Fantastic experience: Very good experience here, just straight to the point, no 'up selling' of services.
Negative experience: Saw Dr Litovska for a check up and clean. She was pleasant yet very rough with my teeth and gums. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and she charged me a gap on top of what my health fund paid which was a few hundred dollars already. Very disappointing. Will not go back there. Felt it was a revenue raising exercise for her. Just as a follow up, I emailed Pacific Smiles as requested and never heard back. Thumbs down!

Negative experience: Came for for a few years, but enough is enough, check up and cleaning 10 minutes, the dentist didn't even bother the finish the job, as she was too stress for another client complaint, for the same price other place will spend 45 min, and for the same time I can clean and fross my teeth. Shameless to charge me 178$ for 10 min of nothing, good business.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned today and also a check up. I must say it was probably the best dentist experience I have had. I didn't feel like all they wanted was my money with trying to upsell a dental problem. I highly recommend Pacific smiles and will definitely make it my regular dentist for further appointments. Negative experience: Horrible experience. I just left in tears as I shared sensitive medical experience with the male dentist and proceeded to be criticised and yelled at during my appointment. The front desk lady also was trying extremely hard not to hold back her laughter and was smiling as I was crying. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Sucked in, I have only four front teeth left, and I wrote a raving review last time I visited this Dentist because they did a good job and bulk-billed via my Health Insurance extras cover. As a pensioner, I was grateful. The last time I went there, an elaborate amount of time was spent on my teeth because there were no other patients, and I was $150 out of pocket on top of what they claimed on my insurance. Next time, I will give them a miss.

Positive experience: To Dr R Bamrah Got 2 fillings done for 2 teeth that had holes in them. They were gentle and it was quick and they made me comfortable. I'll be coming back in for a check up. Only down side is I think the filling needs to be filed down as after trying to get it flat for 10 mins I still couldn't get my mouth to shut without the left side touching. Hopefully this is just part of the process. If not I'll half to ask to get it filed down some more as it's quite annoying.

Positive experience: Dr. Teodora Litovska is a wonderful dentist. She is calm and great with the kids, my little one was a but nervous but she made it fun. The down side to this place is the wait time, every time we're here we wait least 20 minutes past our appointment time, some times longer. There is no apology for the wait or a reason for the wait time. If coming here, just be prepared to wait past your booking time

Fantastic experience: I attended an urgent appointment that I booked through HotDoc App on Tuesday. It was easy to use and I found an available time slot that was convenient for me too. My usual dentist, Dr Shivanna checked my teeth and gums and recommended that the treatment I needed. His service is always given with a broad smile. His assistants and the reception staff are also delightful to interact with. Always polite and obliging. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental clinic and the dentist.

The other staff are also amazing, always acoomodating and very communicative and super courteous. I started as a patient when i lived in the South East suburbs and still go there despite living in the CBD. Shame there are only 5 Stars!!

Fantastic experience: I've never loved going to the dentist so I was apprehensive going to a new clinic when I moved to Melbourne. However, the whole team at Pacific Smiles were extremely lovely, especially the receptionist who explained the process very clearly. Negative experience: Went there 2 years ago during covid, glasses were filthy with other patients blood and it was very uncomfortable feeling. Now I get constant messages for reminders. Ive called to stop it but nothing still get them. Pacific Smiles are a joke, Im never using one again, but Im sure Ill be reminded again as I was today.

Fantastic experience: Teodora is amazing, she is straight to the point and her work is amazing. She saved me $2k when I had to get braces for my son. She referred me to an amazing Orthodontist in Moorabbin who was amazing. Do not go to the dentist Across from the seven eleven near Waverley Gardens. That dentist only cares about the amount of money coming in and not the patient. 100% refer Pacific Smiles.

Negative experience: Worst bloody dentist I’ve been to, legit booked in for a filling to be done, have already had my examination done prior to the appointment. Dr M Iannone Gonzalez sees my file and the X-rays yet wants to do further examinations and than decides to not do my filling for me saying she thinks I need a root Canal? There has been put a plan in place for me and all she needed To do was replace my. Temporary filling to a permanent one anyways very dissappointed and further charging me $64 for examination and no filling. Won’t be coming back here again.

