Fantastic experience: After years of illness and intense medical treatments, my teeth were super sensitive, different shapes and had nerves exposed. I became very self conscious about the appearance of my teeth, so rarely smiled in photos. After much research and visiting 4 different dentists to explain what I needed to be done for both aesthetics and the pain, Dr Ankita had my trust and explained the step by step process we would be doing to fix the major damage done from chemotherapy etc. My teeth 'were' aching, sensitive and looked terrible, which is why i looked for the best in the industry to make me smile with confidence again. Dr Ankita started from the ground up, by fixing my bite, replacing damaged or decayed teeth with crowns and then finally vaneers on the 8 teeth up top that were making me feel insecure about, from an aesthetics point of view. Dr Ankita treated me with great care, patience and kindness understanding I'd gone through so much trauma from being sick, and reassured me that not only would my teeth look amazing; she fixed my decay issue, grinding of my teeth and that I'd not feel any sensitivity again. She made me this promise and achieved more than I could ever think possible knowing how damaged my teeth were. I cannot thank Dr Ankita and her amazing team enough for fixing all the decay and creating a brilliant smile that I'm very proud of - I now smile more, feel way more confident and have zero pain or discomfort. Fantastic experience: During many years to visit different dentists, I am glad to meet Dr. Azhar and his team. They are friendly, kind and honest. I have changed my damaged crowns by Dr. Azhar and I am very happy with the result and price. From now on I only go to them to fix my dental issues.

Negative experience: I strongly do not recommend going to this dental clinic. But if you want to be traumatised and develop a phobia, then yes this is definitely the place to go! I wish someone had warned me. I even gave them a second chance but definitely regretted it immediately. I am writing this to raise awareness. I went to this dental clinic initially for porcelain veneers and saw Dr Azher Al-Abedi. At first, everything was fine. But when the veneers arrived, this was when things took a turn for the worst experience, causing my phobia. I had my porcelain veneers fitted - it looked good and was happy. It was a day after having the full porcleain veneers on that one tooth fell off randomly. I wasn't even eating at the time or anything. It just fell off. I didn't think too much into it and thought it was normal. I went back to the dental clinic, and Dr Azher Al-Abedi put it back on, and then I was sent on my merry way. A few days later, another two fell off while I was at a party!! This time I was so confused why this kept happening. It was my understanding that the veneers were meant to be permanent. I had my wedding coming up and was super worried. This was when I was told that my whole porcelain veneers were not cured properly. Apparently, their supplier did not put a chemical or some sort, which resulted for the veneers teeth to fall off. As a result, they had to remove all of porcelain veneers and wait for the new ones to come. To explain the process, this was where they had to grind, pull and pretty much remove your teeth off after gluing it in. Going through the process first time around was already too much, doing it twice was just horrific. Plus the amount of time wasted. This could have been avoided if Dr Azher Al-Abedi did his due diligence and checked the veneers before fitting them into his patient. I was told that they were sorry and will try to be better next time so I kept quiet. Now, because of my experience, I thought I'd go back and give them another chance plus Dr Azher Al-Abedi knew my history and fear. I had great hope that Dr was going to look after me better this time around and perhaps even overcome my fear (as they say you have to face your fear to overcome them). More recently, I went back to the dental clinic for teeth whitening and light cleaning for the bottom of my teeth. It was supposed to be a straightforward process - what could go wrong?! Well, I ended up with burnt gums!!! Dr Azher Al-Abedi left the room to go see another patient when he was in the middle of doing my whitening to the hands of his inexperienced (new) dental nurse who was so keen to go home early. I was told by Dr Azher Al-Abedi to say something when I feel any pain. And I did! I informed the dental nurse TWICE that I was feeling pain on the back left hand side of mouth. She just dismissed me and told me that it was just the cotton balls. For the third time, I tried to tell her and she looked once again. She then realised that my gums were burnt. I was in so much pain and discomfort afterwards. I hoped Dr Azher Al-Abedi paid more attention and focused on his patients. Negligence is definitely an understatement. Please be VERY careful. I gave them a chance for the second time around and again, I left that dental clinic in pain. Please don't even tell me that you'll do better next time, I gave you a chance and ended up with burnt gums for something that it was supposed to be a simple process.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best experience ever with Dr Ankita! She is just my hero. Not only is she soooo clever, a true expert, but also so honest and realistic with always my teeth health as her first priority. It’s been a pleasure putting my trust in her and all her team Dave, Maria and Aaron! I literally look forward to going to each appointment! I now have 10 perfect porcelain veneers which look incredible and it’s widened and brightened my smile. The veneers were not purely for cosmetic purposes, I needed to fix my bite which was incorrect after poor orthodontic treatment when I was young! I am now pain free in my jaw after 18 years of pain, teeth grinding and erosion/damage and headaches and migraines. Dr Ankita restored my teeth to good health as I had bad enamel erosion. Now they are protected:) I am sooo happy, my teeth are literally perfect - added bonus of having a perfect smile now too, and the whole process was exciting, fun, pain free and even relaxing. I enjoyed every moment of the process and the best part for me is my natural teeth still basically look the same underneath, minimal prep was done and I am so happy with that. Not to mention the incredible price, with a payment plan it is sooo affordable. I had consults with three other providers closer to my area which were sooo much more expensive and had hidden costs. Dr Ankita gave me an all inclusive quote up front for the entire thing which was amazing - other providers had only given the cost of the veneers themselves then had additional thousands added on top later! I valued her transparency so much! It wasn’t the cost that made me choose All Cosmetic Dental, Castle Hill, though, it was Dr Ankita, soon as I had my first consult - I just knew and could feel she genuinely cared and wanted to work together with me towards correcting my teeth issues and in turn the added bonus of a Hollywood smile! Love you guys, already looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you so much :) so grateful!!!!

