Fantastic experience: Dementia patient care- I took my mum to see the dentist. My mum, was very vocal and wouldn't stay still. Dr Melody worked very slowly and ran overtime with a lot of patience. Really appreciated the understanding.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have a tooth extracted and was very anxious about it but Dr Melody put me at ease and the procedure was 'almost' painless but it was over before I knew it. The practice is run very professionally but all the staff are very friendly and caring.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 I would I was being seen by melody but after I had my baby I spent 12 months calling the surgery never getting an answer other than the machine left countless messages and have never had a reply finally get hold of a human after a year absolutely ridiculous customer service and patient care
