She was so through and did such amazing work and kept my mother as comfortable as possible. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my mother and making sure she was looked after. Tonight she happily ate her dinner without a single complaint because her teeth are now perfect thanks to you. Truly genuine trustworthy Dr! Definitely will be back Thank you again

Positive experience: Mostly great. My dentist is amazing. They once told me an appointment had been canceled but only after I arrived at the appointment. Claimed they were trying to call but no sign of that my end. Other than that 1 Occassion they're a good dentist.

Negative experience: Do not recommend this clinic. Utter failures at booking and confirming appropriately. Will autobook you for a follow up appt without you asking for one then ring up saying you missed an appointment and asking for cancellation charges. Will also double book and cancel your appointment if you don’t receive the confirmatory text.

Negative experience: I used to go and see a dentist there and service was really good but post-covid the service had gone downhill. Which was why I did not go anymore. A receptionist just said an appointment cancellation done at the earliest possible given the situation is such a waste of time. I appreciate and was apologetic for it up to that point which made me recall the reason I do not go there anymore. Now, you will never be in my consideration set ever again.

Negative experience: Called and asked for the xrays. Being told to fill the form. Complete the form. Being told to seek approval from dentist. 6 phone calls and 2 visits and nothing was done. WHY DO I NEED TO BEG FOR MY XRAYS!!!

Negative experience: Called today to book with Latha and found she’s gone from the practice. What a loss to the practice that they couldn’t keep a good dentist like her. This corporate company seems to have a problem keeping their dentists for longer periods. I won’t be going back here again to them. No consistency and no patient care due to their lack of staff consistency. It’s a red flag when your company loses a good employee.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient to this clinic it can be nerving going to the dentist even with a strong gag reflex. Dr Runeet Bamrah and her assistant Naz were very friendly and patient with me and took their time to provide the best care and professionalism. Negative experience: I attended Pacific Smiles Parkmore on Saturday the 15th of March, I had made a note on my patient form of my PTSD diagnosis and my anxiety, and I informed my dentist and her assistant of this diagnosis as soon as I sat in the chair. For these reasons I can’t recommend Pacific Smiles: During my appointment my dentist: Instead of taking my admission at face value, asked me what trauma I experienced that caused my PTSD: “is it because of your job?” Asked me to sign a consent form AFTER numbing, instead of before. Did not explain how many injections were needed to numb (it was four), and as a result I panicked at the seemingly never ending needle being poked at my face. Spent an uncomfortable amount of time pulling unsuccessfully at the tooth without explaining what was going on, then announced “we need to do a surgical procedure”, grabbed a metal rod and began sawing my tooth apart without care or concern for how terrifying that could be. The door was open for almost the entire procedure, with staff and patients walking past. At one moment I asked for music, as the sound of silence and metal scraping against my teeth was causing me to panic, I informed the dentist and assistant about what was going on, leading the dental assistant to fumble about, looking for YouTube playlists. The dentist did not wait for music to begin and simply continued. This caused me to panic further, trying to signal to my partner to turn on a playlist on his phone instead - and my hand collided with the tray of sterile utensils next to the chair - these utensils were not replaced. No follow up call was made, as promised. The cynical side of me believes the dentist was rushing my procedure so she could finish her shift - as I was asked to arrive half an hour earlier for my appointment, and the office was closed when I went to pay at the point-of-sale.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this business! My mum attended for her first time Today for a clean prior to her appointment we requested the cost for just a clean which we were advised and that was fine come to her appointment today while sitting in the dentist chair and getting the bib like thing placed on her she is then advised that if there is any bleeding that they will have to charge her more ! Wth! This wasn’t mentioned when we made the Initial booking and she had been advised to her prior to her going into the seat! Once the cleaning was done she was then charged an extra $66 just cause she had some bleeding from the clean this is absolutely insane! I’ve been to many dentist’s and not once have I. Been charged extra just cause of some bleeding. Unfortunately I wasn’t there to confront them about this but If I was I’d definitely would have made sure my mum wasn’t taken advantage of. Absolutely ridiculous charging someone extra due to this. Will hands down never recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient it can be daunting to find the right dentist. Dr Runeet Bamrah was thorough, answered all questions and even took time to provide advices on how to look after your teeth. I highly recommend Dr Bamrah!

