Fantastic experience: Dr. Sherry Mousavi is an amazing dentist! She has a very professional manner and knows exactly how to make patients feel comfortable, especially kids. My children used to be scared of going to the dentist, but after visiting Dr. Sherry, they absolutely love coming back for their check-ups. She explains everything clearly, is very gentle, and creates a friendly, stress-free environment. Highly recommend her for families!

Negative experience: I have heard only poor and terrible things about this place only to experience it myself. The receptionist needs to be sacked and deserves an attitude check and learn what customer service is all about This practice should not be harassing their clients by constantly calling them to "confirm" an appointment, then when you get back to them they tell you it has been cancelled. Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend at all!

Negative experience: What a joke of a practice. I had a appointment made to see a dentist at 3pm. I specifically finished worked early to make my appointment. I have a toothache and informed the receptionist I was in pain when I made my appointment only 24hrs prior. Due to my job I dont carry my mobile phone with me. When I finished work I noticed I had missed calls on my mobile from this dental clinic. When I spoke to reception she said because I didn't confirm my appt my booking was cancelled. I confirmed my appointment only 24hrs ago due to my pain it was made on a a Sunday. The reception kept putting me on hold to ask the dentist but apparently she was busy and had other appointments. Dr Sherry Mousavi why do you take appointments when you cancel your client's anyway, this place is a joke. Stay away!!

She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring you fully understand your options. What I appreciate most is her ability to create the best treatment plan that suits both your dental needs and long-term oral health. Her professional, gentle, and caring manner makes each visit comfortable and stress-free. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and well taken care of. If you are looking for a dentist who combines expertise with genuine care, I highly recommend Dr. Sherry Mousavi!

Negative experience: I had some fillings done in December 2024, and today in less than a year, a good chunk of filling just came right off. Very disappointed and never had this experience with any other dentist or dental clinic. Dr. Patterson, the fillings looked and felt very average and I actually mentioned then. Here we are less than 12months, and appears I was right and it was way below average. My advice to people is spend your money somewhere you can get quality.

Negative experience: I had a horrible and belittling experience by the receptionist here. I’m in excruciating pain in 2 of my teeth and asked for the price of an examination. Her attitude towards me was not what I expected from a so called professional and she could not answer my questions politely nor correctly! I’ve never experienced such ignorance and arrogance in a long time. When I asked a question and she said “I’ve worked here for 20 years, I know”, it was humiliating in front of the other patients waiting in the practice. I hope that management can take this review seriously and action the experience that happened to me so no body else suffers!

Fantastic experience: More review after 12 months: I greatly appreciate Dr. Jan's professional manner & skills, and he is dedicated to his work with wonderful effects on his patients. My son just reached his 12 months' milestone with Dr. Jan and will have another several months to go. The change is significant and every trip to see Dr. Jan was a pleasure. Not much pain at all, to our surprise. I'm so glad that we found Dr. Jan from many orthodontists. Original Review from 2024: My son recently started his bracing journey with Dr. Jan. Dr. Jan is very professional with profound knowledge, and he always communicates with a great patience. I consulted 6 orthodontists and finally decided to engage with Pacific Smiles with Dr. Jan. Dr. Jan looks after patients throughout the entire 18 months’ period that avoids the complications or miss-communications. I will come back to update the experience during the 18 months.

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety and needle phobia - even nitrous oxide doesn't work for me. Getting three teeth removed was terrifying, but the team here were so incredibly patient and supportive and made it a lot more bearable. I'm really grateful and would highly recommend Dr Sharayu Belote.

Fantastic experience: Service is prompt and professional, Dr.Shipra Goel is the go to doctor for sure, my root canal treatment just went so ease without a pain for a minute for two teeths, experienced doctor, keep you informed about the procedure and make you feel confident about the treatment, best clinic to go for your dental care.

