Despite having little notice, Dr Cassandra Wee saw me promptly and handled my situation with incredible care, calmness, and expertise. Dr Wee took the time to carefully assess and double-check her diagnosis, ensuring every detail was considered before proceeding. She determined that a root canal and ultimately a tooth extraction were necessary (and explained everything clearly and compassionately throughout). What impressed me most was how she managed this complex and urgent situation while also attending to her other patients with professionalism and grace. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend Dr Cassandra Wee for anyone seeking a dentist who is not only highly skilled but truly compassionate and committed to her patients’ wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Just had my wisdom teeth out, was pretty nervous. They did 3 at once and it was 100x less difficult than I thought it would be. Absolutely professional, timely and felt nothing under just local anesthetic - some pushing and pulling, but it wasn’t any more than a strong massage. This is why I drive halfway across Sydney to go here, cannot recommend enough and would give 6/5 stars if I could. Dentists and nurses there make an exceptional team and the reception that greets you is always delightful.

Natasha is extremely attentive and goes out of her way to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable. Dr Peter and Jazz are exceptional. Peter is extremely skilled, and I felt very safe and cared for during my procedure. Several dentists told me the procedure would be difficult, requiring hospitalisation, and Dr Peter performed the procedure with ease, and I am very grateful for his expertise. His skillfulness is also reflected in my very smooth recovery. I couldn't recommend Peter and his team more, and I am very thankful to have found them and will only go to them for future dental work. Fantastic experience: I started taking my whole family to Whites Dental Care about three years ago as my husband and I both needed a local dentist that is also great with children. We've been so happy with the proactive service and care here for every member of our family. The team are so friendly and welcoming, you really feel like you are in good hands! The health of my teeth (and my husband's) has never been better. My children (ages 4 and 5) have been going for a check up for the past couple of years now, and they love going to the dentist! Last visit, my 5 year old was happy to have a proper clean too, which is awesome for a child who normally takes a lot of convincing to do anything that might be perceived as uncomfortable. It has been a very positive start to their dental health care journey. Most recently, I finished my aligners treatment with Dr Cassandra Wee. I am SO thrilled with the results! My teeth are beautifully straight now, I can finally fit floss between all my teeth properly, and I've even been able to whiten them for the first time in my life with my new night retainers. Cass ensured fantastic results in only 14 months of treatment (and it would've been shorter except for the fact I wanted to extend my wear of each set during the Christmas period.) I also highly recommend Spark aligners as an option to consider instead of Invisalign, they were super clear (people never noticed I was wearing aligners) and each set always arrived promptly. My night retainers arrived within only 3 days from scanning! Amazing! Huge thank you to Cass for these awesome results and the team for their friendliness, ongoing care and support. I couldn't recommend Cass and the whole team at Whites Dental Care more highly!

I was going for many years and for a while decided to try others but then I noticed how good Whites is in comparison and came back. Dr Peter did an implant and he did a great job of it and the price was great. Everyone is genuinely caring and work as a great team. I’m not going to try another dentist again this practice is the best and Dr Peter has the best hair! : )

Walked in for a dental check up and clean in the morning - whilst the sound of dental appliances working away at my teeth did unnerve me at first, I quickly felt at ease under the steady hands of the team there. Not only this, I was offered a filling on the same day, which was done quickly and with minimal pain. Clear explanation of procedures also helped with any unease. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Recommend against going to this place. The staff are triple vaxxed and know it's endangering patients. I became very ill after going here. Very selfish, borderline criminal doing that to their own patients. Also they are still giving out fluoride with9ut informed consent, they are fully aware of that it is toxic waste. They are doing fillings without informed consent. I have felt garbage for over 2 years, these people are sick

Fantastic experience: I cannot overstate how impressed I am with these guys. Consummate professionals - all of them. Due to my own chronic (and willful) neglect over the years I've needed to have several painful/decaying back teeth removed. Dr Peter Marinovic has near magical abilities undertaking this task. I lay in the chair, bracing for the impeding ordeal, he fiddles around a bit in my mouth - I'm now psychologically prepared - and then he says "okay" - I assume that means get ready for what's to come - he just stands there, and then says "okay - it's done". I don't believe him until he points to the removed tooth in the tray. This man has God-level skills.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say to be happy while going to the dentist… they have to remove one of my teeth and so you can imagine how much I could be happy. However I need to say that the experience was very very very positive. They have explained me all, they allowed me to “take my time”, they were helpful, kind and brilliant. Surely high recommended!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to whites dental for a well needed clean was fantastic. I am always really nervous to visit the dentist but the team were great. They made me feel really comfortable. Both Rita and Fereba were amazing. They were very thorough and took their time to look after me. They made sure I was educated on how to properly look after my teeth at home and explained the importance of having good oral hygiene. My fear of visiting the dentist was definitely put at ease and I will definitely be returning in the future

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a dentist that has amazing customer service and care, Look no further. I called a few dentists about a month ago as my Husband wisdom teeth was hurting and we knew he would need to take it out due to a previous X-ray, I spoke to Natasha on the phone, and every question was answered even before I could think of them, I had previously called around 6 dental places before finding this place. I noticed a common theme with dental offices where everything is rushed and they can only do so much, however Natasha, although working from home during the current Covid situation, answered all my questions that made my confident to book for my husband. My husband is generally scared of all doctor/dental appointments due to previous event when he was younger, however Natasha made me feel confident that we had found the right place, we ended up booking a consultation for the next day. Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist Pam and Radhika, who by far are the best receptionist I’ve ever had in any establishment. We also met Dr. Peter Who took very good care of us and explained all our options, My husband was very surprised with the level of care and customer service they had at every point. The best part is, the price they had given was also very competitive, (cheaper that a lot of the places i had initially called We booked in the appointment with the IV sedation aswell for both lower wisdom teeth removal On the day (today) Amar was very anxious however Emma, (IV Sedation Nurse) took great care of him and made him feel very relaxed until he knocked out, she was really sweet and have so much care. I came back to pick him up and it was a lot shorter than expected, after an hour of dropping him off both teeth were already removed and he was finished with the operation and had to wait until the 30minutes passed, On the way home, My husband while still on the drugs was so happy about the operation that he wanted to come back and do it again(he was upset because he doesn’t have more wisdom teeth to remove) This place is honestly a hidden Gem, definitely going to be coming back here and recommending this place to everyone.

I came in today to have both my lower wisdom teeth removed, I was really anxious for this procedure as I am typically very scared of all dental/doctor procedure however, The customer service and care from them is something I’ve never had felt before in my life ever. Thank you Natasha, although only My partner spoke to you over the phone a few times, he was really impressed with the level of care and assistance you provided, making sure all questions are answered before he can even think of them! Thank you Pam always being so motivating and making sure I am okay and to help understand the procedure. You were like a real sister to me!! And Radhika too being very sweet and making sure I’m not scared throughout! Dr Peter, you’re the only dentist that I will ever go to because you’re awesome and very talented. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Cassandra today to repair a filling that had fallen out. I’m a bit nervous of the dentist but upon entering I was made to feel completely comfortable by all the reception staff which put me at ease straight away. The room Where the work was carried out was spotless and it even had a TV on the ceiling which helped distract me while I was lying down. The chair was really comfortable and Cassandra was Excellent at explaining exactly what was happening. I didn’t feel a thing throughout the procedure which was something I was worried about and I’m really happy with the end result. Thank you and see you again soon

Negative experience: Unprofessional reception staff put me off getting treatment at this dental practice. I didn't leave my name when I made my enquiry with the reception staff. It's interesting that every bad review is getting tagged by the owner as "not a patient of ours".
