Fantastic experience: Dr Sona is my dentist. He is GREAT, never talk BS or take advantage of you, very professional And reliable! My family has been here for quite a few years, and we will keep coming. We trust this clinic and everyone there.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dental care for 15 years+ , and they always do an exceptional job. Dr Shagun always does a phenomenal job and always makes sure her patients are taken care off.

Negative experience: Was not given a reasonable excuse of why i had to wait over 40 minutes for a booked appointment. I had to wait 15 minutes before a staff member acknowledged i was there then told to take a seat will be with you in a few minutes.... 25 minutes later o we will see you now. Really i was getting up to walk out..

Fantastic experience: Dr Reshma was really good and gentle with my sensitive teeth. She was very careful and even did a manual cleaning as I had a bad loose tooth. Definitely recommend her and this practice

I was having an issue with a tooth, she clearly explained my options and gave me good advice. After getting a filling to try and help the issue, I was surprised when she called me a few days later to check up and see how I was going most treatment. This level of care is why I will keep coming here and would highly recommend anyone to come here

The same can be said for Sona, who is equally proficient and attentive. Both Shagun and Sona make their patients feel comfortable and valued. They take the time to explain procedures and ensure that you are at ease throughout your visit. The office environment is warm and welcoming, making every appointment a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Drs Sona, Shaggun and Shimsha and their staff are the best. They are caring, patient, understanding and professional. Having anxiety, I was shaking a lot which caused several delays for Dr Shaggun when she was working on me. Rather than hurrying and being impatient, she was incredibly understanding. I can't thank them enough and my apologies to the patient after me for the delay.

Negative experience: THIS IS A STRANGE PRACTICE. THE GIRLS CALL SPECIALLY MENUKA AND MAKE FALSE APPOINTMENTS. THEY ARE NOT GOOD WITH MAKING DENTURES. I HAD TO GO 4-5 TIMES AND STILL DID NOT FIT PROPERLY. THEY GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SPECIALIST THAT REMOVES OLD IMPLANTS AT 7.30 PM. WHEN I ARRIVED , HE SAID THAT HE DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO SEE ME. THEY DO NOT VALUE OTHER PEOPLES TIME!!

Negative experience: The practise has always been quite unreliable with bookings. Even though our family only books twice a year for the convenience. Every single appointment has had issues of bookings time and most importantly the need for changes throughout. I understand things can change in a business, but for you to call in the morning twice for confirmation, then in the afternoon call back and say actually the dentist doesn't work on the time of your booking. This is the 6th time in 3 years where we've had to reschedule or rush over because "you've missed your appointment". Can't recommend anyone on needing appointments to be kept to schedules.

Fantastic experience: Can't give enough praise to this facility or their beautiful staff. Can't pick one because they are all so incredible, understanding and gentle. The dental assistants deserve such high praise for actually sucking the water out rather then your lips off. Everyone's like family & we get to share in their beautiful culture & listen to good bollywood beats to drown out the noise for someone with very high anxiety levels. Someone whom suffers thyroid problems and swallowing, they always take much more time with me ensuring my comfort and split my appointments to give me rest and make me feel safe to come back. Fantastic experience: My wife went for an implant surgery with Dr Sona. This is her response: My procedure took around 2 hours. I couldn’t have gone to a better or more professional dentist. He is an extremely knowledgeable, astute, professional, and a perfectionist. He amended and updated the procedure as he went along to get the best result and that result was absolutely fantastic, ie no bruising, no discomfort, and no bleeding and a neat and tidy job! Thanks doc, great result and outcome!

Negative experience: Absolute rort of a dentist, tells me it’s going to cost $750 - $800 to have 1 tooth extracted as they need a ‘SPECIALIST DENTIST to do the works, I go to a different dentist across from Quakers court and Surprise, Surprise, it’s only costing me $200, absolute joke !!

Negative experience: Dr sona, I visited another dentist to get second opinion and am really happy I did that to realise you couldn’t find the crack in my teeth after 3 times you refilled my teeth in 3 months. Unbelievable, even an specialist report could not help you. New dentist found the crack easily and thanks to her I can chew and eat after couple of months. Very disappointed with your job and cost.

Today I had the AirFlow technology and my treatment was pain free which was fantastic as I have very sensitive teeth. I used to hate the thought of getting my teeth cleaned until I found this place. I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I found this dental surgery is one of the best in Blacktown region. Specifically Doctor's detail diagnosis, honest advise, explanation and treatment. Great staff, place is clean and tidy. I already have recommended to my friends and happy to recommend anyone.

Negative experience: Terrible surgery. I have been taking my daughter here for 3 years now, each and every single time they do a filling on at least one of her teeth. They use the excuse that one isnt visible on the xray, but as a precaution lets do a filling anyway. Or the other excuse which I also loved hearing ' a filling is needed in one of your teeth, usually the same tooth on the other side will also need a filling, so we'll fill that tooth as well incase. Why drill into teeth if nothing is visible? After her last visit, she was told another filling was needed. I took her to 2 other dental surgeries locally who informed me the tooth was completely healthy and there was no need for any fillings. My neighbour who also goes to this dentist hears the exact same reasons every time. It's just a quick way to make money off someone because once you mention root canal that will change anyones mind. Never again will I bring my children here.

Fantastic experience: The front staff are very kind and welcoming from the moment you enter the practice. The dentist took the time to explain everything. I felt no discomfort during the procedure which are priced reasonably. I felt very comfortable and am very happy with the service.
