Fantastic experience: Really great experience with dentist Dr Zehra Hasan (Zara) with my two kids. She was really lovely with them and made the whole process comfortable for us all. My kids loved her! Also reception staff were polite and friendly, and electronic games in the waiting area kept the kids entertained whilst we waited. All in all, a great dental practice, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service. Our whole family are looked after by these guys, and I am so grateful we found them. Kind, warm, caring and very good with kids but also professional, knowledgeable and well equipped with a number of options for x-rays, orthodontics, mouth guards etc. So great to go somewhere for your regular clean who can not only diagnose issues but also fix or treat them there too. We are a year into braces and cannot fault the service and the results. The crown work I have had done is faultless and I am able to eat again without issue. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here a couple of times so far and have been impressed by the kindness and professionalism from all staff here… Natasha on reception is helpful and friendly, Tahlia (sorry for any misspelling) is a patient and kind dental assistant, and Dr Yuryj is really warm and easy to speak to, as well as meticulous in his work. The facilities are very clean and modern, and it’s been great to be able to have the scans I’ve needed in-house and know that great attention to detail is being applied to my teeth. I have seen some good dentists over the years (in various states around Australia) but have been particularly impressed by the scope and diligence (as well as skill) applied at Southport Park Family Dental. Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever had, if you're wanting to book an appointment I highly recommend Dr. Eunice Chang. She shows genuine care for your dental well-being, by teaching you exactly how to prevent further damage towards your teeth. And it was all extremely affordable, I was quite shocked when they told me the price of my check up and clean as I was expecting a hefty sum.

Fantastic experience: As I have just retired to the Golf Coast I needed a new dentist to replace an old crown that had dislodged. Obviously the Southport Dental Practice was a new establishment and I was impressed by the initial professional and friendly service I received. I was amazed by the actual crown replacement procedure which was all completed in under 3 hours. This included the actual preparation, making and fitting of the new crown using very modern ( I assume very expensive ) technology and equipment I can highly recommend this practice for people wanting friendly, professional and very modern procedures. Fantastic experience: I shopped around this morning to find a dentist who can have a look at my freshly removed wisdom tooth. My concern was that I lost the blood clot on the first day after surgery. I found and chose Dr Carlos after speaking with different practices this morning, and this was the best I could do. He was fantastic. Caring, understanding and gave me detailed answers to all my curious questions, which was very important to me. I definitely stick to him as my chosen dentist in the future. For many years my teeth were in such a shocking state, gaps here and there, I looked gaunt, I had bad breath, I was ashamed to open my mouth, and even too shy to visit a dentist. I plucked up the courage to attend the Southport Park Family Dental Practice with the Hope that I would be able to smile with my eldest granddaughter and the rest of our extended family at her Bachelor of Commerce Graduation Ceremony at Victoria University in New Zealand on 19/5/2023. Dr Cabrera has transformed my appearance considerably (at short notice) with Expertise, and with his empowering manner, enabled me to relax so much that I wasn't aware that he had already removed my teeth! I now smile with confidence and fellow occupants at the Apartment Complex where I live have been commenting on my beautiful teeth and smile. I have a mouthful of teeth, and no longer look gaunt, am no longer ashamed, and smile frequently. My granddaughter and my family are SO Happy and Excitedly looking forward to us all attending her Graduation with her grandma and her dazzling smile. Thank you Very Much Dr Cabrera from All of us.

Negative experience: On the 14/09/2021 I attended a appointment with Dr Carlos and asked for advise in regards a Dental Crown that had a small chip , I had no pain from the chipped crown and this was more of a cosmetic concern for me , Dr Carlos told me he has a Machine out the back of the surgery that makes crowns ,and that he will be able to remove and replace the crown on the same day ,while I waited in the reception , at a later date I researched on his website in which he advertises this procedure as (Same Day Crown) .. I was not Informed of any complications that may arise , and was lead to believe that it would be completed with one local anaesthetic and on that day. Unfortunately this was not the case, Dr Carlos’s first attempt was unsuccessful and this was that start of a long drawn out painful process . On the 16/11/21 Dr Carlos finally succeeded in completing the procedure . Throughout that two months there where many unsuccessful attempts, and numerous more visits to deal with temporary crown issues. A couple of the reasons Dr Carlos mentioned for the high rate of failure where the malfunctioning machine he had out the back , incorrect colour matching , and I observed that there where shape ,size and fitting issues. I was always punctual and attended all my scheduled appointments , the tooth did not need root canal treatment , Over that two month period I experienced server pain from the tooth an in-turn lost many nights sleep as every failed attempt seemed to flair the tooth up , this affected my work and personal life negatively . Over the past few months I have expressed my unhappiness to Dr Carlos ,in hope come to a fair resolution . Unfortunately this has not happened and due the above matter and other issues , one being a deposit for work I had previously made , but have no confidence in Dr Carlos to complete. I have now been left with no option , than to make a formal complaint to The Office of the Health Ombudsman in hopes these issues will be resolved adequately. Very disappointing and stressful experience and not the service/product I was lead to believe that I would be receiving .

Fantastic experience: I firstly want to say that Dr Pooja and the amazing reception staff Kerry and dental assistants are amazing. I went in to have a wisdom tooth extracted and was literally beside myself in fear.. I was calmed instantly by Dr Pooja’s gentle and professional manner. She was amazing, so great in fact that the whole procedure was done in less than 5 minutes, no pain at all.. the other 15minuted I was kept for observation to ensure everything was okay. The care and support didn’t end there. I was contacted upon arriving home that morning to ensure I’d arrived home safely and all was well with procedure. And another after care check the following morning to see how I had gone throughout the night. Such wonderful caring staff and truly amazing service. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dr Carlos, Hilary, Kerry and the rest of the team highly enough. My partner and I had teeth removed ( me 2 teeth, my partner 4 teeth) and had plates put in. Everything from the initial consult to the actual procedure was done efficiently and professionally while maintaining a very caring and friendly customer experience. The ladies managing admin are very friendly and helpful, despite the fact that I annoyed them endlessly with questions. This is my first time ever having this big a procedure done at a dentist, and I'm so grateful that I chose this practice for it. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Wonderful people and practice.