Negative experience: I’ve come here for over the past year and every single time I’ve had to wait an extended amount of time for the dentists. Don’t bother booking a specified time, you’ll always be running late. Highly inconvenient and unprofessional and a lack of respect for their patients time. I understand sometimes there’s delays however, every single time I’ve come here?? The staff need to review their processes and streamline it. I’ve spoken to the front reception and the best they can only offer is a sorry do you want to reschedule? Just do better. You guys are aware of your weaknesses as a practice, why don’t you work on making it better not only for the staff for the patients. I will not be returning back here. Don’t even bother replying to this and offering a sorry can you email your stupid customer email address that solves nothing.

Negative experience: Do not recommend my child went last week for a general clean and checkup was told he needed a filling turned up today! I asked if he would be in pain as he had his last week of football that he wanted to attend. She said he will be completely fine turned out. The hole was bigger than expected. They spent an hour on him then tell Me he needs a root canal or tooth removed! She made the teeth worse. put in Temporary filling Gave him more numbing injections before we left to ease the pain, Then was told if he's still in pain tonight go back so they can give him another numbing injection so he was able to do his training! Then proceeds to tell me He needs to see other dentist as soon as possible Wow could not believe she had said that! They made a big mistake Hours later he is in a lot of pain and cannot attend his football training! But she stated he would be fine do not recommend my son walked out crying! She actually made the whole situation worse. But happy to take the money we won't be back.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long and I knew I was going to need a lot done. I was quite worried but Dr Latha Manivachagam was very kind and compassionate and got a lot done over four appointments in two weeks, thanks Dr. Latha!

Negative experience: Very poor service. I walked in to make 2 appointments but to be cancelled because they called the wrong number as they didn't confirm the details when I made the booking. It's like people are so free to book the appointment to not attend especially the one that's hard to book. Never gonna go back to this place again.

Negative experience: After 3 months since my intensive teeth cleaning here, I can say that the doctor here is poor (or very poor) in her expertise. When cleaning my teeth, she caused me a lot of pain & bleeding (I already had my doubts at that time). And now, guess what…? my tooth enamel is completely damaged :) Do not recommend! She is highly skilled and professional and has a very calm and reassuring manner which immediately puts you at ease. The staff on the reception desk are also very helpful.

Negative experience: $400 was not enough for a check up and clean for a 15 years old. They are charging arms and legs.

Negative experience: I need to pay more than 100 dollars at my own expense. I thought I would make up for a while. Who knew that it would be over in 20 minutes, not including the reimbursement in the insurance. It‘s too expensive, and the treatment effect is not good, and the cost is still very high. It will never come again. Everyone should also be careful. There is a middle-aged female doctor with high fees.

Negative experience: Went for my first time due to part of an old filling breaking off. Was told to go see a specialist and was given a bunch of maybes from the dentist. She then proceeded to put a temporary filling in place and then dismissed me. Was charged over $300 and no word of a lie by the time I got home I felt the filling she put in had fallen out.

Fantastic experience: My whole family has been seen Dr Geeta Malviya for the past two years at Pacific Smiles in Keysborough. We’ve always been happy with the service from the friendly admin staff and the nurses. And most of all Dr Geeta delivers a great service with utmost care. My most recent experience with the doctor was having veneers done. I was feeling nervous about the procedure most of the time. Dr Geeta not only made me feel comfortable but she did an amazing job by fixing my teeth with a perfect smile. And should be very appreciative of her and the admin staff’s aftercare as well. Will be recommending to everyone about the your great service

Fantastic experience: Pollyvianne Schmidt: I fail to see why you would go to Jacksons Rd Dental Clinic 4 months ago then go to Pacific Smiles a month later and bag them for supposedly not cleaning your supposedly great new teeth from the other supposedly fantastic dentist?? Very suspicious post on your part. The dentist for my wife and I is Dr Mathuri Ranjan who we have been seeing for about 2 years. We've had nothing but polite and excellent service from her and her assistants. Yesterday I needed a molar extracted. I dreaded it because of past experiences with other dentists, so much so that a few years ago, with another dentist, I paid $700 extra to "go under". So you can imagine me nervously sitting in the chair as Mathuri started to go to work. As always she was calm and reassuring. I HATE needles but NEVER feel hers since she uses a pre-numbing wipe-on solution. After quite a few needles that I did not feel AT ALL, I saw her reach for the dreaded tooth puller. She jiggled the molar about, then gave me two more painless needles and waited a minute. Then she jiggled the molar again. Not long later she started raising the chair. "What's wrong?" I asked. "Nothing," she said, "the tooth is out." "What!!??" I had not felt a thing!! I was truly shocked. Need I say that we recommend her?

