my anxiety into account while still addressing the dental work that needs to be done. I very much appreciate this and now feel confident to finally address some well overdue dental needs.

Positive experience: I believe the staff here really know their stuff but then, unlike the dentists on Macedon Street Sunbury, they do overcharge in my opinion. Perhaps it's because so many rich people live in the Drysdale area. Nonetheless, a checkup and clean which should cost $100 to $150 shouldn't be between $200 and $300.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful staff and service! Very accommodating to fit us in as a last minute emergency for a school holidays mishap!! Extremely patient and caring with my anxious 9 year old son. Reception staff, dentist (Leith) and incredible dental assistant made the whole experience relaxing and my son felt in control the entire time. Honestly can’t thank you all enough!

Negative experience: First time at this dental surgery and definitely would not recommend. The supposed dentist I saw can't do amalgam fillings, is not confident in repairing or pinning a damaged tooth and had to get a second opinion from another dentist; an opinion which differed dramatically to the procedure she had proposed. Seriously. When you go to the dentist you want a qualified capable dentist, not someone fresh out of uni who hasn't got a clue of what she's doing and clearly should be working under supervision. I find it mind boggling that a dental clinic would employ someone who is neither confident let alone competent enough to carry out dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service and care, I am terrified of going to the dentist but not anymore. The ladies in reception and the dental nurse listened to me and acted so that I was calm and Doctor Rama was definitely the best dentist I have ever seen, was so professional and caring, my extraction was pain free and swift. Negative experience: Rude dentist,terrible with our child. Proceeded to rip our sons tooth out even after he said he could still feel it then put the rest in the too hard basket because only half came out and said we'll have to go somewhere else.

Negative experience: If you would like to feel insignificant and like you don't matter, then stop by Pacific Smiles Dental new office in Drysdale. We stopped in to make an appointment, we were there 12 to 15 minutes before we were even noticed while standing at the counter. Then a girl appeared from behind the wall and as she did the phone rang, She looked at me and said I'll just take this and proceeded to talk on the phone for well over ten minutes, that's when I decided this is not the place for me.
