Fantastic experience: Excellent service.

Negative experience: The worst dentist i have ever seen in my life, she broke my second molar thooth first time, and she said it was accident, I dont know what kind of accident is that, second time she tried to filled up my up second molar tooth, and she missed up, now if I drink cold or hotter I feel very sensitive. I hate to even see her face the Indian lady who owns the dentist. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL GUYS.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this dentist enough. Everyone at the clinic was super friendly and welcoming — just genuinely lovely people. The work they did was professional, and you could tell the staff all worked really well together. It made the whole experience feel smooth and comfortable. Honestly, such a good vibe all around.

Fantastic experience: Dr Padma was very professional and understanding. The wisdom tooth was extracted easily and she explained the process very clearly and thoroughly. There was no complications.

Fantastic experience: Definitely a 10/10 experience. Both of the two dentists are so nice. They explain the procedure during the surgery so you feel safe. I didn’t expect a cavity so I didn’t book enough time for the appointment. But Dr. Padma still kindly adjust enough time to go through my filling. Really appreciate that. Dr. Tara adds was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The clinic was modern and clean, and I appreciated the use of the facilities . Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend O'Connor Dentist to anyone seeking quality dental care and at reasonable prices.

Negative experience: I did infill in there, and the teeth I did is now still soaring. But before I did, I felt nothing. I am so frustrated and I went back once and the dentist was still charging me the fee which makes it become my problem. Very annoying.(this is my review 2 months ago) A follow up review, so I went to another dentist. I did the x ray again and the dentist said the surface of the new infill is not smooth so the food will go inside the gap. So when I use floss, the floss is smelly. He told me to remove my new infill and replace a new one. The whole operation took me nearly an hour and I have to pay an extra 250 bucks. infilling should be a very common practice for a dentist. And the removal of infill is not a funny thing, I didn’t count how many injection I took for this operation. I shouldn’t have suffered this if I chose the correct dental at the first place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited O'Connor Dental Surgery about four or five times now, and each visit has been consistently positive. Both the dentists and the receptionists are attentive and friendly. Dr. Padma provides good advice and explanations for check-ups, cleanings, and treatments. From my experience, Dr. Padma demonstrates empathy, ethical standards, and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I love O'Connor Dental Surgery! All the doctors and assiatants are professional and kind! Dr. Padma Yarlagadda and Dr. Mridul Thakur are so excellent!!!!! Two assistants are doing fantastic jobs!!!! The process of root canal treatment and filling is carried out in a very professional way!!! Doctors will inform you that what treatment they will do for you today and explain the strategies and steps of the dental surgery. Assistants are taking care of you during the whole process. O'Connor Dental Surgery is soooo great!!!!!! I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!!

Negative experience: I used this dentist for my best experience. Intill they called my wife a Liar and would not respond too the issue of my treatment. I waited since November 2023 too get seen. my mouth has been waiting for these dentures too be done. No follow up. I am ringing too follow up and get same answer we will get back too you. I recommend this place for service and treatment on talking about treatments they can do. But after how long I waited too not use my medical insurance for dental work. They dragged it on. Still waiting after month too get my paperwork.

My husband and I had both experienced pain and sensitive teeth during the cleaning process with our previous dentist and I was super nervous. The doctor was very patient and talked me through the check and clean. It wasn’t sensitive nor painful and my teeth feel great after the clean. Positive experience: Polite, kind dentist but not as thorough as others. Didn't explain everything very much. I rang about wanting to get take home whitening kits made after a check up and clean appointment, had to keep asking for information about teeth whitening during and after the check up. Because of this didn't have impressions taken at the same time as check up as the receptionist told me would occur. Waste of time, so going elsewhere.
