Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for a very long time. I am in my 50s and I’ve had sleepless nights with anxiety over it. Dr Moe and his dental nurses made me feel very at ease, comfortable and couldn’t help me more for my anxiety. They were honestly amazing. When I finished I was in shock I had worked myself up so much for the procedure for so long, for it to be as smooth and comfortable as it was. Dr Moe was so kind, understood my anxiety & talked me through each step before doing anything. Everyone involved in my procedure gave me the confidence to prioritise my dental health and go back. So thank you Dr Moe and dental nurses for helping me get over my fear of the dentist.

He goes into great detail to explain what work is required and then during the procedure .The staff are all so friendly and really put you at ease. And the follow up call the next day, really shows their value their duty of care for their patients.

Fantastic experience: I booked in today for my 5 year old to have an appointment, I really liked that the receptionist asked me if there was anything my daughter liked that they could incorporate into her visit to make her feel more comfortable. They said they could put on a show she likes watching, I’m really looking forward to taking my daughter to her appointment and I’m sure she will feel more relaxed with this extra level of thoughtfulness

Fantastic experience: Despite previous dental visits to 2 well known dentists in Lara about my constant pain in my newly filled tooth afew months back, my pain got worst last month and I was in a dilemma as to which dentist to go to next as I prefer someone close to home. I took a chance and made an appointment with Lara Family Dentist which turn out to be a blessing. Dr Moe after afew tests identified the issue immediately as an infected tooth which was not even visible on the x-ray. He extracted the tooth (which was indeed infected with jelly like mass) on the same day and I didn't feel a thing. I'm finally pain free. Thank you Dr Moe for your exceptional care and being a true "medical detective" in your field to diagnose the pain that others miss.

Fantastic experience: I followed mo from a Pacific Smiles because he is a fantastic dentist. He is kind, courteous and incredibly efficient and professional. He has fantastic and very friendly staff and always follows up the next day after fillings and root canals. The TV on the roof is a hit with my kids (and me if I’m honest) and even though it’s a 35min drive for me to get there, I feel it’s worth it. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Lara family dentist are our new dentist after an incredibly gentle and loving first experience with our children. I called and spoke with Sarah to discuss fear my 9 year old had and that she is yet to sit through a dental appointment without getting scared and not allowing the dentist to proceed, she gave me such peace of mind and assured me that they could help. This morning we had a few tears upon arrival but the lovely Sarah made our entry into the dentist a pleasure and low stress, then our dentist Margaret was an angel, taking her time to explain the process and really listen to miss 9s worries, she worked her magic and we have now sat through our very first dentist appointment which is an incredible achievement. I cannot recommend highly enough, everyone we have met with has been kind, gentle and so thoughtful. Thank you all again so much.

Negative experience: Come in approximately 3 weeks ago last minute appointment on a Saturday very thankful hoping to get a badly infected tooth removed, persuaded into a root canal even though I expressed concerns around my body rejecting the root canal due to immunity issues told $250 for stage one charged $340 which hasn't been successful 2 further lots of anitbiotics and a server infection my normal dentist has had to remove the tooth. Very disappointed I wasn't listened to and they tried to cash in on a root canal. I guess lesson learnt stick with your regular dentist who knows you even if in serve agony.

Fantastic experience: So happy to have found this wonderful dentist Dr Mo. He straightaway put me at ease as I am nervous at the dentist and he is so gentle and thorough. I found the whole experience to be exceptional and his receptionist/dental nurse Sarah is also a treasure. I had the most detailed check up and treatment plan and I feel I am in such safe hands. Will definitely be recommending this practice to anybody after a superior dentist.

Fantastic experience: I don't know where to start with this one! Genuinely flawless experience from booking to payment. Husband needed an emergency dental appointment and despite never being patients there previously, the wonderful assistants and Dentist made space for him to pop in this afternoon and get things sorted. Dr Moe was so thorough, gentle and knowledgeable he didn't make it seem like a trip to the dentist at all! Then there are the lengths that they've gone to when I had to call with 20 minutes left to closing time that were amazing! Dr provided a script and the amazing assistant's/reception staff went above and beyond, making a list of nearby pharmacies open at the time and ensuring that we were able to get in touch with the clinical staff over the weekend if things change was genuinely unexpected, but sincerely appreciated! We won't be going to any other dental clinic now - the bar has been set very high by this clinic!

He works around my long hours at work, staying back just to fit me in. You don’t get service like that anymore. Fantastic experience: Finding a new dentist was not something I looked forward to but having been treated by Dr Moe for a couple of years now, we have developed a trusting bond. Apart from being highly experienced, Dr Moe is very gentle and concerned for the well being of his patients. The staff are very friendly too. Following treatment on a historically troublesome tooth, that failed to settle as expected, Moe was willing to take my AH call, provide advice and arrange for a staff member to call me back to see how things were going. Soon after, Moe called back personally with request to see me asap. I am extremely satisfied with the service from Lara Family Dentist and recommend Dr Moe Haggis to any prospective patient.
