Negative experience: Attended here yesterday and left upset on the phone to my partner. While I understand that young children can find dental visits overwhelming, I was quite shocked by how the dentist handled the situation. My daughter was understandably upset, but rather than approaching her with patience, the dentist appeared annoyed by her distress. The instructions given to my daughter came across as quite rude, and at her young age she simply did not understand what was being asked of her. I want to emphasise that the other staff we interacted with were absolutely lovely and very supportive. Unfortunately, the dentist’s manner left me feeling as though we were too difficult to deal with, and we were then quickly referred on to a children-only dentist.

Fantastic experience: Finally booked myself a dental check up and decided to give Pacific smiles at Casey central a go. Reception was lovely and friendly, Dr Bassi was amazing from our first greeting and throughout my whole check up. Very happy with the service and will be back in 6 months.

Negative experience: I am quite disappointed with my recent appointment at Pacific Smiles in Casey Central. Firstly, their machine broke during the treatment. It was not fixed and we continued without it. Secondly, I was told to do an X-ray which came to a total of over $250. Mind you, I only booked for a normal check up/clean. X-ray was not needed/used before/after. Lastly, the receptionist was quite impatient and impolite.

Negative experience: Not a patient at Casey central, but was previously a patient at the warragul clinic. I am disgusted how the dentist and staff went about treating a young child yesterday at your clinic , Casey central. I know of others, including myself and husband that have had bad and unprofessional service over the last few years with Pacific smiles. Thankfully we now have found a competent dentist. I will never recommend your company.

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely petrified of dentists due to multiple bad experiences but desperately needed to get a tooth extracted due to pain. I was shaking violently and crying in the chair due to fear and anxiety, but Dr. Bassi was wonderful and calming in everything she did. Dr. Bassi was great at explaining what she was doing and what was to be expected after the tooth was out. Also, the wonderful dental assistant was very reassuring and so kind holding my hand and my head still during the process. Thank you so much Dr. Bassi, I will definitely be back knowing that I'll be in good hands!

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed after our recent visit to the dentist for my 14 month old. We booked an appointment to check colouring of the teeth. The dentist basically said that breast feeding over night was a cause of the plaque build up. This made me feel ashamed and as though I am doing something wrong as a mother. I suggest your dentists only advise on evidence based research as there is no evidence to support tooth decay from breastfeeding, rather it protects against it. It is formula that can cause tooth decay. We won't be returning to this dentist.

From time to time some receptionists can come across a little impatient so might worth the management some effort to address, train or simply reorganise front desk staff as they do represent the clinique in a big way.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience overall. Dr. Jatika did a great job on my teeth. I was told to go for a root canal treatment by another dentist at different clinic. But Dr. Jatika checked thoroughly and advised to get a filling done. It's been a month now, no pain or any other issue. I am so happy that my tooth got saved. I highly recommend her as she is very experienced and professional. Staff at Pacific smiles is excellent and helpful. My booking was made very quickly and I didn't have to wait to see the dentist either.

Negative experience: Dr Kaur was my dentist. My appointment only lasted 30minutes. The scale and clean was uneven and rushed , it wasn't done thoroughly. As part of the new patient package and I only had 2/11 of what the package includes. THE NEW PATIENT OFFER INCLUDES: Comprehensive Examination, Scale and Clean ✅ Dental and Medical History Discussion❌ X-Rays* (if required)✅ Oral Cancer Screening❌ Cosmetic Assessment❌ Joint, Musculature and Bite Evaluation❌ Clinical Photography❌ Oral Health Plan❌ Dietary Advice❌ I am very unsatisfied and have had a better experience with my oral and dental care elsewhere. Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience with Dr. Ingle recently. I visited the clinic along with my child for a regular checkup and clean. I could see her genuine care towards the patients. She was very professional, thorough and explained me my dental state and the treatment plan in detail. At the same time, she was very friendly and gentle with my child, which made him comfortable during the treatment. I would highly recommend Pacific Smiles Narre Warren and Dr. Ingle. Negative experience: Not impressed at all booked an appointment and confirmed with an email, they then changed the time because the dentist wanted to go early and didn’t want to wait around saying they “tried to call me” while I was at work myself and can’t answer it not good enough in alot of pain due to a tooth just absolutely unprofessional on their behalf

Positive experience: Overall experience is OK, not excellent. I had root canal, but no explanation on the process, i need to come back to asked about it. The dentist that done my 1st stage of root canal is good, but seemed like she couldn’t see my history or the first time i had done the root canal, which quite disappointed system. Each times i went there even for teeth cleaning, always noticed that they never wipes or clean the sunglasses cover. Dentist/doctor skills is good, not the best, as the doctor that done my roots canal has no explanation on my very first root canal, which is the very important part if you go to same dental centre.

Negative experience: Good dentist but extremely over priced. I had 2 small fillings done today (19/11/23) and they charged me almost $650. I will not be going back there and I do not recommend anyone else going there unless you want to be ripped off.

Negative experience: I would have given 5 stars if my fillings didn't fall out. Some time ago I had several fillings done and small pieces of the fillings came out not long after they were done which I didn't think too much about at the time as it was only tiny piece. I have now moved interstate and thought I had better get them checked as something is definitely wrong and I was shocked to be told by my new dentist that 4 of the fillings need to be redone as the quality of the ones I had received are very poor and I saw the xrays to prove it. I am very disappointed and am going to have to now pay to fix what should have been done properly in the first place.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Dr Jatika Kaur in this clinic. She has been amazing in treating gaps in my teeth along with regular keep up of my dental health. She provides honest and genuine consultation. She ensures the patient wellbeing by regular follow ups. My tooth extraction by her took just 5min and was painless. One of the best I have seen. Fantastic experience: Fantastic team My 3year old son had a dental trauma and needed 2 teeth to be removed, Dr Justin and his team made my son comfortable and Dr Justin is really professional and expert.my son didnt feel a thing when his 2 teeth was removed. Positive experience: I give this place a 4 out of 5 because well the dentist are amazing very gentle polite and very well caring but the receptionist is welcoming but is not very responsible I was referred by a voucher when everything was done I didn't know I had to pay a certain amount what if I didn't have that money on that day what would've happend then and why wouldn't she explain that when im filling out my paperwork she said I was charged 30 but in reality was charged 35

Negative experience: Horrible experience!!! I went to get teeth whitening set and after a month of first appointment (and deposit of $100), I didn't receive any call. Once I have contacted them, they said my set is here and please come in to get it. When I arrive at the clinic, they said there is no record of my deposit nor any appointment at all. When I insisted, they went in and 'found' my teeth set sitting inside with a note saying they have rang me and I told them I were instead. It was really ridiculous that I have not been travelled instead at all the past year due to Covid-19! The receptionist was very rude and told me that she was trying to help but her tone was already frustrate at me when it's not my fault at all that you lost all my dental record. Very very unprofessional and will not recommend this place to anyone at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rupen was great with my 10 year old. My kids are normally nervous with dentists but Dr. Rupen and his assistant were able to keep my kid calm and do a quick extraction and filling without any complains from my child. Will definitely go back!
