Fantastic experience: I have been to Dr Brad Chou several times and found him to be excellent, he is extremely particular about his work and very professional in his approach. The reception staff are lovely and very easy to manage an appointment etc. One of the best dentists around.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Dentistry for a number of years and have always been treated well! The staff have always been pleasant and professional. There is ample parking and the entrance is the same as the Salisbury McDonald's entry off of Tooheys /Evans road. My whole family attends this Clinic and all have been successfully treated. My only complaint is that I have had three Dentist over the years and it takes me some time to get comfortable with the new Dentist. Though I understand all businesses have staff turnover. That said , I have never had a negative experience and my latest Dentist is very good at her job and she has a way of making me feel I'm in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: My whole family have been regularly going to Salisbury Dentist for years. We see Dr Jacky and couldn’t recommend a better dentist! He is very professional, has great attention to detail and explains things thoroughly. My children (ages 9 and 5) are so comfortable and at ease with going to their 6 monthly appointments with Dr Jacky as he has always made every interaction a positive experience. As a parent, this is such a big win! Dr Jacky and all the dental technicians at Salisbury Dentist are so nice and accommodating. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The entire team are always kind and considerate and go over and above to make you feel at ease. During the school fee years Dr Brad was always very kind in offering payment plans and always did his best to care of us. Dr Janet cared for our daughter who was a long term “dentist phobe” and my daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist now! Dr Jacky cared for my husband who needed extensive work over a 6 month period. They all focus on the patient and are very friendly and approachable. We won’t go anywhere else for our family dental care. Just a really kind group of people who genuinely care for their patients. So lovely.

Negative experience: I had a tooth pulled because he dowel pinned a filling into the nerve and it got an abscess.The tooth then had to be extracted so they then broke the one next to it in that process.Thanks for the repair its now too short and the wrong shape. Be wary a very quick and rough crew I've learnt my lesson

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful dentist and I do realise I used the word wonderful for dentistry. I have had multiple dental procedures including two crowns at this location. I previously had a bad experience from a Toowong dentist. Who over-polished my tooth, creating hot rock pain and lead to emergency root canal treatment. Very upsetting situation. So I was very weary looking for a new dentist. 2 years ago I found Salisbury Dentist. I continue to find their staff from Dr’s, assistants and receptionist very welcoming, patient and helpful. Dr Jacky’s mannerism is very professional and always checking that everything is ok. They have all new technology for the crown process and upgraded tools used for teeth cleaning too. My clean last week, just reminder me how great Dr Jacky is and my teeth feel amazing. Just like a pedicure for the mouth.. Thank you Salisbury staff for your service and I recommend them to any family member.

Fantastic experience: Had my bottom left wisdom tooth removed a few weeks ago. I was very nervous and scared about it and wanted it done under general but the dentist reassured me he could do it in the chair and said it would be really easy and take him no more than 30mins. He was right. I hate needles but this experience has made me feel more confident and less scared. The experience was really good, it was pain free and not even uncomfortable. They made me feel really safe and listened to all my concerns and made sure I did not feel a thing. The follow ups were good too. Called to make sure things were going well, which I appreciated. Highly recommend.

He had to replace an old crown and he was so friendly and communicative throughout the whole process - I’ve had bad experiences with uncommunicative dentists in the past so Jacky’s open manner made me feel at ease. The new crown looks fantastic too, blends in seamlessly with the rest of my teeth. I feel much more confident smiling now. :)

Negative experience: I went in for a filling. & the dentist was amazing. The only let down was the receptionist she was rude and chatting on the phone whilst talking to me. I felt very uncomfortable.
