Negative experience: At a "Better Smile" with Dr Joel Kligman I'd had a Horrific dental experience several years ago; it's affects still are causing me psychological and emotional trauma. That awful man has ruined my life! He deliberately ruined my tooth and as a consequence the other teeth and crowns were destroyed. He charged me Thousands AU$ and claimed on the receipts that the DCTD made payments for my dental charges. He injected me with a poison that caused me severe pain and subsequent abscess that is took several months to dissipate. If I knew it was an honest mistake, I'd go back and ask for its correction, but I knew it was deliberate and if I went back to him, he would have done worse harm to me. A few weeks later I received a message from a Doctor requesting me for an appointment for a cancer treatment. Apparently he'd listed me as a cancer patient. I'm surprised that he is still well and functioning quite successfully. He had done lots of harm to other innocent people those days according to reviews. He only targets certain people that seem to him easy to dupe. I'm sure he'll never change his evil ways; there are lots of those accomplices who support him. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: So happy - I Just spent all day here getting a bunch of stuff done, cleaning, whitening, fillings, wires and retainers, and the total came to well below expected. The staff were so good, I wouldn’t have persisted with the in chair whitening “zingers” but their support and encouragement kept me in the chair for the full hour and the result was fantastic. And Joel is amazing, he’s completely straightened my teeth with Invisalign, fixed the crowns and made everything look great, I’ve been going to this practice for 10years now and would recommend highly, can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Could not be happier!! I HIGHLY recommend A Better Smile. I had 2x composite veneers put in for cosmetic reasons and they are so expertly done that with just the 2x they have completely changed my smile. I received quotes from other dentist around Sydney, who were recommending I had all of my teeth veneered and were going to charge around $700-$900 per tooth. After seeing Dr Joel Kligman at A Better Smile and hearing he was only going to need to do the 2x at $400 per tooth, I was ecstatic. I can't stop smiling!

Fantastic experience: I first met Joel Kligman in 2008 when he was part of a dental practice at Neutral Bay. It was fortunate for me that Dr Kligman had the expertise, and the experience to recognise that a previous bridge procedure had been botched by another dental practice. He was able to propose a series of treatments to correct the problem and I have since been a Better Smile patient at Dr Kligmans' practices at Lane Cove and in the City. I have had procedures ranging from regular general cleaning to fillings, bridgework, implants and crowns. Joel and his colleagues continue to be friendly, caring and ultra professional.