Negative experience: Went in and had a check and cleanup. It was great. BUT I was told I can receive refund of the excess after my dental insurance got approved within 2-3 weeks. It has been 10 weeks ever since and no one bothered to give me an update.

Positive experience: Went their for a clean and checkup Dr V was fairly friendly and informative. Was waiting half an hour in the waiting lounge. Tried to book me in for a filling , next week and accommodate for a 9-5 worker like me, overall good place would come back for a filling.

Negative experience: Appointment was at 11:10. Waited for 20 minutes and got to see the dentist at 11:30. My 12 year old son got his teeth checked for only 5 minutes and that’s it. Was told that his teeth is clean and doesn’t need to be cleaned and we need to go back again 1 month later to get his two decayed teeth filled. The quickest dental check I have ever seen. Next patient came in and was waiting while we were waiting. I think they were running late to see the patients so tried to squeeze time from my appointment. Will never go back.

Fantastic experience: A warm welcoming team, Dr Kiran is the best dentist we have come across having a family of 6. She is professional, competent and fantastic with our children and makes coming to the dentist enjoyable for them. She also plays YouTube on a big screen to distract the kids and it works a charm!

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff and Dr. Akbar was so thorough and considerate. I initially had a filling which then necessitated a difficult extraction. She could not have done more, to alleviate the toothache and subsequent dry socket experience, which included ongoing treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Akbar and the clinic to anyone needing dental treatment.

Positive experience: For months id been walking past this dentist and trying to calm down my nerves. I finally got the courage up to book an appointment with Dr. Teodora. Yes i had a bad experience with a new person where i was going originally, after the lady i dealt with, great and caring left. So its taken time to feel comfortable again. Under my situation i already knew what was required with my teeth as i had discussed all of this with the lady who left the other practice sadly. And an emergency i had done on my tooth about few years ago now. Letting a dentist person be aware of this is the biggest key factor. I know these dentist's who dont listen etc, but its worth being open even if they dont have your previous records. Now that ive taken that step forward it felt alot better. Dr. Teodora took that time with me which was much appreciated. Thank you

Negative experience: Dentist couldn’t identify issues with tooth/gum. Wasted my money and still fighting to get my Refund back over a month after my clean. My insurance provider has paid me but still fighting to get my refund from pacific smiles.They keep running around in circles and putting the blame on me eg not providing more detailed receipts, which doesn’t make sense as I have forwarded all this already. Not a happy customer and definitely not impressed.

Fantastic experience: We had to see dentist urgently for our 7 years old son and we were lucky to book him in Mulgrave Pacific Smile dental clinic in the shopping centre, dentist was very thorough and Dental assisting nurse was with good care for our son while he was having injection and extract baby teeth. I strongly recommend Dr. Raj, we will see him again but our local clinic in Eastland few weeks time. It is very good to have Pacific Smile dental in many locations and staffs are able to tell where the booking is available on calls

Negative experience: The two stars is for Dr Abdeer who was amazing with my husband and seemed very kind, patient and skilled. That's all this place has going for it. We had a terrible experience using Zipmoney here despite them advertising it on their website. Despite them refunding the money and eventually processing it through Zipmoney, there was no apologies from management. The receptionist did apologise though so that's something. Also bad hygiene practice. The dental assistant puts fresh wrappers on all surfaces to make it look like it has been sterilised when it hasn't been. Happened right in front of my eyes, i was quite baffled. So watch out.
Positive experience: I've never had a bad experience at a dentist, so I know that Dr Teodora Litovska was very rough and it bordered on painful with my clean and checkup. Will have to try someone different next time.
Fantastic experience: I got my tooth extracted and a filling done by Dr.Nada (don't remember the family name) at the Glen, Pacific Dentist. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone under the Sun. Such precision, fantastic advise and you name it. She had it all. So, sad that she is no more with Pacific Dental, but I will go wherever she is, looking for her as my family dentist. God Bless her.
