Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this clinic for more than 8 years, the first 2 checks were done by other dentist in the clinic,forgot their names already, but since I had Dr Matthew Le, I was very satisfied, I had so many procedures done by him, impacted wisdom teeth extractions, fixed bridge repair, etc.He is always fully book but I always wait until he is available, what makes me give him 5 star is because he has a good manual dexterity, he is very professional, and lectures the patient in a very understandable way.He doesn't charge gap as well despite his expertise and skills.I highly recommend Pacific dental, Macarthur Square.I just ignore the rude receptionist I once encountered before.Hopefully she is not affiliated in there anymore because the receptionist in the last few visits I had are very professional. Dont forget to look for Dr Matthew Le,for good manual dexterity, he knows I have mitral valve issues thus he knows how to take care of me as a prophyllaxis he has a pre dental and post dental instructions to me,he is not after money ,he is after doing what dental health is. Thanks a lot Dr. MATTHEW Le. Now I can smile with confidence

Negative experience: I am extremely with my experience at Pacific Smiles Campbelltown, I booked an appointment for 29/09 after being told by reception that I needed to come in just to get a quote. As directed, I attended the appointment, only for it to be a 5-minute consult that cost me $135. Thinking this was excessive, I decided to call another Pacific Smiles branch in Ashfield. I asked for the same quote over the phone (which I should have done in the first place), and they provided it for free – I provided no personal details and called off a different mobile number. Understandably, I felt misled and reached out to Campbelltown to express my frustration. They advised it’s “not standard practice to give quotes over the phone” and that the Ashfield receptionist must have accessed my file. That being impossible as I never gave my personal details. After repeating myself several times, they continued to push a faulse narrative further claiming that I must’ve given item numbers to get the quote – which I absolutely didn’t. The manager eventually offered a refund but said that there was “no permissible reason” for it and added that **Dr Al-Attabi would not be proceeding with any future treatment due to a breakdown of trust.” Frankly, it’s ironic to be told there's a “breakdown of trust” when my trust was broken first. The inconsistency between receptionists – one giving a quote, the other insisting I must attend and pay – is telling. And instead of Pacific Smiles Campbelltown acknowledging this, they pushed a narrative that doesn’t add up. Yes, I appreciate the refund. But the manager’s tone was passive and lacked accountability. And based on multiple other reviews, this kind of experience seems far too common at Campbelltown.

Fantastic experience: Had some work done at Pacific Smiles Campbelltown, and they were great. I had an extraction and an implant done under sedation and didn't feel a thing. Very little swelling or pain afterwards which was a huge bonus. I highly recommend the team at Pacific Smiles Campbelltown.

Negative experience: Do not waste your time booking an appointment with Dr Aya, she will probably just cancel because she magically feels “unwell”. Had an appointment booked for myself and my husband at 5pm and received a call from the receptionist that morning asking whether I was available to come earlier, as Dr Aya had availability. I work, so I was unable to move my appointment earlier, so the receptionist said “No problem, we will see you at 5pm”. 20 minutes later I get a call from my husband saying he got a call where the receptionist said that Dr Aya was “unwell” and is going home at lunch time, so will need to cancel our appointments. Obviously she had no other appointments for the rest of the day and got reception to say that she was “sick” because it wasn’t worth her time to see 2 more patients later in the day. Might I add that she has had to reschedule our appointments 2 times before this, as the same thing happened, magically “unwell”. My parents also see the same dentist and have also experienced this problem 3 times. Seems like a constant problem of feeling “unwell” just cause she can’t be bothered to wait for her afternoon patients to come in, we obviously aren’t worth her time, and to be honest am glad that I am not having her touch my teeth. We definitely not be booking an appointment with Dr Aya ever again, and I strongly recommend that you don’t either!!! Absolute pathetic!!!

