Fantastic experience: The care was amazing. I was quite anxious about getting my wisdom teeth out but the dentist (Dr Firaz) and his assistant were very kind and patient with me. Negative experience: Do not go here! I was charged $330 for them not doing anything but taking an xray!!! Was told afterwards that my Health Fund doesn’t cover it! Really unprofessional, should tell your patient beforehand!

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Firas Alghazi regarding getting two implants. This was after seeing a dental surgeon who had been very negative saying it would be very complex, involve an overnight stay in hospital & a general anaesthetic. Dr Alghazi was happy to do the procedure in the chair using a local anaesthetic. A very different attitude.It obviously wasn’t the most pleasant experience but it was totally painless & I was given time for a break as needed ,it was much quicker than expected as I was out within two hours & overall it was nowhere near as bad as I had expected. Other staff are always very helpful & pleasant . I would definitely recommend both the clinic & Dr Alghazi.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Saira Oomen was amazing with my kids. She was calm, professional, and really easy to talk to. You could tell she knew what she was doing and took pride in her work. The cleanings were done thoroughly and with care, and everything was explained clearly throughout the appointment. What I appreciated most was how comfortable she made everyone feel—there was no rush, no pressure, just genuine care and attention. We walked out feeling really happy with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Elsayed is outstanding. She always deals with any problem effectively. She's always articulate and considerate at every stage of an appointment. She always provides thoughtful answers to my questions and offers good advice and knowledge on effective personal dental care. She always makes good enquiries to find out why problems have occurred. I've not experienced any jaw fatigue from all my appointments with her, even though she had some hard problems to deal with (10+ appointments?). She has to be among the best operators not only in dental care but in all healthcare fields.

Fantastic experience: Dr. (Mr.) Firas Alghazi extracted my wisdom teeth today and it's pleasant experience. Dr. Firas applied numbing cream to the anesthesia site before anesthesia injection. The pain of the injection is very minimal and no worse than flu shot. There is absolutely no pain during the procedure. I feel Dr. Firas is very skillful and experienced to perform the wisdom teeth extraction procedure. Overall very good/pleasant experience. Dr. Firas is friendly and easy to deal with. Price-wise not the cheapest but reasonable. Thank you Dr. Firas to look after me. To the owner of the practice, Dr. Firas' skills and personality deserve a star award. Once again, thank you Dr. Firas.

Negative experience: I’m giving a 1 star only for the dentist I started off seeing and not for the clinic. For patients out there wanting to see Dr Marwa, don’t do it. I had a very bad experience where a good healthy tooth was damaged on purpose and ended up in a root canal in which I believe was done for extra money. Half why through my root canal therapy I asked to see another dentist (Dr Firas). I wish I had gone to see Dr Firas from the beginning because he was professional and much more experienced than Dr Marwa. As for the clinic itself and the reception staff/dental assistant, cleanness etc. nothing but the best. The review is only targeted for Dr Marwa.

Negative experience: My first time at this dental clinic was not necessarily the best experience. I am not someone who ever posts negative reviews as I believe that every business deserves a second chance, however it has left quite a negative impact on me and a sour taste in my mouth for months now. Everyone at the clinic was lovely to me, the receptionist was friendly and the dentist that I booked with, Dr Marwa was nice to me during the initial stages. After the basic clean and consultation, I was informed that I needed 7 fillings which I was taken aback by, as I am someone who is very health conscious and always ensures adequate and appropriate dental care for myself. Instead of advising me of all my available options, she then proceeds to provide me with a quote of $2000 for the entire procedure, which frankly, I believe is overcharging to the extreme. I decided to seek a second opinion from another dental clinic who performed the required scans and informed me that those said fillings that I “required” were completely unnecessary as my teeth were in very good shape. This dentist was kind enough to reiterate to me that fillings are irreversible and should be a last resort - not a procedure that one should hastily rush into, simply, to make money off patients. Please do better. Put your patients above financial gain and it will serve you well in the long run :)

Fantastic experience: absolutely amazing service. I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth of which one was very close to the nerve. Many dentists I had visited did not want to remove the tooth due to fear of touching the nerve. But Dr Alghazi extracted them without issues and avoided me having to visit a specialist or hospital. I cannot recommend this clinic and Dr Alghazi enough. Thank you so much team for helping me out with this and will definitely be making this clinic my go to clinic for my dental health.

