Fantastic experience: Hugh has been taking care of our 11 yo son’s teeth since he was a toddler. He is honest and open and reasonably priced.

Negative experience: I can't say anything about the actual dental work because I didn't get that far: the receptionist refused to book me an appointment and wouldn't explain why. All my questions were answered with silence or condescension. When I finally got agitated she informed me I could have an appointment next week, leading me to believe clients are booked on a whim? Would not recommend unless you have the password. Guess I'll take my chipped tooth somewhere else, thanks Justene.

Fantastic experience: I have used Hugh for quite a number of years now (at least 10 I think). He is excellent - doesn't try and push any extra services, even though my teeth are not nice and even. He has informed me of things that he sees as possible issues in the future, but don't warrant action right now. The surgery contacts me once every 6 months for a checkup and that means I have no excuse for not going. Growing up with fluoridated water means he doesn't get a lot of work on fillings out of me:-)
