Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Invisalign! Not only do my teeth look amazing but every visit was wonderful. I've also had check-ups and teeth whitening - and all were great. I would recommend Dr Lucy to all. The team at reception are also very helpful and great every time I had visited.

Positive experience: Dr. Alexis is very good. I had a filling and I didn’t feel any pain. I did have to wait a little while but I suppose that’s not major. I’m used to the a clean, X-ray and polish to be done at a slower rate with breaks to rest my jaw but it was late in the evening and the clinic needed to close. So it was done quite quickly. Still good quality though.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Dental Care is just that. I have been attending the surgery since Dr Alexis opened the practise and the level of professional care she provides is the best I have experienced. She is meticulous when it comes to a regular scale and clean. Other more complex treatments have been conducted, only at point of need and almost paimlessly.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Dr. Lucy at Exceptional Dental Care. I consulted her for Invisalign, which she initially recommended, assuring me of a great outcome based on my expectations. During the treatment period, I also had some fillings and sensitivity covers applied to my teeth. Halfway through my Invisalign process, she changed her mind and said she could not deliver the results she had originally promised, recommending that I find another dentist after my last retainer. Since then, I have had to seek out another dentist to fix her work, as she had over-shaved my teeth, creating gaps that led to cavities. Furthermore, my bite was altered, requiring me to spend thousands of dollars to correct her mistakes. Not only did I always have to wait a very long time for each appointment, but the entire aftercare process was also extremely poor. I am understandably very disappointed with this treatment and would NOT recommend seeing her. (I have never left a negative review in my life, but this was worth mentioning.)

Fantastic experience: Always well taken care of by both Dr Lucy and Dr Alexis, friendly and caring dentists as I have an overwhelming fear of the dentist but they always manage to make me feel very comfortable. They listen to my needs and provide a professional and efficient service. All of the other staff here are also amazing. I drive from Joondalup to Spearwood, thats how good they are!

Fantastic experience: We Seen Doctor Alexis on a Sunday for an emergency appointment after my son had bicycle accident the night before. She was amazing. Obviously my son was in a lot of pain an she had incredible patience was gentle an worked with him to fix his teeth again. Ill definitely be returning to see her an taking my other childen an self to see her for any future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: One of the few Dentists who are available for after hours care. I went on a Sunday. The Dental surgery was near new with latest x ray machine. 15 years experience I felt I was in good hands . This proved true. My problem was understood and Dentist had a lovely manner. They also have affordable implants. I felt very grateful as my own Dentist was not available. Will be changing. The bill was minimal considering a Sunday.

Fantastic experience: Alexis work is truly exceptional! I brought my mother here as I was sick of waiting around at the government clinic to fix her teeth, Alexis did an amazing job. Later on when I went back to the government clinic to do a follow up, the dentist there asked who had done the previous work, and even thought it was a student of hers as it was done so well! Come here for myself and family now and recommend everyone I know to come here. Worth it! Also recommend Dr Lucy here she really listens to your concerns and helps best way possible.

Fantastic experience: Dr Alexis is a very professional and caring dentist and has done an amazing job of both removing my 4 wisdom teeth in an efficient and low cost fashion (all in the chair, local anesthetic), and also working through my Invisalign program to conclusion, including making up two Maryland bridges for two bottom missing teeth. The Maryland bridges have been holding strong and are still in perfect condition three years down the track.

Fantastic experience: Visited Exceptional Dental Care twice - first visit in December 2019 and again in June 2020. Love this dental! First up, the environment is very clean, bright and welcoming. Love that they have television screens on the ceiling to keep the young ones occupied while they are in the dentist's chair. We received very professional dental treatment and advice both times we were there. My daughter needed a referral to an orthodontist and Dr Alexis Ong referred us to a great kid-friendly orthodontist. We are also able to have 360 degree x-rays taken on Exceptional's premise as well, not just bite-wing x-rays. On another occasion, my son accidentally bumped his upper front teeth on the floor while playing and Dr Ong was able to fit us in their busy schedule to have a look at his teeth, and gave us the reassurance that there was no damage done. My family and I will definitely recommend Exceptional Dental Care without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Alexis (the Dentist) for a few years at her previous dental clinic and will continue seeing her at her new clinic - Exceptional Dental Care. She is very caring and gentle and takes the detest of visiting the dentist a thing of the past. The dental clinic is very clean and the equipment is state of the art but the cost is reasonable. There's lots of parking and easy to get to. I have no hesitation in recommending Exceptional Dental Care to anyone who needs dental work done.

Fantastic experience: I have been seen Dr Alexis Ong for years in another practice. She is the BEST dentist that I have ever visited. She always does amazing jobs and very professional. My dad has one tooth fall off and she explained every option we can have as my dad didn't have insurance then. We were really pleased with the results and felt very lucky that we had her doing treatment. She has also done a root canal treatment for me and it was a great, pain free treatment.
