Fantastic experience: Dr. Steven Parker and the team (including reception staff) were delightful and professional the whole way through from the consultation to surgery and the associated risks with healing. Everything was explained carefully from the procedure to the aftercare after all four of my wisdom teeth were removed last year. I had no complications in the healing process. Highly recommend Dr. Parker and the clinic for anyone who needs to get their wisdom teeth out.

Fantastic experience: I luckily found Dr Steven Parker after a few prior unpleasant consultations with other Doctors. Dr Parker is just awesome; nice from the getgo (including his reception) and gets straight to the point. He is respectful and clear with his work - and very patient even after I asked him the same question about 5 times! I needed 4 Wisdom teeth out, and felt so comfortable that I proceeded on surgery with Dr Parker the week straight after my consultation. Surgery Day: On the day of surgery, Dr Parker saw me right before the procedure with a smile and checked in on me Post Surgery at the Hospital: After waking up Dr Parker came to check in again! Which was lovely and definitely put me at ease. The hospital care was very good and the whole process overall was very smooth Post Surgery at Home: For all care at home, Dr Parker and his team have been great. Caring and always reply to emails (super fast!) and also answer the phone too, if you have extra questions/ concerns. All instructions for post op care is super clear and they really leave no stone un-turned… down to the pain you’ll feel, oral hygiene, food, and bleeding info/ medication, etc. I can’t recommend Dr Parker enough. Almost sad I don’t have another set of Wisdom Teeth to go see him again! Haha Thank you Dr Steven Parker :)

Positive experience: It was a great surgery and did well to complete 3 out of the 4 teeth, just the last one bottom right extremely hurt but after two weeks it it’s better and no more pain killers, Just the communication, I would have liked to be informed that one tooth was a little harder to pull out, then that = more pain. Instead I didn’t get any reply or feedback on how my surgery went. The team was great, thank you for the smooth process tho.

Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend Dr Parker and the Wisdom Teeth Centre. When I decided I needed to get my wisdom teeth out, I did a bunch of research. Waiting times were fairly long. Dr Parker could do it quite quickly. What gave me further comfort were these reviews which are fairly glowing (as mine will also be!) and that they only do wisdom teeth removal and specialise in pain management. A great combination. I booked in and visited. Apart from a fairly long wait in the waiting room, the consultation was great with all the right information. Confirmed two wisdom teeth at the bottom would be removed and the process explained. Would be day surgery at lakeside hospital nearby which I was familiar with. I had to reschedule them twice due to work travel commitments, they are very responsive over email and accomodating. On the day, I turned up to the hospital and was quickly processed. General anaesthetic administered smoothly and woke up after the operation in good health. Pain was minimal, much less than expected. Most likely because I followed the instructions and kept up the Nuromol pain killers which I was on for about 1.5 weeks total. Followed the savacol mouth rinse instructions etc. There was no complications. Some swelling as expected but not huge - probably because I didnt use ice packs continually. Stitches in mouth completely dissolved between 7 and 16 days for the last one to disappear. First and second day some blood in mouth but as they say, don't panic - it looks worse because of the saliva in mouth than it is - and keep gauze on hand to clamp down on just in case if needed (I did this twice just to reduce blood in mouth and make sure I wasnt bleeding because I couldnt be sure). 3.5 weeks later the holes are small and shrinking, cant feel anything wrong or sensitive etc. Apart from two emails I received checking in on me post op, there was no need for me to contact or talk again to the wisdom teeth centre. What else can I note… operation was Tuesday and I was working remotely for the remainder of the week scaling up and then back in office the following monday. I kept up soup, jelly+custard, yoghurt, smoothies and soft foods for 2 weeks and here and there after just to help the healing process and the mouth rinse a little longer to avoid infection which I never got. Highly recommended! Nice and smooth process. Will ensure any person I know who needs wisdom teeth removed goes here. Also… the longer you wait the more impacting the surgery is. If I had it done in my early 20s instead of early 30s, probably would have been smoother still. I had waited until the wisdom teeth were visible through the gums and giving pain before doing it but I wish I did it years ago.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my experience from pre-op consultation with Dr Parker, through to scheduling the removal of a broken back tooth (within a week) under general anaesthetic at Lakeview Private Hosp. Post-op care was thorough & pain relief prescribed. Wisdom Teeth Centre even checked in on me a week following the surgery, which added to my general satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: Dr Parker and his team were very efficient and professional, as well as very friendly and approachable. I initially had to delay my oral surgery due to a viral illness and the staff were understanding, even though it was only a day or two before the proposed surgery. Dr Parker explained the procedure clearly and Bronte gave clear, helpful instructions as well. All the staff were kind, including the Anaesthetist. Post-procedure I had some nausea (perhaps due to the antibiotics), no pain, and the wound has healed very well. I would thoroughly recommend Wisdom Teeth Centre.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Parker and his team. Dr Parker made my 14 year old son feel completely at ease with his teeth extractions. My son was naturally anxious about having surgery, but Dr Parker has a very calm, kind approach and bedside manner and quickly put my son at ease. My son had 2 difficult teeth to extract and Dr Parker is a true professional, my son healed very quickly and totally pain free. His staff are lovely, welcoming and very professional in keeping you in formed and updated. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my procedure performed by Dr Steven Parker. I have no recollection of the wisdom teeth surgery due to being sedated and recovery wasn't too bad. I'm very happy to have gone with the Wisdom Teeth Centre. Dr Parker was able to answer any questions I had and he made the whole process seem very simple and straightforward.

