Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Mike now for nearly 15 years with all my fur babies. He knows my fur babies inside and out. I can’t praise him enough for his loyalty, compassion and always going the extra mile for me and my babies and many other things to add to the list. I also want to say a big thank you to all the team for the wonderful work you do. You guys even know it’s me when I phone I only have to say it’s Celia and you say is it for Millie or Obi this is so personalised and speaks a thousand words. I had to say goodbye to my baby girl two days ago and the care and compassion Mike and the team gave Millie in her final minutes melted my heart. Thank you so much guys for all you do!!

Fantastic experience: These are hands down the best vets I've been to in years. I've cared for many sick animals and have had many poor or average experiences with vets locally and further afield, so I was so happy to find Palmyra Vets when Phoenix the cat needed urgent medical help for a mystery condition that brought her to deaths door. Three appointments later and Phoenix has risen from the dead simply as the Vets here really listen to you, take on board what you say, go through treatment and testing options and discuss it with you without forcing you into something or making you feel bad. They are gentle, kind, compassionate, caring, highly trained and skilled and reasonably priced. I saw Dr Milad and Dr Mike. Both are outstanding vets with years of experience. And that's what we needed as this was a mystery condition that tests couldn't pinpoint. We needed to dive deep into what was causing the issue and we got there only because they listened to us and we worked through potential causes, settling on treatment options that other local vets hadn't been willing to try and it worked. Despite 2 fits, vomiting blood, being as skinny as a rake as she was unwilling to eat, Phoenix pulled through with a course of antibiotics as she most likely had stomach ulcers/ IBD. Thank you so much to everyone at Palmyra Vets. Phoenix is now back to health and enjoying life again and we'll be back for more antibiotics if any of her symptoms return. :)

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr Ally and Palmyra Vet team. From the greeting and care by the nurse when coming in the front door to the no rush consult by taking the time to thoroughly check Grover and field all our questions.

Fantastic experience: I went to Palmyra Vets to get my dogs teeth cleaned as they were the most reasonable priced. My expectations were exceeded! They provided a free dental check so I could get an idea on the price and even though my dog had to have a tooth removed, they charged less than I expected while also throwing in some freebies! The customer service was also 100%, they were helpful when booking and followed up the next day on the recovery. I’ll be returning :)

Fantastic experience: We only moved to WA this year and are so glad we have this clinic just around the corner. The staff are incredibly friendly and patient with our little Daisy who can be a bit dramatic at times! Would highly recommend this vet.

Fantastic experience: We were recommended Palmyra Vet from our vet down in Busselton. We have just had our first visit and I feel so at ease knowing my dog will be looked after by people with so much compassion, knowledge and care. The pricing as well is extremely reasonable!

Fantastic experience: Such an experienced and caring group of veterinarians & team. My dog is so happy to visit them after having such a fear of going to the vet. The first few consults were done out on their beautiful veranda in such a relaxed way (I explained her anxiety prior), and therefore my dog felt she was just visiting some friends. Now all my pets have been there and treated like family.

Fantastic experience: Honestly so grateful for the vets at Palmyra Vet Hospital. We take all three of our rescues to them. Aaron and the team always fit us in when it is an emergency and helped our cat recover after a traumatic bowel obstruction. We really appreciate their care.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been using Palmyra Veterinary hospital for over 15 years. Their service and advice has always been first class. Yesterday was the first time that I have liaised with this vet clinic during the passing of one of our animals. Their sympathy and support was much appreciated in a time of sadness for our family. Yes we have spent plenty of money there having 2 dogs and 2 cats for most of 15 year period, however it was also nice to receive some flowers from the Vet clinic today. Thank you team.

Negative experience: I am profoundly disappointed with the quality of service provided by this veterinary hospital. Despite being a loyal client for over a decade, I witnessed a noticeable decline in the care provided to my two dogs over time. Despite reservations expressed by some of my acquaintances, I remained faithful to the clinic. However, when I faced a critical moment requiring their support, they failed me and my beloved pet. The final encounter with Liz (whom I have never met) was not only lacking in compassion but bordered on cruelty. It pains me to say that I was compelled to seek euthanasia for my dog elsewhere, depriving her of the comfort of familiar faces in her final moments. Although Palmyra Vet Hospital was informed of my dog's passing, I have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or condolences from them. In stark contrast, the new veterinary practice I turned to provided unwavering support and empathy during this difficult time, and beyond with my other dog. While I would have once rated Palmyra Vet Hospital positively based on past experiences, I am now compelled to rescind any recommendation. Regrettably, I will no longer patronise Palmyra Vet Hospital, nor will I recommend their services to others. My hope is that my feedback prompts reflection and improvement within the clinic to ensure that no other pet owner experiences the distress and disappointment that I have experienced. And yes, I did reach out to them prior to writing this review. To this day I have received no response.

Fantastic experience: An outstanding vet practice. From the reception team and vet nurses through to the senior vets, the professionalism, knowledge and compassion always exceeds our expectations.

Every time we come, they are beyond kind, informative and honest. Our dogs are nervous dogs and we can always trust they are treated with patience and understanding. Would highly recommend.

Initially, Vet Alistair guided us through the process of coming to the decision to say goodbye to our old dog Amber and, then Mike and Jay came to our home where they respectfully and gently ended her life. Thank you for the opportunity for our family to be together at our own home to be with Amber as she passed. We highly recommend these guys to help you when going through this hard time.

Fantastic experience: My two dogs are long term "patients" of almost 4 years. They treat our dogs like family members and with the same level of care that you would expect for humans. The veterinarians and the support staff are all friendly, professional and knowledgable. They are always happy to follow up with phone calls or emails if you have any queries. Despite having had a few procedures done over the years, my dogs love it so much here that they drag me in through the front door wagging their tails as soon as we're out of the car!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are now in our 30th year of having our own dogs, rescuing dogs and looking after friends’ dogs. We’ve travelled Australia with dogs and been to numerous veterinary practices. There’s been cruciate ligament surgery, car accidents, de-sexing, specialist ophthalmic operations and the usual grass seed/stick stuck in roof of mouth sort of visit. We transferred to Palmyra Vet on the recommendation of a friend and are very satisfied with the move. All of the staff we have dealt with are efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. We have been happily surprised at the amount of times they have not charged a consultation fee. Happy to recommend them to any animal lover.

Fantastic experience: I was recently taking care of my daughters dog while she was away, he had cancer and we needed advice. Aaron looked after us both, he did examinations, tests, referrals, whatever was needed, including talking to my daughter and son-in-law on the phone during the consultations so they got the info they needed directly from a vet. Aaron couldnt have been more helpful, honest, compassionate and thorough. It helped me enormously too to be able to trust the information I was given so I could make decisions about their dog's welfare in their absence. We were referred on to a surgeon and the eventual outcome has been very positive. Thanks again for your invaluable help during a trying time.
