Fantastic experience: WOW.. I am beyond impressed! Apart from Everyone here being so nice, Dr Bill Gergis is amazing. He repaired a filling on a front tooth that had fallen out (on the front of the tooth). I can smile again without worrying about people seeing a damaged tooth or food trapped in it. Moreover the tooth didn't need to be removed as suggested by a different dentist. Seriously.. Best Dentist I've EVER, EVER seen. A huge Thank you to everyone here. You are now my GOTO dentist

Fantastic experience: Bill did some reconstructive work after another dentist tried to fix a problematic tooth without success. The techniques they use are more sophisticated and have much better results! You wouldn’t even know which tooth was worked on - it looks completely natural. If another dentist has told you “it’s gotta be pulled out” - you owe it to yourself to check with Bill at Brickworks dental first, he might be able to fix it. Needless to say - I never returned to my old dentist after being here. Thanks to the team!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency situation and needed help straight away. Bill and his team fitted me into their schedule and helped me immensely. Bill is very gentle when putting in anesthetic needle. I didn't feel a thing. He fixed my broken tooth, very professional and the new technology used to make my new crown was very impressive. Fantastic experience: After having seen 5 recommended dentists for consultations to replace an existing crown and have 3 veneers inserted, I proceeded with Dr. Bill and it was the best decision I could have made. The result as a whole exceeded my very high expectations with the crown and veneers looking so natural, having the perfect shape and color to match my other teeth. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful team they have here. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment but the lovely Georgia greeted me with a smile and assured me not to stress. Dr Bill Gergis, the head dentist, is very kind and I was kept comfortable while they undertook 'renovation works' of my mouth! Still have a root canal to go, but I know I'm in great hands and not the slightest bit anxious - words I rarely use when it comes to visiting the dentist!

Being aware of exactly how bad my teeth are, I usually feel pretty awkward and embarrassed when seeing the dentist. However; Bill and his team of very kind and friendly staff, all made me feel 100% comfortable, welcome, and unjudged. My teeth feel so much stronger now, and certainly, much straighter. I can smile again! Also; your pricing is very reasonable anyway but, being a bit strapped for cash at the time of my visit, it was a huge help that you have flexible payment options. It makes dental treatment much more accessible, and a lot less stressful, for those of us on a budget. So; a big, BIG, thank you to everyone at Brickworks Dental, I'll be back again, for sure! After seeing his incredible work on TikTok I booked a ticket to Adelaide to get bonding (resin veneers) The entire experience was absolutely flawless and all the girls in his team were so lovely & kind. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin!? I found Dr Bill Gergis and Brickworks Dental through Instagram, and could immediately tell the quality of work and care was the best in Adelaide. As I needed extensive work, on at least 15 teeth I decided to contact them and I was happy I did! From the first time walking through the doors, Dr Bill and his assistants Georgia and Bella were the most professional, friendly and welcoming people I have experienced in a dental practice. They always ensure I am comfortable and take time out of their busy day to chat and laugh! The waiting room has a comfy chair to relax on as well as a massage chair which is perfect to chill out in before treatment. When receiving treatment, Dr Bill is the most gentle dentist, even when he has to use a needle for anaesthetic, I don’t feel a thing! As for the work on my teeth, I cannot believe the meticulous attention to detail and artistry he performed on them! I lost all hope through conventional dentistry until I saw Dr Bill’s Biomimetic dentistry expertise in action. Teeth I thought I would lose, he was able to restore back to better than they were originally. Dr Bill has absolutely changed my life. Prior to treatment I couldn’t smile as I was so self conscious, but now I smile ear to ear at every opportunity thanks to the amazing work he has done. I cannot thank you enough for giving me my smile back, and I highly recommend anyone who wants their smile to shine to come here also!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend brickworks dental enough! I got my composite veneers done in February this year and have wanted a few tweaks done here and there as I got used to them. Dr Bill has been so lovely, accomodating and understanding throughout the entire process and has never made me feel silly for any questions I had for him. He exceeded my expectations as I had an old bridge tooth that needed to be replaced and it was not a straightforward job as I had a tooth above the bridge in the gum. He is a problem solver and creative and let me know exactly what he could do, how many visits I needed and how much it would cost. He is also gentle which is a big plus, no needles or sedation needed. Bill has a friendly and warm approach which put me at ease because I have had bad memories of previous dental procedures. Fantastic experience: I NEVER thought id have a normal smile...ever. I was told I would need years of work, it takes time my case was bad. I almost gave up and just settled. But He fix my smile in an afternoon, within hours! I still can't believe it. I'm still in shock. I spent my whole teenage and adult life with a horrible smile and hiding it. The biggest compliment I ever got was " I've never seen you smile so big" I wish I done this earlier. It's was so quick pain less and easy

Negative experience: Last time dr done very good clean of my teeth. But this time he only done superficial cleaning . I feel Low level service while he charge me more than a cleaning service. and I will not recommend this dental surgery to any of my known.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bill Gergis and his team are very professional and welcoming. My comprehensive examination was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Gergis was also able to suggest a teeth whitening treatment that worked extremely well for a discoloured front tooth I was concerned about. I am so happy with the results especially after being told by two other dentists that the discoloured tooth would need to be replaced by an implant! My teeth are now all the same colour and look very natural and I feel confident to smile again. I also appreciated my initial FREE consultation about my discoloured tooth - it made me feel very comfortable about moving forwards with the whitening.

They were all so lovely and seemed to go all out to provide you with the best service. Follow up messages to see if everything is well, photos of teeth shown during the session so I knew what was exactly going on, a doctor who took his time explaining options and helping me understand, and to top it off they have a tv, woohoo. Fantastic experience: After going to 3 different dentist for the same problem and none of the other dentist helped me in anyway instead just referred me to a specialist which I have to wait for 5 months to be seen. I decided to try one last time and see another dentist and Went to brickworks dental with prior existing condition but after one appointment with the dentist, made a huge difference. He treated the condition I was experiencing in 4 sessions and I couldn’t be more happy. I will highly recommend them. They don’t waste your time and money and they are very honest and reliable.