I was very nervous about my wisdom teeth particularly since I had a tricky extraction but I am so pleased that I went to this practice. I could not recommend them highly enough. They were understanding from beginning to end and the work that Dr Parker did was fantastic as my swelling and soreness were so minimal and I was surprised at how quickly I recovered. I just wished to share this experience so that others (particularly if they are nervous) can feel rest assured with Dr Parker.

I did see another oral surgeon who was going to take out all 4 wisdom teeth and I was very happy when we saw Dr Parker and he said only 2 were needed to be removed at this stage. Had to get my wisdom teeth out end of last year due to infection and Steve was able to urgently book me in for a consultation which he explained the procedure clearly and made me feel at ease! The surgery went ahead a week later and both Steve and the anaesthetist called the day after checking on my recovery. I had absolutely no pain what so ever and have not had any problems since! I recommend Steve to all my friends and family who need their wisdom teeth taken out knowing that this experience is not like many others. Thankyou again!

Fantastic experience: I had my first wisdom tooth a few years back removed at a different place and it was the worse pain. I couldn't eat properly or open my mouth and laugh for 2 weeks. This time I came to this Wisdom Teeth Center and I got my wisdom tooth removed here and surprisingly I didn't feel pain afterwards not even once. I only felt at the start that something is removed so I should be gentle there. I really recommend this place. Pain free procedure.

The Lakeview hospital staff were amazing and made us feel as comfortable as possible, which assured us we were in good hands. The anaethetist Dr Brooks was fantastic. He took the time to listen to our concerns about my daughter's bad reaction to anaesthetic in the past and assured us that he would try to alleviate this reaction. Whatever he did, I was so impressed as my daughter did not vomit even once post wisdom teeth extraction. Her recovery was rapid and pain free! The follow up appointment with Dr Parker confirmed the operation was a success and her recovery was on track. I would highly recommend Dr Parker and his team at Wisdom Teeth Centre.

Negative experience: Receptionist allowed a booking without a referral, however the surgeon insisted the opinion of a dentist was required. What a waste of time and money. Train your receptionists to advise would-be patients that xrays and a dentist referral are mandatory! :(

Fantastic experience: I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and was EXTREMELY satisfied with the care Dr Parker and his team provided . I was nervous before going in but he made me feel at ease. Post op I had some concerns regarding one of the holes in my gum and he called me straight away and talked me through the process in full detail and that I needn’t worry, I have since then recovered fully and would most definitely recommend Dr Parker to my family and friends.

Negative experience: This is not a review of the oral surgeon, he might be brilliant, but I will never know as I was extremely put off by the receptionist who received my call. I made a call to query about having tooth extracted by Dr Parker, but during the course of the conversation, I was cut off mid sentence and put on hold 4 times without reason for a couple of minutes each time. It was such a disappointing experience, you feel your query was inconsequential to be given time.

Fantastic experience: I had all four wisdom teeth removed with Dr Parker. He was both extremely competent and personable. He took the time to explain the process to me clearly and to answer any questions I had. His service was professional and I knew I was in great hands. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Parker and his expertise to anyone interested in being well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Recently went through wisdom teeth extraction surgery in July 2019 at Lakeview Hospital. Surgery to remove 4 wisdom teeth and excess molar was performed by Dr Steven Parker. I can highly recommend the services of Dr Steven Parker and his team of professionals particularly in the area of complex wisdom teeth extraction. Dr Parker's great surgical skills saw me come out of surgery with very minimum post op trauma and a very quick recovery.
