Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction done by Dr Lakshmi at Alira Smiles Dental, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly skilled and gentle, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. Dr Lakshmi is also such a kind and caring person – she really helped me stay calm and comfortable throughout the treatment. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Fantastic experience: Called on the day for a last minute check up, I had pain in my gums and the receptionist was kind enough to squeeze me in on the day rather than waiting another day or two. The dentist, Dr Mushgan, was very friendly and honest and helped with all my questions and queries. This is the first time I’ve been here having moved to the area recently and couldn’t recommend this practice enough!! You all deserve the most amount of praise for your kindness and honesty thank you !

Fantastic experience: During my time living in Berwick my teeth were well looked after. Maninderjit was my dentist and I highly recommend her. General dental cleans are never a comfortable experience but Maninderjit does some a tremendous work and it’s the most comfortable I felt during a treatment by a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Visited for the first time today and had a great experience. One of my existing veneers broke and they fit me in for a last minute appointment after work. Dentist was very gentle and did a great job fixing my veneer. I really loved how she explained everything, especially while working on my teeth. Fantastic experience: 5/5. Dr. Lakshmi is outstanding dentist. She looked after my kids dental checkups, cleanups and treatment. I opted for my dental cleanup today, and as soon as she found cavity, she suggested immediate treatment plan in order to save my tooth and did necessary treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Lakshmi. Staff know how to manage children and clinic is well equipped to keep children busy while waiting and during the procedure. Excellent customer service from everyone. Fantastic experience: When I found the smile insurance deal it was a no brainer and I signed myself and the wife up immediately to the couples deal. Being very anxious going to the dentist I spent weeks researching all the smile clinics and finally chose Alira in Berwick. I 100% made the right choice, when I walked up to the counter the receptionist (sorry I was so nervous I forgot your name) could obviously tell how uncomfortable I was , made some small talk to get my mind off things and help me relax and was very reassuring. Dr Lakshmi (Lucky) came and introduced herself , led me to the chair and was very considerate , empathetic and patient. After gently inspecting my teeth and taking my xrays she was very thorough in going over my options and costs. I had to have two broken teeth (at the gum line) removed and other than a little sting from the inside needle i felt absolutely nothing and to my complete shock Dr Lakshmi had them both out within a couple of minutes (amazing).I can honestly say my best dental experience ever , and I received a $98 discount with the smile insurance so already paid for itself.Thank you to whole team.10 stars if I could..

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Alira Smiles and I wasn't looking forward to a dental procedure I'd been dreading for some weeks. The memory of a previous unpleasant dental cleaning experience caused me to feel very anxious. From the moment I arrived I was met with quiet, calm, professionalism. The clinic's clean, bright atmosphere assured me of high standards. Everything was explained so I understood the procedure I was consenting to and I was able to choose appropriate pain relief (which worked successfully). Dr Maria was so very kind and understanding and did her best to calm my tension down while working as quickly as she could. Now the procedure is over I am very happy to say it was a far more positive experience than I had anticipated thanks to the understanding staff. Fantastic experience: Took three of our children in for check up/cleaning, aged 2, 6 and 11. Making the appt online very easy, managed to get same day appts also. The clinic itself very clean, modern and a kids play area to keep the little ones occupied was nice. Receptionist really lovely and welcoming. All three kids saw Dr Malhi and assistant, they were nervous going in but Dr Malhi easily handled those nerves and the kids quickly settled. She listened attentively to my concerns and talked the kids through what she was seeing, what she was doing and put clear plans in place for the kids needing further treatment. I was really impressed with how well the appt went for our 2 yr old especially as this was her first time seeing a dentist and she loved it. We won't be going anywhere else for dental work, thank you to the team at Alira Smiles Dental!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Maria for an emergency tooth extraction. The whole experience from checking in to end of the procedure was just great. I was in extreme pain and managed to get same day appointment. Dr Maria explained the whole procedure very thoroughly and was able to get the tooth removed in the least traumatic way.
