Amanda was thorough in her test, Dr Naga echoed her high blood pressure finding so now on medication for that. Both Amanda and Christine thorough in their ECG examination so think I am in good hands

Negative experience: Just to change the name of the physio on a referral letter took 2 weeks. I’ve called the practice quiet a lot of times. Sometimes they don’t answer or if they would, they make a blunt excuse saying that its not ready yet. I don’t recommend this medical practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Byford family practice for minimum 6 years and have had nothing but good experiences. I have been through a lot of injuries and illnesses and all drs at the clinic have worked to assist me. The administration team have also gone above and beyond to assist me in getting urgent appointments or assisted me in getting information from the drs. I highly recommend Byford family practice.

Negative experience: Been with doctor naga for years been getting the stuff around as of late by the twins Anna and donna been an ongoing issue. And now I've missed an appointment this month due to incompetent listening skills complained to naga before. I'll be moving doctors surgeries. 4th time calling trying to book an appointment. It's a shame since I've been with naga consistently since 2015. It's only since the twins started working there I've had none stop issues.

Negative experience: The worst experience of my life! the receptionist practice manager AMANDA (that's how she screamed her name in an evil tone at me) is the nastiest person I have ever had to experience in a professional area. The way she spoke to another patient in front of me telling her to get her own results and make another appointment the practice can get notes faster than a patient can. i will never return to this place. I had to comfort a complete stranger because of the way they were spoken to by so called professional staff! do yourself a favour go to a kinder and more caring practice.

Negative experience: If it weren’t for amazing Dr Anita I would leave this practice. I found one reception staff particularly rude and would call me “darl” On completion of appointment she needed to copy my paperwork and as she is scanning it she’s trying to read what my Dr has written. Her tone of voice sounds like she’s annoyed with simple questions or queries that you may have. Needs to be talked to or maybe needs to reconsider her choice of career.

Negative experience: Dr. Anita is good, some of the reception staff are great (emphasis on "some"), but Dr. Himabindu Potlapadu is the worst GP I've ever experienced and I won't be surprised if she ends up getting sued for malpractice. I've never had a doctor be so rude and condescending, she treated me as if I had no awareness of my own experience whatsoever and as if she was an expert on me without ever having even met me before. I told her I was very slowly lowering my dosage of my anti-depressants (NOT going off them) and so she tried to take me off them completely with no knowledge of my mental health status or history, all because she didn't like the sound of the possible side effects (none of which I said I was experiencing) which you don't have to be a doctor to know was actually very dangerous to my well-being. I left the practice in tears, she put the wrong dosage amounts on my prescriptions in order to try and force me off my medication and she was so belittling that I felt like I'd been punched in the gut when I left her office. Absolutely awful doctor, don't go to her if you want an ounce of empathy or help with anything related to your mental health.

Negative experience: After being a patient here with the lovely Dr Sara I can now say since she left without me being notified and awaiting results of tests which I would never of received without asking and also not being told why Dr Sara left or where too, then being charged $30 to transfer my own medical records to my new GP this place is on my never ever ever list.

Negative experience: New client for 2 kids covid vaccinations and had incredibly poor service from staff. Went to walk in to clinic and was promptly told to wait outside and call. Sat on hold for 10 minutes with no response from reception. Other patients coming and going for vaccinations. 20 minutes past our arrival we give up and just walk in to get attention of nurse. Nurse is surprised we haven't filled out new patient forms despite explaining we couldn't get anyone to check us in. Both kids vaccinated and neither was given Lolly pop despite every kid before and after being given one and them asking as they walked out (nurse may not have heard them). All these small things made us unwelcome as a new client and would not choose to go here again.

Negative experience: Extremely unhelpful doctors.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming and the doctors are incredible. I always feel listened to and cared for! The waiting times are never long and the environment is always clean and relaxing.

Negative experience: Was refused a prescription for an EpiPen for my anaphylaxis to bee stings. The doctor then went on to tell me that I would not be able to purchase one OTC and any chemist selling without a prescription is doing it unlawfully. Furthermore, he added the use of any expired EpiPen in an emergency would be utterly pointless and should not be done.

Fantastic experience: Good doctors very caring and friendly

Negative experience: After 2 low scores on a blood test (and some concern expressed) I was sent for a third test. A week later I hadn't heard back so I phoned in and they said they'd get back to me. 3 weeks later.... nothing. And the second issue I went in for wasn't addressed!

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that Tamara on the reception is exactly the type of person who should greet patients. Tamara was extremely efficient, friendly and even when I didn't have the document I needed, she did not change her attitude, just asked me to call back with details without any sign of being put out or bothered by my oversight. Thanks Tamara pity we can't clone your customer service skills :)