Positive experience: A week ago, I walked into the reception to get an appointment for a teeth cleaning and I was denied of that service alone unless I also get a check up done as they have a special offer. Every dentist has a special offer but they don't force it on you. I've been to many dentists and have got the maintenance service every 6 months for the past 4 years. This sounded like a money making scam unless the reception made a mistake. I went elsewhere that offers the service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Agrawal was very gentle when cleaning my teeth. I have seen a few dentists in the past and during my clean, i would constantly have to get them to stop because of the pain it was causing. This wasn't the case with Dr. Agrawal. Dr. Agrawal also clearly communicated with me on next steps, hygiene and expectations including showing me before and after pictures of my clean and filling. Definitely recommend seeing her and will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain and had never been here I booked here hoping for the best during the Easter long weekend. Fantastic experience: I attended the dentil surgery on Monday after having pain over the weekend. I chatted with the lovely receptionist about my fear I have with the dentist and she was very reassuring. When I seen the dentist she was nothing short of fantastic along with her dentil assistant, they talked me through my anxiety and kept me in the loop with the whole process, they were honest about my dentil needs but in a kind and supportive way unlike previous dentists I have seen. I also found the cost to be quite reasonable. I will confidently continue to see this dentist moving forward and I am glad I have found a place that works for me

Negative experience: When we arrived, the receptionist was out doing her own shopping and so after waiting 15 minutes for someone to appear, she had told us that my appointment was cancelled and given to another person because another member of our family couldn't attend a completely separate booking. The receptionist said she "assumed" (her exact words) these people will waste your time, don't bother.

Fantastic experience: I'm not Australian and I had an issue with a broken retainer no other dental clinic wanted to help or to fix. From the moment I contacted Pacific Smiles Epping, to the moment I left the place, I had the best treatment and experience. The recepcionist was very friendly and found me a spot so I could be attended as soon as possible. Dr Agrawal went above and beyond to help me and to deliver the best service. I ended up doing more than fixing the retainer and left the clinic satisfied and grateful. I'll go back for sure.

Negative experience: Please people be careful of this dentist. They have destroyed one of tooth and they do not want to rectify the.problem they have cause. They are trying to scam more money out of me trying to rectify the problem that they have caused. I beg the public to stay away from this firm it's for your own health. Negative experience: I wrote this review almost 1 month ago but I could not upload it since the reviews were blocked, that is why the dates do not match. I had to cancel my appointment today Thursday, December 15th at 2.30 in the afternoon because when I got there the receptionist of the place had no idea what dental service I had to do, She made me fill a form and immediately charged me for the service dental treatment that I was supposed to do, I replied to her saying that the treatment she was charging me was not what I had requested when I had made my Appointment 2 weeks ago, and she insisted in a very bad way that I should pay.Then the receptionist went into the dentist's room and she asked to the dentist and the dentist told her that I was correct and that she was charging me wrong! it is at that moment that the receptionist talks to me again, She explained to me in a very bad way what dental service was like in Australia, unkindly alluding that I was not. It is for that reason that I decided to leave the place not doing the service because I did not feel confident and that receptionist really does not know how to do her job. Another thing I want to say that the names that appear making excellent service reviews seem a bit strange to me, the names of the people seem invented, not real.

Fantastic experience: A few days ago I had a tooth extraction. I was very pleased as I felt safe and calm from the first minute. The environment was nice and clean. The receptionist (Christine) was very polite and helpful. Dr Arjun and his assistant were both perfect! Everything was explained to me, I was given different options and the procedure was not painful at all. Dr Arjun was patient with me and smooth with his moves. I highly recommend this place!
