Fantastic experience: After my dentist of 35 years retired I found it hard to find another dentist I felt comfortable with until Dr Ben Kim he was very professional he made me feel very comfortable during my clean. It’s the happiest I have felt leaving the dentist. I would recommend him to anyone who has a fear for the dentist. Dr Kim will put you at ease so you have a pleasant experience.

Highly recommend this place to people who have sensitive teeth or sensitive to dental treatment. They put lip balm on my lips when I say my lips are too dry and hard to open my mouth big, which very sweet and thoughtful of them.

Positive experience: 항상갈때마다 스케일링 너무 잘한다 느끼고 꼼꼼 친절 상냥하심. 핫 근데 선생님들이 너무 자주바뀌시고(물론바뀌셧어도 항상 다 잘하심) 요번엔 좀 실망했어요. 스케일링 너무 엉성하게 하신느낌? 받았는데 이건너무 아니지않았나하는 느낌이 들더라고요.물론 잘해주셧는데 그전과는 너무 차이가 났어요..6개월마다해서 느낌아니까~ ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 고정관념인지는 모르겠는데 한국선생님들이 저에겐 맞는듯해요. 요번엔 진짜 느~무 실망요.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful service from very caring and friendly staff. The surgery is very modern and clean. Dr Chloe is an absolute gem. So caring, gentle and professional and she really makes you feel at ease. Dr Chloe also explains the procedure she is performing in detail and constantly checks to ensure that you are not in pain. I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I made an appt 3 months in advance at the clinic for my original dentist for a requested follow up. I get an email confirming my appt with another Dr 3 days before my appt , when I rang to state there was an error , rude reception advised me because I booked online I can’t chose my dr , however I informed her I didn’t book online I booked in the practice after my original appt .she said there is nothing she can do and my dentist is available in 3 weeks so I just had to rebook.I’ve come into practice 3 weeks later on time and she tells me won’t be long . 15 min later she informs me my dr is out shopping and will be here soon . I asked how soon and she didn’t know . I feel this is very unprofessional on all accounts as I had an appointment , it’s not like I was a walk in appt .never will come back and will find another practice who values people time and money.

Negative experience: Don't be fooled by the prettiness of the clinic. I've been hesistant to post this review until I got a second opinion of my situation and it is now evidently clear, the treatment I received was incorrect and a huge waste of money. I first went into the Strathfield clinic with a chipped filling on one of my bottom left back teeth asking for an assessment of the situation. I was advised that my tooth showed signs of being about to crack so it would be best to put in place a crown, so I agreed. After the crown was put in place, my tooth felt oddly sensitive. It had never felt sensitive prior to putting in the crown but I assumed the Dr knows best and it would eventually subside. Roughly 2 months later, the crown itself cracked. So I went back to the clinic and was told "oh wow, such an unusual situation, this never happens" and the crown was replaced with a thicker one. Another 2 months has passed since this crown was put in and it has now cracked again. This felt so dubious so I sought out a second opinion from a different dentist. The new dentist I went to performed thorough xray and analysis of my teeth and showed several issues of why this kept happening. First of all, my upper tooth was protruding and digging into the crown, second of all, the crown was put in too shallow a position to provide ample resistance from the above tooth and thirdly, it wasn't even sealed correctly which is what is causing it to feel sensitive. What a joke. The difference between Grace Dental Strathfield and my new dentist is utterly profound. If I would have stuck with them, the Dr's next course of action was to perform a root canal. Such an unnecssary and expensive procedure, I wonder if the crown was even necessary in the first place or has the Dr just ruined my tooth. How about taking some xrays and doing a proper analysis and treatment plan before undertaking an expensive crown procedure? And if a patient still has sensitivity and the crown cracks, maybe you should find the underlying cause instead of suggesting a potential root canal! Absolute negligence

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in years as they had joined another practice and were just too far away. This is close by and they made me feel as ease. I have such anxiety about going to the dentist but this visit was just easy and if i felt uncomfortable they stopped. They talked me through everything. The receptionist Shy was also very personable and helpful. I'll be back for regular cleaning every 6 months and not every 7+ years I'll post pics when I pick up my teeth whitening kit. The practice is very modern and stylish!

As I walked in they were very hospitable and the dentist himself explained the whole procedure to me, how it would work and the cost at the end. Dr Ben was very open in the details of my wisdom teeth extraction, explaining every step of the way and really put me at ease both before and during the extraction. The dental assistant was absolutely lovely too, offering to hold my hand and even putting calming video on their tv to focus on. The receptionists are also super lovely and very accommodating. Cannot recommend Grace Dental enough for people who especially feel uneasy about going to the dentist. The clean, chic and uplifting environment coincides perfectly with their wonderful staff team!!

Fantastic experience: I took my dad to Grace Dental Group in Strathfield after a friend’s recommendation and was amazed at how friendly the staff/receptionists are. We went there twice and both times the staff greeted us with such big smiles and asked how we were doing. He was treated by Dr Chloe Kim and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of his questions so patiently and treated him very well. The clinic is extremely clean and modern and nurses are friendly. I would definitely recommend to all my relatives and friends.
