Thank you for your feedback. We take transparency very seriously and strive to ensure our patients are fully informed about costs for their treatment. Our website clearly states that the $50 is a booking deposit, not the total treatment cost, and the remaining balance is due after treatment -$50 deposit. We also encourage patients to request a detailed quote before proceeding.

Additionally, we were unable to locate any records under your name, so you did not proceed with booking any appointments which makes us concerned that there may be a misunderstanding. If you have any concerns, we would be happy to discuss them further and clarify any confusion. Please feel free to reach out to our office.
