Fantastic experience: I had to update my positive feedback here again - this dentist is as good as it gets, I have had a few things with my teeth that were well overdue, and the staff here looked after me with utmost professionalism and care over a number of visits. They took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me with compassion. Totally happy to have these guys as my dentist now and into the future. Special mentions to Dr Penny, Dr Manju and Steph, as well as the other dental assistants that helped with my care.

Fantastic experience: I have really bad dental anxiety. But when I went here to get some teeth extracted the people there were very empathetic and they helped me stay calm. Surprisingly I wasn't in that much pain the day after.

I came in needing a wisdom tooth removed and two fillings, and they were so caring, gentle, and professional from start to finish. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, explained every step clearly, and checked in often to be sure I wasn’t in pain. The procedure went smoothly, and the recovery was much easier than I expected. The whole team was kind, reassuring, and genuinely cared about how I was doing. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s nervous about dental work — they make the experience as easy and comfortable as possible!

Not only was the treatment professional and thorough, but she was also so kind and understanding when I had my baby with me. He started crying during the appointment, and she was so patient and gentle about it, which made me feel so much more comfortable. It’s not always easy going to appointments as a Mum, but her kindness made a big difference. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Penny and Maha was the assistant. Both of them were amazing! Dr Penny explained everything to me in simple terms, and answered all of my (many) questions, so that I could make an informed decision. Maha seemed to know what Dr Penny would request and was very attentive towards what was happening at all times. Could not recommend this practice enough!

Fantastic experience: Great Value, Great Dental Care! I saw Dr Penny this week for a check up and clean, I had two small xrays as well as a full mouth x-ray done for under $200. Dr Penny was gentle and very thorough (I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years!). She took the time to explain things to me and my appointment didn't feel rushed which was nice. The staff are really friendly and welcoming also. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had (what I felt was) a fairly urgent need for a dentist, and was unknown at this practice, but Steph not only made me feel comfortable from the start but gave me an appt that same day. I’m pretty nervous about any type of dental treatment, and told both her and the dentist (Manju) this when I arrived, and they both made me feel at ease with their caring attitude. Then during the actual treatment, which took best part of an hour, Manju was very gentle, careful and attentive to my nervous disposition. I thank all at this practice and will now become a regular patient there. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time getting a dental clean in Australia and it was such a great experience! Dr. Eileen and Assistant Stephanie were both super friendly and attentive. Dr. Eileen speaks very good Mandarin, so even if your English isn’t great, there’s no pressure at all. The whole procedure was really comfortable—Dr. Eileen was so gentle and kind, I genuinely liked her a lot!

Fantastic experience: First time visit and I am extremely happy with the service from Steph and Dr Penny. They were both super nice and relaxed, took the time to listen to my concerns and did a thorough examination, the room had state of the art equipment, very reasonably priced compared to my last dentist. Negative experience: Very dissatisfied. Booked at last minute as my daughter was increasingly complaining of a toothache. Not our usual dentist. Based on google rating, I thought we were in good hands. We arrived, Ms Jang looked inside my daughter’s mouth for a few minutes, then said we need an xray. I walked my daughter to the xray machine, then watched the dentist and dental assistant talk for 5 minutes as they tried work out what the buttons on the machine mean and how to adjust the machine to fit my daughter as she is 5. They couldn’t adjust the height to suit because they didn’t see it was too high and then too low…. ??? Even I could tell my daughter was tilting her head up high even after tipping her toes and then slouching crouching her back because they overadjusted it. We had to tell the obvious to them but they were oblivious to it. This is basic customer service? When they left the room to start the process the dental assistant asked the dentist “oh what about this (not sure what adjustment they meant)?” Dentist just said oh don’t worry about it… but it sounded like she didn’t know how to resolve so they just left it to chance. Then they realised my daughter wasn’t positioned in line with the red light, because they couldn’t adjust the machine they told my daughter to keep moving her face until it was in line…. ?!Despite the fact that it meant moving her teeth away from the plastic mould that she had to bite on….?! And of course after we closed the door my daughter moved to bite on the plastic so the xray wasn’t taken properly then the dentist said we need to take a second xray?! I immediately said no and didn’t want any more. I should’ve left the clinic sooner before the xray was taken, lesson learned - don’t be a friggin wuss! 1. As safe as that xray machine possibly is, this is radiation on a 5 year old! I wasn’t about to expose her to any more unnecessary radiation because of the dentist’s inexperience. Is patient safety not important to the dentist? Even when I saw my gp they were reluctant to xray her leg unless absolutely necessary 2. Isn’t an xray THE MOST basic, minimum tool/technology that a dentist AND dental assistant should be trained to use BEFORE they start using on patients? My confidence was on the floor when they were guessing about which buttons to push?! 3. I can’t believe they charged me $200 for an xray and 2 min look inside her mouth. Why should I be paying to train someone up? My daughter is not a test/training subject. I am paying for a service, not for someone’s trial and error experience. I can’t believe they charge so much for such inexperience?! there’s other places I’d pay so much less and get so much more in customer service and dental experience. Frustrated at myself and definitely warning others not to waste your money to pay for someone’s education

