Fantastic experience: My regular dentist was away and my 7 year old needed to see someone , I couldn't have been happier to get such a kind caring dentist as Sarah . My son was very anxious and she was amazing! Thank you so much for everything you did to make my son feel calm and relaxed today .

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency yesterday with extremely painful gum issues and Jack the dentist was willing to see me at short notice. Extremely greatful. I came back for more treatment today. It was an extremely pleasant experience. I get so anxious at going to the dentist. Jack made me feel at ease and so comfortable. The receptionists were so caring too. Jack was so careful with my mouth and teeth. So knowledgeable giving me lots of tips and advice on keeping gums and teeth healthy in the future. From the lady at the front desk I believe her name is Christine, to the dentist Dr Jade and dental nurse, everyone displayed genuine care towards me. They all provided clear information and ensured I was seen to very quickly. I recommend them very highly, especially to anyone that suffers from dental anxieties. If I could give them $1000 stars I would.

She was calming and gentle, and very reassuring with my daughter for her first experience at the dentist. The transparent, and very reasonable pricing structure is great for our young family. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Andrew to get all four of my very complicated wisdom teeth out. I hate the dentist and have been putting off to go for a long time but he was great, so reassuring and gentle. Dr John also assisted as they were an absolute pain, I was given the gas aswell which made the whole experience go by much quicker. Recovery has been 10/10, barely any swelling. Thankyou all!!

Fantastic experience: Do u suffer from procedure anxiety like me? My teeth are slowly falling out because of shrinking gums. I’ll eventually need all my top teeth out soon and will need a full denture. I’ve had quite a few teeth removed already and I freak out every time. Dr John is amazing! He and his nurse ( I can’t remember her name sorry) are so reassuring and caring. He is informative and and comfortable to talk to and answers all my questions, and is very understanding to my concerns and has options to help me. As soon as I hear the tools clink I get anxious. All of my extractions have been 100% pain free and no trauma mentally or physically at all. He is honestly amazing I don’t want to see any other dentist ever again. He genuinely wants to help me and really makes me feel better about my situation. Thanks so much Dr John, I still hate having my teeth out but you make it bearable for me.

Fantastic experience: Can’t thank Dr John and the staff at Botanic Ridge Dental enough for the care and support they gave me prior to and at my recent visit for severe toothache and subsequent removal of a tooth. From the time I walked in the door of the practice at reception I felt respected, listened to and reassured even though I was in a lot of pain and a little anxious. The procedure was painless and I was always informed as to what to expect and to indicate if I was experiencing any discomfort so as they could address it straight away, which I didn’t. I left feeling at ease and was told to contact the practice if I had any concerns or further questions. I was provided with paperwork to assist with my post dental care which came in handy once home and in coming days. I was very appreciative of the follow up call 2 days after to check on my progress. Fantastic experience: As someone with serve dental anxiety, I cannot recommend this practice enough! I was originally saw Dr.Maggie, who is so incredibly understanding and patient, also just so gently spoken! I needed a follow up and saw Dr. John and when I tell you that, that man made every ounce of anxiety leave my body… I mean it. He was confident and kind, not to mention cut all tension from the room. He was so swift and I’ve never felt more relaxed!! 100000/10 stars. New family dentist after today. Xx

Negative experience: Our family was looking for a new dentist as ours had retired and was hoping we’d found the right place. Sadly after my experience we will be looking elsewhere. Initially the reception staff were very friendly, I had a tooth extraction without sufficient numbing (it didn’t kick in until after driving home) so obviously Dr Jade didn’t wait long enough before extracting. I was called the day before by one of the nurses to offer me gas for the next day which I agreed to then to get there and ask about it to be told I should be ok without it which I felt was a little push back after I’d already consented to it. I was supposed to have two teeth removed but only could manage the one after the disaster that was the first. I deal with chronic pain and anxiety in my life and I’ve never experienced this kind of pain due to the area not being numbed properly. This may have been my failure to communicate but I had nothing to measure it against, when asked if I was few numb I said sort of as I was nervous and not knowing what to expect. I’m not the professional so I’d like to think they would make sure the area was numb by testing the area before ripping a tooth out. At the time I was in shock and embarrassed that I cried so didn’t make a fuss as I’m a people pleaser so I said nothing at the time but I did call back later to explain what my experience was. This is where the staff lost me….. Casey who had passed on my feedback to Dr Jade relayed in no uncertain terms that the Dr disagreed with every aspect of my experience basically saying that every I said/experienced was incorrect and did not provide any explanation other than ‘everyone is different’ and the Dr did not rush you. Dr Jade gave me plenty of time AFTER the extraction not prior otherwise I would have been numbed properly. The most disappointing part really was the way my feedback was received, with no accountability or ownership taken only to be gaslit into it being I guess…I made the whole thing up? I mean sure you can conceive that we could have disagreed on a few things but nup apparently none of it happened. Casey only made things worse by wanting to debate me about it and talking over me and insinuating I should have said something on the day and that I seemed ‘fine’ she couldn’t seem to comprehend that I couldn’t muster that up in a moment of complete shock. I think overall I could have swallowed that it was just a little mistake of not numbing me enough but it was the response to the feedback that was so patronising, insincere and uncaring, which I imagine would be much the same as the response to this review may be. Even the best make mistakes and I think it was handled really poorly, it’s all good when you’re receiving good feedback but you really show your cards when it’s not in your favour.

Fantastic experience: First time visitor and was very impressed with all the staff. Casey at reception and Maggie the dentist were both so nice. Maggie most likely did her 1000 basic clean and checkup of the day but was still super excited to help and was very professional. I didn't get the dental assistants name but she was also super friendly. Maggie took the time to answer any questions I had about orthodontics and helped me explain to Casey at reception what my next appointment was for as I had no idea what to ask for. Walked out thinking just how nice everyone is. Glad I found this place. 10 outta 10 can recommend.

Fantastic experience: We took our kids for their first dental checkup at Botanic Ridge Dental. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Casey warmly welcomed us with a big smile at the front desk. Nat was incredibly gentle with the kids, ensuring they had an easy and pleasant dental experience. This marked a stark contrast from our previous visits at different clinics, where my daughter had stressful and terrifying experiences at the dentist. Moreover, the presence of a ceiling-mounted TV that allowed the kids to enjoy a movie during their treatment was a total game changer. My kids didn't want to leave the room, making the dental visit even more enjoyable for them.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my 4 year old son to botanic ridge dental and had an amazing experience. My son has sensory difficulties regarding teeth brushing and as a result had tartar build up on his front teeth. Dentist John and the dental nurse were reassuring and took their time. All tartar build up was removed without any issues and my son left excited to have had his teeth polished and cleaned

Fantastic experience: I love coming to botanic ridge dental! The team are so nice and the clinic is very modern. They have a TV on the roof and Netflix! My teeth are very sensitive to cold water which would always make me very anxious about getting my routine checkup and cleans done however they have a very fancy machine that runs WARM water which helps so much, my teeth are no longer sensitive during cleans anymore! They take photos of your teeth and go through every tooth with you. They explain everything to you in detail and are always happy to answering all of my questions. It is a very organised practice. Thank you again for making this the experience great! I have recommended all my friends and family here.

He explained the options I had, the process of both options, and the costs up front. He made me feel relaxed from the start and all the way through the procedure. My dental anxiety has been reduced massively, to point I have booked in for a clean & check up in the coming weeks. Dr John & Botanic Ridge Dental are highly recommended.