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Ziyi and Harmony today and very happy with my experience. I had my front central tooth chip off a little which I had it fixed with another dentist, but it kept getting stained after each time they tried polishing it at each check up and clean appointments. Dr Ziyi polished the filling, and I asked him if he could smooth the little dents on the biting edge of the same tooth which he did. He also managed to find a very deep hole, which wasn't decayed but he explained it seems like a lost fissure sealant, on one of my back teeth and he did the fissure sealant on me. When I went to my regular check up just last month with my usual dentist, she didn't tell me about it. Dr Ziyi took a photo and showed me so I could better understand what's happening on the tooth and why I would benefit from having a fissure sealant done. He was very kind, and explained the reason for each treatment and why I would benefit from having it done. He made sure I understood everything and why I needed certain treatments. Thank you!

Negative experience: Did not receive a good service at all. I have never received a cleaning service like that ever before from any dental clinic. I was in and out in 15 minutes and that was supposed to be a cleaning service from 6 months ago. They put some $2 fluoride paste on my teeth and told me to go home and wash my teeth with some squirt picketers from Coles. They seem like they have no idea what they were doing. I am not going back to Pacific Smiles ever again. I pay that much money on health insurance for my teeth and that’s what I get a 15 minute cleaning? and only to be told to go home and clean my own teeth?. So why did I come to your clinic in the first place and waste my money? They also seem like they didn’t want to waste their water cleaning your teeth. It was disgusting.

Negative experience: No stars. Very bad experience. Exactly like last year. Same pattern. I booked today a cleaning only , after the receptionist tried to convince me otherwise, at 2.30 pm for $138. I told her to put the price on the appointment card : $138. When I started the ,,operation,, the doctor, told me that it will cost me $150 . I showed the booking card from 2 hours ago with the $138 price. Nervous I left the premises and I did not do the cleaning. I will never return to this facility. I don t know who is running this place, but the doctors are doing whatever they want there. Do not go there.

Positive experience: Firstly I thought a "dentist" was a "doctor" and should be able to give a prescription for an antibiotic. My dad went to the pacific smiles at keysborough and they told him to go and get antibiotics from his gp before they extracted his tooth. Well of course his gp said he can't do that and he has to go to the dentist. Confused

Negative experience: Most of the dentists are good enough. I think our whole family has seen at least 5 different dentists from there, some better than others. In general, they are friendly and professional. Some of the receptionists however, can do with a lot of improvement in their competency and attitude. On one occasion, they quoted $400 for some filings, which we were able to offset with our private health insurance. We agreed with it. After the procedure, they told us it is now $800. That is double of what was quoted. The amount went above our private insurance, and we had to pay a bit out of pocket when they could have notify us, and we would have done the remainder of the filings in Jan when the private insurance resets. After a fair bit of reasoning, the dentist intervened and helped to resolve this. On another occasion, it took the receptionist a very long time to give us a quote for another child's fillings. I had to ask them for it, and compare between the costs of claiming through medicare vs claiming through private insurance. They just assumed that we do not need to worry about the costs since there is the government's dental assistance. In the end, we had to pay out of pocket for our child's fillings. It was only then I was told that some of the previous items could have been 100% covered by our private health insurance instead of using the government's assistance. The attitude of the receptionist was like, this is common knowledge, we should have known it. As a customer, I do not have visibility as to what items can be claimed 100% from the private health insurance. And my point is, if this is such common knowledge (at least to the receptionist), couldn't she have highlighted that to us when we were doing payment previously. As a result of this, we now have to pay out of pocket when it could have been easily prevented. Between my kids, we could have prevented using some $800+ from the government assistance. Now one of my kids will have nothing left in the medicare for next year. And any future filings will have out of pocket expenses. We enjoyed our visits to Pacific Smiles Dental in the Melbourne City. That was why we continued with Pacific Smiles when we moved to this area. This branch by comparison, is a far cry in the overall experience. Only good thing is that there are still some good dentists there. Update: It seems like they will cut and paste a standard response to any negative review. "We'd like the opportunity to make it right....blah blah..." When I actually email them, no response. Silent. They don't really care about customer satisfaction.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrific dentist. Rang and spoke to Receptionist confirming my appointment and what I required. Emailed through all my dental records to make smoother, arrange sitter for appointment only to turn up and asked to wait - 45 minutes (30 minutes AFTER appointment time - they had put someone else in my timeslot) THEN to be told they CAN'T assist as they wouldn't make enough money from what I required! Disgusted and appalled was the least of my experience- DO NOT recommend.