Negative experience: I visited this clinic some time ago to get a quote for cosmetic dentistry. Not only were they late for my appointment the scanning machine wasn’t charged and I had to sit there and whilst listening to the dental hygienist get irate and whine as if it was my fault. I was told it would be a free consult, and then received a surprise charge of $177 for the experience of having my time wasted, not even apologised to or offered so much as a cup of water which is basic courtesy to any crepidarian on the street. I would appreciate having been told that I would be charged because I’m fairly sure false and deceptive advertising is illegal. Then I was given a quote which was nearly TWENTY TIMES higher than the dentist I ended up seeing in Queensland. Out of sheer curiosity (and to get an idea of whether their prices were ludicrous across the board) I asked how much a mouth guard was and was quoted $970 for a white bottom of the line type. My local dentist did it for $150 and it was double strength and in colour. There is no where in Australia that I have ever heard of charging this price. They are running an elaborate scam and not even capable of being polite or punctual in the process.

Fantastic experience: Had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed and because I have high anxiety with dentist they made it such a breeze I didn’t feel anything.

Positive experience: Due to cold and sore throat, I missed the appointment. We have been with Pacific Smiles dental for many years. However, I wasn't expecting to be hammered by the customer service. They called many times, left messages and even called on Sunday as well. The doctor also indicated the same thing. Saying the same thing ten times to a customer isn't going to leave a positive review. Rest the cleaning was ok. We are a small business and losing a customer we can't afford. Creating a positive customer experience is very important to us. It shud be same for big business as well.

Fantastic experience: Been using pacific smiles for a while to get my dental health back on track after some mental health issues hit my health pretty bad and I neglected my teeth. They have been very helpful and calming while helping me get on track with my dental health again and have had a few fillings and cleans to get back on track. They have helped calm me down when I’m anxious about the dental work and walked me through what was happening and why and when the dental care was done for the day they were pretty reasonably priced too. Never out of pocket when it came to paying for dental work and setting up appointments was fast and efficient. The dentists are very helpful and nice and the reception is amazing too. It’s close to public transport too so that’s even better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Verma explaining what the procedure would involve was very much appreciated. The care she took throughout the procedure was exceptional. So very pleased with Dr Verma work, her calm approach certainly made me feel at ease.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! From receptionist to Dentist. Dr S Baldawi Al-Attabi was so harsh cleaning my teeth. She’s eager to drilled your gums hard to get rid of your cavities. When i went home that afternoon, i called the clinic that i am suffering pain. Gums swollen and feels like I don’t even take a bite. My ever first time had this kind of cleaning. Plus not happy with the outcome. Cavities gone but teeth not cleaned. I have communicated with the receptionist and the doctor straight away and said to let my gums and teeth rest and call them for another appointment. But this time, I booked for appointment with same doctor and suddenly notified me for my booking for different doctor. Tried to reach them and seems no duty of care with their patient. Very disappointed! No such doctor and receptionist to treat their patient like this!

Negative experience: I was impressed by the look of the clinic first and was about to bring my kids and refer my family to this clinic but after my experience with them I will never go back again. I don't recommend this place at all very un welcoming receptionist very slow doesn't know what they are doing I was told first check consultation is free, the dentist checked my teeth and referred me to another clinic as she said they don't do the treatment at their place, I asked her about the pain in my gums for the past couple of days as she was checking my teeth and she recommended me a mouth wash as she said nothing concerning my whole check took less then 5 minutes and as I walked out the receptionist asked me to pay a fee of $67.58 I told her I was told this appointment is free and she said you have to pay as you sked the dentist about the pain in your gums. Seriously it took her less then a minute just to look at it as she was checking my teeth and they over charged me for a simple thing. Very greedy

Negative experience: This was a pretty awful experience. I went there with a broken tooth. The dentist discussed removing it with me. But then, after gagging when using x rays told me to take antibiotics. Not sure they fix broken tooth’s. The dentist was Dr Samara. She’s not warm or comforting when you have dental phobia. Waste of time and money. Thankfully getting it fixed next week by a dentist who is actually able to fix it. I always find it funny that as a dentist a broken tooth should be fixed but yet a prescription is their suggestion!!! Avoid it if you actually want work done.

