Fantastic experience: Great experience for my first visit today, starting with a warm welcome from Laura and Dr David Vickers. David was very thorough and friendly - I'm quite sure he spent extra time cleaning my teeth and talking me through the photos in detail that were taken during the cleaning. I compared my teeth after David cleaned them to a photo taken after my previous dentist cleaned them, and they are significantly cleaner and brighter now with some stubborn stains removed - very happy with the result! Discomfort was minimal despite some inflamed gums, and there was no pain as David and his dental assistant were very careful. Their new patient welcome pack was a nice touch to top off their wonderful local service. Thank you guys :) See you next time!

Fantastic experience: Dr David Vickers from Northbridge Dentists has been looking after this little old lady’s teeth for the last 10 years! He is absolutely amazing….professional, wonderful bedside manner and very knowledgeable about modern dentistry. The practice has state of the art equipment and he even laughs at my jokes! My grandchildren also see him and they unbelievably look forward to their visits. Highly recommend David and the practice. Definitely worth Ten ⭐️s!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Russell Cooke is an extremely experienced and professional dentist. I have been seeing Russell as a dentist for about 17 years. I have complete trust in his skill, knowledge and integrity. The practice itself is clean and has high tech equipment. A full 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to Northbridge Dentist as a family for 6 years now. Dr Vickers is patient and gentle with kids, and is great with adults too. We never feel pressured to have unnecessary work done, but David is happy to provide an opinion and options on aesthetic work when requested. We no longer live locally but we’re very happy to keep making the trip back to our trusted dentist every 6 months to look after our family’s oral health.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is a good one for my children and I. The staff are so friendly but are also up with the latest treatment plans. Great with children - in their approach and how they explain different things about teeth care. I had a particularly painful clean recently and Dr David Vickers suggested breaking up the treatment across two appointments to minimise the stress in one sitting. I really appreciated that. The surgery is super clean and peaceful. Dr Vickers is a nature lover and plays various wildlife and other documentaries for patients to focus on during their appointment. The young woman on reception is so personable and processes everything swiftly at the end of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Audrey and her dental assistant were so professional and amazing at what they do. It was my first time coming to their office, knowing I needed a filling, and everything was explained to me in detail. She made sure I was fully informed about what was needed and was she was going to do and advised me on aftercare and precautions, waiting patiently for my anesthetic to set in before getting started, there was zero pain. The price was even reasonable, which was amazing considering the top notch care I received. She even followed up with me in the coming days to make sure everything was going okay. I will be coming back here for the foreseeable future and would recommend anyone I know to come here as well!

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience at Northbridge dentist! Very kid friendly with my 2 and 4 year old! They had a play kitchen in the waiting room, and so patient and kind keeping them busy with puzzles and balloons to play with while I was getting my checkup also. Highly recommend if you have kids!!

Fantastic experience: As a reluctant dentist visiter, it took me a long time to try a new dentist after my old one retired. Fortunately for me, I tried Northbridge Dentists. From the first visit, I’ve been nothing but impressed. All the staff are friendly, professional and have a disarming & calming sense of humour. Dr Vickers in particular, is impressively calm, methodical, and always explains exactly as much or as little as I wish to know about whatever procedure he’s performing. (Unfortunately I’ve had more than I’d like.) The practice does not seem particularly inexpensive, but compared to horror stories of ridiculous bills I’ve heard from friends, my estimation is that it is very reasonable, particularly for a Lower North Shore dentist. That said, the most telling endorsement I can give is, that I’ve never even considered trying another dentist since I first saw Dr Vickers.

The dentist isn't my favourite place to be, but I'm always put at ease with things being explained to me and always being asked through out service if I'm ok! Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Vickers for a toothache that came and went and decided to get it checked out to be sure. I was concerned I’d be quickly dismissed as the pain had largely gone away on the day of my appointment. Dr Vickers was very understanding and really thorough. He spent 30 mins trying different things and after two X-rays suspected I might have some decay under a fissure sealant from my previous dentist. He was right! He took his time patching me up even when his next patient was there and waiting. He also only charged me for one X-ray saying the other was for his own records. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr David Vickers was recommended to me by a number of friends and I'm glad I listed! My visit, although I was dreading, was delightful. Because it was my first visit to Northbridge Dentists, before any work, David took the time to understand the history of my teeth and explained very clearly what he was going to do during the appointment. He was very professional in all aspects of my visit, as were all of the staff. He even gave me a free toothbrush and about 3 different types of floss! Will recommend to my friends and I'll definitely be back.