Fantastic experience: Edit (24.05.25): Tried calling this place for an hour and finally got through. Long story short, no one ever clearly told me the actual date of my appointment—just that it was on a Saturday. So I assumed it was today at 1pm. Then today, I get a reminder saying my appointment is actually on 31/05/25. Yes, I know I should’ve double-checked the date last week, but still... the communication could’ve been a lot clearer. After being on hold forever just to confirm if today was still on, someone finally answered right as I was about to leave for the dentist—only to tell me it’s next week. GUUUUURL. GOODBYE. Still leaving 5 stars though. Original: I felt really comfortable and relaxed. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time and was pretty nervous, but Dr. Dewan explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood. It felt like I was being cared for, not judged.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Indira in January for the first time just before I was moving to QLD and I had been meaning to write a review but just did not get around to it! My experience was probably one of the best dental experiences I have had. Dr Indira was so professional, she explained everything she was going to be doing and was very thorough in her work and she knows what she is doing. She is definitely in the right profession.

Negative experience: My experience with Dr Nimasha Amarasinghe for a regular cleaning and assessment wasn't so great. I find out all the dentist I have visited, this is far the lowest quality and service. Unfortunately I can't recommend or provide a better review.

Fantastic experience: One of the best practices I've been to. Had a complicated wisdom tooth extraction done with Dr David Taub. He is simply fantastic. He is extremely nice and makes the whole experience so relaxed and easy for the patient. Highly recommended. Great team. Also had my dental check up done about a month ago with Dr Shiny who is fantastic. Overall a great experience everytime I do an annual check up there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Jagad for a couple of years for general clean. Recently I had a filing replaced. He is very professional, calm and checks on you as he works. He doesn’t run too late either. Recommend!

Negative experience: I wanted to explore my options during my appointment about my issue, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any helpful suggestions. Surprisingly, my mom ended up providing me with more information about dental options than the professionals did. It feels like a waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Dr David Taub is the best of the best for any sort of tooth extractions!!!! No pain at all and took just few seconds to remove my lower wisdom tooth !!!

Positive experience: The people at Pacific Smiles Dental Parramatta are friendly and efficient. I’m usually seen on time for my appointment and my routine or occasionally reactive dental needs are met quickly and appropriately. The dentists and support staff regularly check that I’m comfortable with the procedure being carried out and let me know what’s coming next. The link to my health fund makes payments simple after the fund contributions are accounted for.

Negative experience: Booked to see Dr. C Foong at 12 noon; I came in > 1 hour early, and check-in with the Receptionist, Catherine. I waited in the waiting area, waited, and waited ... and my turn didn't turn up. I went up to the Receptionist to enquire, as it has already past 45 minutes of my scheduled appointment; was told that they canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else. This is very unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew of Pacific Smiles Parramatta is one of the best dentists I ever visited. Very professional and very efficient, knows what he is doing and does it very effectively and efficiently. He cares about everything, asks questions and tell and explain to the patient what he is doing and why he is doing it. Most important of all that the results of his treatment (although it was just a regular check up and removing calculus) are amazing and very satisfying for me.

Negative experience: Admin staff called me for payment before my operation, but caller number is hidden. She asked me to pay for facility fees on the phone, telling her the card numbers and expiry date. I asked if she could tell me the BSB and Account number and I will pay online by myself. She said there was NO such option. The only way is to pay on the phone. Come on!! This is year 2022 when scammers are everywhere and you are telling me I can't choose the payment method??? Finally I told her that Dr xx told me I could pay by cash on the spot. I find the whole phone call experience is ridiculous!!

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Dr Sharayu Belote's professionalism in attending to quite a few issues with my teeth. She has a warm and caring manner and outstanding communication skills. I was particularly grateful in her being available to see me on short notice after chipping a crown, and I appreciated her thorough but gentle approach with the routine cleaning/scaling. She listened actively to my concerns and has prepared a treatment plan to address these concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality dental treatment in Parramatta.

Positive experience: I have been to this clinic years ago, the difference back then is now completely different. I came here as my regular dentist at the Pacific Smiles, Sydney wasn't available. Receptionists for my 2 visits, were friendly but slight problems. 1st receptionist didn't give me a receipt for my visit even though I was given the receipt for my health insurance claim. I requested a receipt, she said they don't normally give receipts to patients who claim via hi cap (I like to keep records just in case) just a health insurance claim receipt. The 2nd receptionist forgot to click me on, the dentist I was seeing thought I was running late even though I was in the waiting area for over 10 minutes. I'll come back to the same dentist I saw if my regular dentist isn't available again.

