Within the first initial appointment the Dr picked up health issues that needed to be addressed that other medical professionals did not pick up at all over the years. I was sent for a scan for further investigation and thorough assessment actioned at the next appointment. I am very grateful as now I’m on my journey towards perfect health and a better smile. Negative experience: Horrible experience. I will never forget it, and it has completely destroyed my trust in dentists. There was zero communication, no care or compassion shown and charged me more to take from my insurance ,only a focus on money.

Tiffany and Diana and staff have made my treatment journey ahead easy to accept and feel I am being heard. I actually like going to the dentist now. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Jamie Leong today the first time for clean and checkup because my previous dentist retired. She was absolutely amazing!! She was very gentle and patiently went through all my inquiries. I was extremely nervous today. The team was very professional especially the dental nurse gave me lots of support to help me relax during this visit. Dr Jamie was really accommodating to offer me little breaks during the clean due to my anxiety. I will definitely return to her for treatments and recommend her to my friends. Overall very impressive at my initial visit today!

Fantastic experience: I came in to see Dr. Shanash for a wisdom tooth removal, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I was a bit nervous, but she explained everything in such a clear and kind way that it really put me at ease. The procedure was quick and way easier than I expected. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s not only skilled but also super caring, I can’t recommend Dr. Shanash enough!

Fantastic experience: Go dental are AMAZING!!!! Dr Richard is an amazing Dr very helpful, the other staff are all absolutely amazing and so lovely would give 1000/10!!!!!

Negative experience: Dentist was running late by 30 minutes. No notice passed onto the next patient, no information was given to the admin staff to update the next patient. Was told by admin when asked if it was typical for sessions to run over this late and was given an obscure timeframe by them that indicates they weren't updated on delays. Take your custom elsewhere to a place that values your time as well.

Fantastic experience: Just had a tooth extraction yesterday and Dr. Patel as well his assistance Christine was very helpful. Made an appointment with Dental surgery as I had a toothache. Dr. Patel had a thorough check before finding the cause and very informative before doing the tooth extraction procedures. They managed to do it last minute so I won't feel uncomfortable with the toothache any longer. Christine also help me to feel calm during the whole procedures.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tiffany is my regular dentist and recently crafted my sleep appliance for my sleep apnea management. She is always very informative, professional, and compassionate. I recently had my bottom wisdom teeth removed by Dr Ahmed, and the experience was just as exceptional. Calming, reassuring, and I have healed better than my previous two wisdom teeth removals done elsewhere in a shorter time. They are reasonably priced for dental procedures and will always work within your means and budget if you need more time to save up for certain items. Highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Called earlier today to enquire about wisdom teeth removal - the receptionist was really kind in answering my millions of questions. Luckily they had an appointment in about an hours time which I accepted. The dentist and assistant were both amazing - explained everything in depth so I fully understood what was happening. I was a little nervous but they were super encouraging and helped calm my nerves. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I’ll be back next year to get the remainder of my wisdoms extracted - can’t recommend this place enough! p.s sorry for biting your finger lol

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would. The service I received from the Go Dental team is unmatched. I had a crown and veneers done, the team treated me with care and respect from the very first enquiry. Going to the dentist isn't where most people want to spend their time however Dr. Tiffany and her team will make sure you feel comfortable and cared for.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment on Monday for cleaning my teath. I called them for a reschedule as I couldn't call them on the weekend . They were saying that I have to pay them for it. Please be careful while booking an appointment with them.They don't know how much I have to pay for the cleaning procedure.They were not giving any information about it.

Negative experience: Very Disappointed! I had my first visit with Go Dental on the 27th of May and had a wonderful experience. During this visit the receptionist booked me in for another appointment on the 10th of June. When I arrived on the 10th of June, the receptionist checked me in and I sat down. At 11:30am I saw my dentist come out and call another patient in and I thought to myself oh they must be running behind today. 5 minutes the receptionist called me to the desk to advise me that they had changed my appointment to the 24th but failed to advised me. They said they were unsure as to why I was not notified and there was nothing they could do for me. They obviously changed my appointment to fit someone else in. I’m feeling very frustrated as the dentist I see can be very hard to get into and I took the day off work to attend this appointment. I was not given a solution, just a ‘sorry’ and ‘goodbye’. Will not be going back to Go Dental after this experience!

Fantastic experience: I have always been a loyal supporter of my local businesses. Once my work location moved, so did my new dentist. I was referred to Go Dental and I am extremely pleased I was. From the initial booking to the appointment day the communication was both professional and pleasant. I already felt comfortable in my decision. On attending the clinic, Liz at reception greeted me with a beautiful smile and such bubbly personality! Dr Martin was on time and ready for me after completing the initial paperwork. Dr Martin and his assistant worked on my teeth, cleaned, took x-rays, corrected past issues without any pain or tenderness like I have had before from other dentists.... such an amazing dentist! During all procedures Dr Martin checked in to make sure I was ok and comfortable (never had that before). I have huge anxiety and trust issues with dentists due to previous history of Strokes and swallowing issues - not once during the examination did I feel uncomfortable! I have definitely found my new dentist clinic and Dr - I can't the staff enough for such a pleasant experience. Again - thank you so much to Liz for taking care of me and my driver too. Professionals at work here

Fantastic experience: This practice really takes their customer service obligations very seriously, and go out of their way to be warm and friendly to both patients and, in our case, the parents of patients. Tiffany's approach to orthodontics is refreshing ... taking time to patiently explain what she hopes to achieve and how it can benefit not just teeth but one's overall quality of life - sleeping, breathing, eating etc. Highly recommended!.

Negative experience: Doctor refused to do full check up as I was late by few minutes for the appointment even though I rang up and informed I am running late. So if anyone have an issue with whole teeth they will diagnose only half if you are late ..

Fantastic experience: My children saw Ben the dentist who was very friendly and professional. He explained to the children what to expect throughout the appointment and was very patient with them. He took photos throughout their appointment and showed them various things he had found explaining to them what it was and how to avoid it. While I was waiting for each child to be seen, the waiting room had lots of things for the children to do so they didn’t get bored and the ladies at the front where very polite. It’s a lovely place and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I have not seen a dentist in 20 years. Booked in to see Dr Doyle at Go Dental and it was no where near as terrifying as I thought. Dr Doyle explained everything in depth and made sure I understood what he was doing and all parts of my treatment plan, which was nice. Staff were super friendly which helped too :)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Go dental surgery for nearly 15 years and in that entire time Tiffany and her team have been taking care of me. They're practical, skilled, with a warm bed-side manner that I've never seen topped. Tiffany in particular has been looking after me and every time its like I'm there to see an old family friend. All in all, if you need a dentist who's worth the hype, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: My 7yr old daughter had 3 teeth pulled by Dr Steve on Friday and although she was dreading it, both Dr Steve and his nurse Sheila put her at ease. It was a very quick, easy and painless process and my daughter was even able to eat fried chicken only a few hours afterwards . Healing is going beautifully with no pain or swelling. Highly recommend Dr Steve and the team!!!

I really value my dental appointments and my oral heath now thanks to the care they provide. Staff are great and make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. Due to avoiding dentists because of a bad experience years ago, I needed a fair bit of treatment. To make my treatment affordable, I was able to go on an interest free payment plan!