Fantastic experience: I recently suffered an injury to my 2 top front teeth, I was able to see Dr. Gupta on short notice, and she was nothing short of amazing. Very polite, professional, and explained everything in detail. I Can not fault her workman ship. I was very happy with what she was able to achieve. My wife has also had quite a considerable amount of work done at Pacific Smile campbletown and had a very similar experience. Definitely recommended!

Positive experience: Emily’s experience with the dentist was positive however when paying for this I was disappointed. I was told prior to this appointment, there would be no gap for the filling, so it would make no difference if I use my health fund or Medicare. The receptionist processed the claim and then let me know I had $95 to pay. I was really annoyed and TRIED to explain to her what I was told previously. Had they have told me there would be a gap I would have used the child dental scheme. Frustrated that the receptionist did not ask for the Medicare card as she told me after processing the health fund claim, that I could have used Medicare. I will not go back there again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anju Rawat was the absolute best. She was very attentive throughout the whole procedure leaving me feeling very taken care of. She explained everything in detail for me to understand and showed me my options. Amazing dentist, I would absolutely recommend her.

Positive experience: I am very happy with the service provided by pacific smiles dental, Campbelltown. My only concern is I had Covid about 8 months ago when I went for my regular dental check up and clean. I went with my husband and son that time and we all 3 had Covid. Last week I went with my son for his tooth extraction and we both end up having Covid again. Is this happening only to us or other patients also had same thing.

Negative experience: Visited once. Got some work done. Work was serviceable. Moved away from Campbelltown over a year ago and since then I have received a deluge of texts and emails asking me to book a checkup and complete the work started on my teeth. I have contacted Pacific Smiles no less than 5 times now to advise them that I no longer live in the area and that I’d like my email and mobile to be unsubscribed from all marketing lists. Pacific Smiles has promised me each time that they’ve removed my email and my number and that the marketing would stop, and yet it continues to happen. Talking to the staff about this gives me the impression that they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and that they’re just blindly clicking buttons in the hopes of unsubscribing me. There’s also no option to unsubscribe from texts or emails by replying with “STOP” or clicking an unsubscribe link. If you’re a fan of receiving a never ending barrage of spam texts and emails, visit Pacific Smiles Dental.

Dr Untalan took so much care and was extremely reassuring during the whole appointment, at multiple points Dr Untalan would stop to check in and ensure I was comfortable. Everything about my dental health was clearly explained and Dr Untalan provided many useful tips to assist me moving forward until my next appointment. I have personally never been one to enjoy going to the dentist, however thanks to the team at Pacific Smiles in Campbelltown my attitude towards the dentist has changed and I look forward to the next appointment with Dr Untalan and the team. Negative experience: Very poor customer's service. My filling lasted just over a year. When I called to ask for a redo at a reduced charge, the answer was full charge, no reduction because it was more than a year. Yes, a year and a month. You should do better than that.

Negative experience: Depends who you get some are good others are bad first clean was great took her time made sure everything was done right. Second one was rushed abit rough in and out sort of thing tried forcing me to book in with the same person (who was bad) even though I asked for the previous dentist. Will call you on a Sunday interrupting family time. No respect won't be going back

Negative experience: Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Originally quoted me a price for a filling procedure, once finished I went to pay and they charged me more than double what was quoted ($870)!!!! I was never told about the extra work, and certainly never gave consent for it. Furthermore they ‘fixed’ a chip in my tooth, (I never asked for it to be fixed), the next day it had chipped further causing irritation and it looked worse than it originally did. There was no explanation about the extra work or why the cost suddenly increased so drastically. The most unprofessional service I’ve ever had, absolutely disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Kindest and most helpful staff and great treatment. 12 yrs ago another dentist from another practice told me I needed a root canal or to pull my tooth, I never did it. I went in expecting to hear the same again after all this time, but Dr Gorasia thought it may just be possible to fill it. Worth every chance I thought, it was a deep filling close to the nerve, she filled it and it was completely painless. 2 weeks later, it feels normal, no sensitivity at all and I am very happy, plus she saved my tooth.
