Fantastic experience: Thank you Sally for taking the extra time today to diligently treat my gums. A routine clean and scale today ended up going overtime but at no point did she rush through the session. She is extremely knowledgeable, soft spoken and so is her entire staff. Edit 1 - Sally has since recommended a session with her oral hygienist, Ms Qulud, to help manage the gum and build up. Been an amazing experience after 2 sessions with her. She explained the work she’s doing and provided methods to maintain them. Since then, I have learnt to appreciate the importance of her role.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with the dentist Dr Heng Chong Soon that I wanted to share. Dr Soon explained in detail of my scheduled crown operation, the options and pros and cons of each choice, and the likelihood of them needing further remediation work. During the operation I was given plenty of rest breaks, and the constant checking of my well-being and the irreverent banter made the experience as good as going to a dentist could be. Most importantly, the resulting crown looks great, fits my bite perfectly, and my gum doesn't even hurt. All in all, a great dental experience and kudos to Heng! Last but not least, Waverley Gardens dental clinic has been a long term dental care provider to me and my family. All the staff there are friendly, professional and take great care of us. Well done to all the great people of the clinic, thank you.

Negative experience: What a horrible experience. I was very distressed! After a very quick look at my teeth I was bluntly told there was Nothing he could do for me and charged $90. Nearly my days wage for less than 5 minutes!!! The reception was even shocked stating " that was quick!" I went to another Dentist and even he was shocked at what happened to me stating Didn't they do anything other than look??? Greedy, non caring. Unprofessional. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!!! Your reply is laughable!! He was neither kind nor compassionate. He just said " there is nothing i can do." and gave me no other option! The xray was totally unnessary as the dentist in Altona could see the obvious problem just from a visual inspection. At this proffessional dentist in Altona my bridge was removed and i was fitted with a temp until i could see my dentist in Bali. Of course you are not going to admit your service on this occasion was horrid. Instead of a fake appology and trying to make out Im the problem this particular Dentist need to work on being a little more compassionate, explain some options instead of just fobing me off after less than 5 minutes. $90 may be nothing to you but its the difference between eating baked beans or toast for me.

Positive experience: Dr Su is a wonderful dentist, however the appointment wait time is frustrating. Appointment time is 4:30pm, but we don't get into see Dr Su until 5pm, and then we only see her for 10 minutes. Reception don't even update you that they are running late or overtime.

Negative experience: Read this before you going here, they will give you a cheap quote over the phone ( i asked how much for teeth cleaning they said$ 220, i said ok ,i actually went there and dentist only clean my bottom teeth and X-ray teeth, and then for one x ray$ 40, two $80, and only my bottom set of teeth cleaning only costs $250 ,i was told to come another day to clean top teeth, quote for top teeth again $250 and some ect, while weverly Gardens shopping centres has a dentist inside the shopping centre only teeth cleaning charges$ 220, including x ray, i am very unhappy about service here,

Positive experience: If you need a Quote for Dental clips for your kids you need Front X-Ray, Side X-Ray from else where and also $300 for cleaning, scanning and photos, please note of all this expenses before proceeding further

Negative experience: Compare to other clinics - even non BUPA member first, I paid more out of pocket with the same extra cover I have, even though this clinic is a BUPA member first which I should pay less. I guess, they don't apply discount to cover the gap, even for general check-ups. It will be my first and last visit and wouldn't recommend.

My latest work was the reconstruction of a lost tooth: bone graft and implant by Dr. Beng Kai So, crown by Dr. Sally Su. You understand when you have an implant there is always the risk of ongoing numbness or tingling, but it is a minimal risk with such skilled practitioners, and I am more than happy with the end result - it feels so good, like I have my original tooth back again.