Negative experience: Visited here back in March 2021 for a check up and two fillings. A cavity in one of my back molars caused a chip. They patched the cavity but left a gap between two of my back molars. They said that was normal and I generally choose to believe my medical professionals. I went back as food kept getting stuck in the gap and was becoming quite painful. I was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I went to another dentist and they were horrified and fixed immediately. Needless to say I won't be going back any time soon.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for my daughter weeks in advance, called the week of to confirm the appointment time, and yet the staff did not have the respect to inform me that the dentist was running behind when I arrived on time for our appointment. Asked 3 times after the appointment time had passed how long it would be, and was told every time 5-10 minutes without them even checking After 45 minutes beyond the appointment time we had to go, with very little apology from the staff member. No explanation, no respect for my time and no offer to reschedule the appointment for another day. Will take my business elsewhere from now on, very disappointing experience

Negative experience: My husband had the misfortune of attending this clinic before our overseas trip. The dentist who saw him was nothing short of a “butcher” according to him. All she was interested in is if we have private health insurance and that he needed to come back. The issue we saw with this approach is, we need a dental clean, you needed to provide a proper clean which was not the case. She finished the shoddy job in 10 minutes flat leaving us with a really bad experience.

Negative experience: My mother in law saw these people a month ago. She is a pensioner and had a government subsidy voucher which she gets annually and is enough to cover a couple of cleans (especially with rebates you get as a pensioner). She has all her teeth and they have been taken care of. She’s seen the same dentist for years. Unfortunately they had shut down for several months refurbishing. So she chose this dentist. Not only did they use the entire $$ worth on the voucher with no explanation , she has had super sensitive teeth for a few weeks since and after the clean 2 of her teeth are loose. Never again. She is so upset.

Negative experience: Today I went with my partner to pacific dental , the team leader lady was so rude to us and she was not even responding properly , she doesn’t know what customer service is and she don’t know how to deal with clients at reception, I would never recommend to go there for dental checkup or any dental problem. Management should look straight to these things .

Negative experience: I have never seen staff like that in my life on reception, the staff on reception she was so rude and kind of racist , if I m saying something she can give answer nicely . If they can’t take help the people there why they have doctors there and ripping off money if they can’t do the treatment as well . The lady on the reception she don’t have sense how to serve people , I would say to management to look on this straight way I would never recommend anyone to go this dental shop in Keysborough Parkmore .

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth checkup today. The service was amazing, friendly and professional. The place was very clean and comfortable. I already booked for my next checkup in 6 months time.

Negative experience: "THEY PUT A FILLING IN THE WRONG TOOTH, IN MY WISDOM TOOTH" It was my first visit to this clinic and I had the worst experience ever. I had Dr Christopher Cadden & dental nurse keyed in the wrong information for my tooth to be filled. So Dr Divya Selva put the filling in the wrong tooth, in my wisdom tooth. She did not even check the x-ray or questioned why you would put a filling on a wisdom teeth. When I went back to check the x-ray Dr Christopher Cadden was so embarrassed of the mistake and to top it off he did not even have a record of my dental plan. So he couldn't even remember which tooth was an issue. He even had the nerve to ask if I wanted the other 2 tooth filled. I politely declined. My jaw was sore and sensitive for several months after this. He quoted 2 tooth on the top and 2 on the bottom of my jaw and on my dental plan he put 3 tooth to be filled on the bottom. My old dentist that owns the his own practice only recommended 1 filling up top. So you can see they work on commission, and it's all about making money. When I addressed this issue with them it took them 2 months to think of an excuse to cover up their mistakes and sent me a letter of excuses denying his mistake. No shame what so ever when they're the ones that caused damage to me. I would of been more understanding if they had just apologized to me for their mistake but they had to save their careers. I have seeked legal advice and they said that it's not worth it, because you can't do anything unless there's a physical impairment. So lesson learned here is be careful of who you trust.

Negative experience: Never will visit this dentist clinic (and network of clinics) ever again. I filled a front tooth after feeling very uncomfortable I returned to have it looked at. The dentist shortened the front tooth and now I have uneven front teeth which looks ugly and will need a $1000+ veneer to fix it Update 22.11.18 Emailed their customer experience people a week ago, but no response.