Fantastic experience: On Tuesday I attended the surgery to take advantage of the special price I found on Groupon for a new crown for my tooth which could be fitted on the same day. It is now day 4 and I have to say that I could not be happier. This is a new dental surgery and thus all the equipment is the latest. We are truly in the space age. To be able to conduct such a procedure with such absolute precision is mind boggling. I am very happy with my new zirconia crown and would readily recommend whole heartedly this very caring, highly competent dentist.

A superior service and we loved the gentleness of how Ankita works. He was very professional and took care in matching the colour and ensuring the shape worked for my smile. The dental assistant was fabulous and manager of practice even came in to oversee the process. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience this time around was disappointing and could have been a result of a mismanaged booking. The entire procedure was rushed, and not thorough in my opinion,and it became clear to me that Dr Azher was in a hurry to attend to the other patient in the waiting room ,that came in at the same time as me. I had the excact same procedure done as my last visit,covered by my health fund and no gap,but this time I was charged a fee without any explanation or prior notice. ——————————————————— Simply the best !! Fantastic experience: If I could give this dental clinic 10 stars, I absolutely would. They went absolutely above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more grateful. About the procedure: I had my 6 front veneers replaced and received 1 composite veneer. The color is A2 and I received the "Youthful Style" veneers. Why I'm so happy: 1. They explain every step of the procedure to you as they are performing them. Every time the dentist picked up a tool, he explained what it would be used for. This is ESPECIALLY good for calming down nervous patients. 2. They don't give you cookie-cutter veneers. They allow you to choose not only the color but the shape of your veneers. 3. They make super funny jokes in the chair. There were times when I really had to force myself not to laugh. 4. I have a HUGE fear of needles and this dentist drove me personally to the pharmacy to receive sedatives to calm my nerves. 5. When I was cold and nervous (from the needles) in the dental chair, the receptionist came and covered me with a blanket. 6. They don't try to push you to do extra services. Originally, I was going to have 2 composites replaced, but the dentist recommended that I only replace one. But finally, the end results are just absolutely mind-blowing. I'm so so happy with the results, I can't even explain.

Easiest people to work with, they listen to what you want, recommend the best work done and are fairly affordable too (trust me, they are! I've roamed around Sydney and they have beaten it!) Fantastic experience: Having been wary of visiting dentists, I’d put off going on for many years prior to my visit. I don’t know why I waited so long! Azher was incredibly helpful and professional. He presented me with all of my options and we ended up deciding to remove a tooth that had been causing pain for months. My only regret is not coming in to see them sooner. These guys are awesome, if you’re like me and even slightly hesitating, don’t delay it any longer. I’ll only be sending my friends and family here from now on.

They were very, veryy honest with me, extremely knowledgeable - giving me plenty of information about everything and anything i could possibly need to know, welcoming, friendly. It is not close to where I live, but I will gladly make the drive to have my dental needs looked after by such professional and lovely people. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.