Negative experience: I am not happy with my overall experienced, as the cleaning is painful, and my tooth extraction that turns out to be a minor dental surgery was not a pleasant experienced too. In addition, their afterpay service did not work and ask me if I have other means to pay the service which I believe kinda impolite. I am not the type who gives out negative reviews, but this one is a thumbs down for me because of my overall experienced. On the other hand, I appreciate their service, but I must say they can still improve their service to provide excellent customer satisfaction as they have expensive fee at the same time.

Negative experience: Diagnosed my 4 year old son with having a cavity. I was told to take him to a paediatric dentist, as they couldnt treat him. They didnt even take xrays. I took my son to a paediatric dentist, who took xrays and could not find any cavity. Wasted my time and so much of my money. I will never take any of my family here again. Beyond incompetent, shouldnt be allowed to practice.

Negative experience: Absolutely disrespectful, rude and abrupt secretaries and I saw 3 dentists there at Parramatta, all of them were absolutely under skilled on all the work they did on my teeth. They also overcharge even with junior dentists so be careful and go over your invoices. Would not reccommend at all. Save your money for a more professional and patient duty of care focused dentist Centre.

Positive experience: I initially went for a new patient check up and general clean and chose Pacific Smiles as other dentists don't open as many hours as these guys or don't do this work on the days I am not working. The price for this is actually fairly steep at just under 50% more expensive than others. I had neglected a clean and check up for quite a while so the result was that I needed fillings and a far deeper clean than I was expecting. Due to the time this would take my appointments were broken up into 4 visits, which was fine by me. Two of those visits were cancelled unexpectedly so the whole thing took quite some time. Again the price was fairly steep (I checked what the general price would be at their competition) but I went with them anyway due to convenience. I saw Dr Patterson who was easy to deal with and did a much better job than the disinterested and rude dentist I saw at another business where I last had a clean etc. I found the reception staff pleasant to deal with and very easy to arrange follow up appointments with. They send you an SMS to remind you of your appointment and so you can confirm this with them, so there is no excuse to miss an appointment. To summarise, yes they are quite pricey but they are good to deal with and have convenient hours for those of us who work weird shifts that make scheduling appointments tricky. The work seems to be of a high standard (though I am admittedly no expert) and I was treated well by them.

Negative experience: The receptionist are very rude with patient and even canceled my appointments without asking me and did not give reappointment for same day after requesting bacuse i m in chronic tooth pain.She did understand patient feeling.

Negative experience: I booked my appointment online. It was confirmed. 1 hour later I've got a call from receptionist that they have to move my appointment because customers who book face-to-face get a priority and they requested my spot! They've lost 4 customers today.

Negative experience: Appointment for 4 people. 35 minutes trying to find parking in all nearby streets and ALL parking stations. Absolutely nothing. Rang to find out where i can park... managed to not answer the phone for the time it took to drive two suburbs home. Terrible service and communication.. not to mention my son has had two fillings come out in the same tooth within 3 weeks of putting it in both times.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is extremely afraid of the dentist, i had the best experience. I went in on a Sunday without an appointment and the lady at the reception (apologies i forgot her name) was absolutely wonderful. I saw Dr Jagad who was the most gentle and caring dentist i have ever seen. He took his time with me and was extremely understanding. He managed to calm me down and i even started to feel somewhat comfortable. This is coming from a person who would rather swim with sharks than go to the dentist. They were amazing. Have found my new permanent dentist. Would recommend. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: My wife recently went to Pacific Smiles in Parramatta for new dentures. The service and experience has been brilliant. It took around six visits. The expertise from Dr Jagad and his assistant Ada or Ava( sorry not sure of name but a lovely lady) was amazing. Dr Jagad is a perfectionist and as a result my wife's new dentures are beautiful.She is thrilled with the result. The staff at reception are also fantastic. Very friendly and helpful and professional. I can't sing their praises enough. Thanks guys for being such a great team.