She is caring and gentle and talks you through the whole process which is fantastic when you have dental anxiety. Not once has she made me feel uncomfortable. She explains the work you need done in depth so there are no surprises. I would recommend Dr. Eileen to anyone searching for a dentist, I travel over 30 minutes to see her and I would not change my dentist. Fantastic experience: Just had two tooth extraction today and I just wanted to give a big thanks to the dentist who looked after me. I do apologise I did forget his name and his assistant around 4pm. Gave a run down on my previous experience of tooth extractions that didn't go well and how anxious I was coming in an going through the ordeal By far the best experience I've ever had. Especially with how difficult my roots were. Definitely would recommend and the cost was reasonable price( lowest Ive found for 2 extraction). Hands down I give big thanks to whoever looked after me, I wish I remembered your name and your assistant for looking after me during the process. Making sure I was okay, talking to me about what was happening and just reassuring me through it all Not one for review's but my experience definitely needed to leave a review for it. Had me walking out all happy with half a smile from the numbness TY again

Fantastic experience: I recently changed to this practice and everyone there was lovely and professional. The Dentist made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Also came back for a quote with the orthodontist, she was very welcoming and ensured we both had a good understanding with what I wanted my smile to look like. Would come back again!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my wisdom teeth extracted in two sessions with Stephanie. The second time around I had entonox to assist and it was fantastic. Much quicker this time without a panic attack in the middle. She’s a great communicator and most importantly listens to her patients. The post extraction care instructions are easy to understand and follow as well and the follow up phone call from the team was appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Two years ago I had an infected cracked tooth which I previously had patched up because I was too petrified to have it extracted. After constant infections I knew it was time to get it pulled. I was very very nervous after so many bad past experiences but today Dr Daniel and his wonderful team stayed behind after closing hours to extract my tooth. He took his time to make sure it was loose and before I knew it was out - pain free. I will definitely be returning for regular checkups and have no worries if a tooth needs pulled.

Fantastic experience: 6 months ago I stood outside this dentist sobbing with fear, I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years and I knew I was in need of lots of work and I was paralysed with fear to the point where the lovely dental assistants had to come outside to calm me down, today I walked out after 5 appts and I feel like crying with happiness- I can finally smile again! The clinic is amazingly friendly and Manju and her team are the best at putting you at ease, thank you for giving me my smile and confidence back

Negative experience: Well, I found so many good reviews and then decided to reach Dr Manju for both my wife and I. Manju is experienced that why I give two stars here, but the service and professionalism for the staffs were not as good as the previous reviews mentioned. Most importantly when you have the problems no matter wrong appointment booked or questions we asked, firstly no apology but defend you back. Actually both of my wife’s appointments were booked incorrectly by different staff, I don’t understand why they insist on their staffs won’t make mistakes? Manju promised to email us the referral letter twice on Tuesday and today, but no surprisingly there’s no response. Are they busy enough or arrogant? Also they don’t have COVID Checkin sign which is a MUST and legal in whole Queensland but again when we asked why you don’t have it, the receptionist said they don’t need it and will check in from their end. It is against the health law. The clinic environment is good, equipment is new but there are some problems for the management. I am a local resident and mentioned this to them, but the feedback was few poker faces and I felt like from them was who cares. Well, I am sorry for giving the different star review for our experiences, but if you don’t mind, just give them a try.
