They are so conscious of my comfort and my consent to do every little bit of treatment, always explaining exactly what is going to be done, and why. They are also very accommodating, with the receptionists never blinking an eye when I have to change appointments, even when it might be on several occasions. When I went in for my appointment I was greeted by the delightful Ash on reception, filled in the forms and went straight through to Tom and his assistant Jade. I was impressed by the friendly yet professional approach of all of them, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them - a breath of fresh air compared with recent bad experiences I’ve had with a couple of dodgy dentists!

Got an appointment ASAP and was put at ease straight away. Work required was clearly explained and options given. Result, One less tooth, infection nearly gone and no more pain. Fantastic experience: My husband Bruce and I are always happy to see dentist Tom, who is friendly, welcoming, professional and solution-orientated. Tom fitted an "all on 2" lower denture, fitted to 2 implants, 4 years ago and Bruce can eat normally with it. We weren't sure if he would have adequate jawbone structure, having had most of his lower teeth removed many years ago, but there was enough to fit 2 implants at the front. If he had had adequate jawbone at the back as well, he would have been a candidate for an "all on 4," which would have been the ultimate. We recommend Tom for your dental needs.

Negative experience: Had repeat visits to fix mistakes they had made, for which I was charged the full amount. And my father went in to get a tooth filled and they for some unknown reason used a paperclip inside his tooth as a brace, which is quite the eyesore, after which his dentures didn't fit, and both of us have had fillings fall out and been left with half finished work. We both had to return out of his own pocket to fix all these issues. Avoid this dental clinic, I think they buy their supplies from wish

Negative experience: I like to go to a familiar trusted dentist. I found one at Beerwah Toothkind but once my appointment was changed to a different dentist without notification. Next one booked 6 months in advance for school hols for myself and 2x kids was cancelled because the dentist wanted to watch a surgery I think, no replacement appointment in the school hols offered and I'm busy in term time. Rebooked with the other dentist i was familiar with for 6 months time, again in the school hols, was told one week before the appointment that doctor only works Wednesday now so they want to book me in with someone else. I'm going to go to a different dentist surgery to find that familiar trusted dentist

Fantastic experience: As a Canadian visiting on a working holiday visa, I cracked a molar and was worried about eating and it getting worse while on my trip. I arbitrarily (also by proximity) chose Toothkind Beerwah and am incredibly glad I did. Dr. Patrick Lai and the team at Toothkind Beerwah are friendly, efficient, insanely helpful and understanding. The process to repair my tooth was fast and painless and they bent over backwards to help ensure I had the appropriate documents in a timely manner to submit to my insurance. They genuinely seemed to care about my health and well-being and it was one of best dental experiences I've had (this is after having gone through multiple tooth extractions, braces and jaw surgery). Dr. Patrick Lai is knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Thank you!

Positive experience: I used to like this dentist surgery , but after staff changes its not as good. Plus it's a little ridiculous that it takes more than 7 weeks to book an appointment with the dentist you want to see, it's worse when you've booked an appointment 6 months prior to then be told it has to be cancelled with less than a weeks notice. Not good enough !

Fantastic experience: After avoiding the dentist for many years due to fear and anxiety from past experiences, I finally got the courage and went to Toothkind Beerwah. Dr Anita removed one of my many broken teeth. She was very professional, reassuring, gentle and kind. I am looking forward to seeing her again to repair and extract my many more neglected teeth. Don't put off getting your teeth checked and repaired, Anita was awesome. In fact all of the staff were awesome.

Negative experience: Two stars because the staff in general is friendly... but after my experiences last year and this I would not recommend going here. Last year, I would have lost a perfectly good tooth if I had listened to the Dentist's advice of getting it pulled. Today, I went for a clean and cheap with a different Dentist. He would have sent me out the door without so much as a word about the state of my teeth (when i paid for a checkup?!). Also the least thorough clean i have had in a lifetime. Did not use brush. Waste of the $149 spent.
