Fantastic experience: Overall, this clinic is wonderfully family-friendly. The dentists and front desk team are warm, supportive, and always willing to help. They truly listen and do their best to accommodate our requests and seek best possible solutions, which makes us feel well cared for. I also appreciate how clearly they explain treatment plans in advance—it gives us time to confirm what our private insurance covers and plan ahead with confidence. Fantastic experience: I had such a pleasant experience at this practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. The clinic has a special area just for kids, which helped ease any nerves for my daughter before the appointment. Dr Yu Xiu and her assistant Kelly were very gentle to the both of us. Dr Yu Xiu also took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s not often you say a dental visit is enjoyable, but this one truly was. The receptionists, hygienists, and dentists have always been so compassionate, helpful, and kind. I see Dr Hao who is so personable, non-judgemental, friendly, and helpful - I would strongly recommend this place again and again! Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Yu Xiu and her dental assistant Kelly during my recent check-up, clean, and X-rays. The whole visit was very comfortable from start to finish. The scale and clean was gentle and pain-free — definitely one of the most pleasant cleans I’ve had! Dr. Yu Xiu also carried out a very thorough examination and explained everything clearly, including areas to keep an eye on. I really appreciated the time taken and the care shown. I’ll be returning soon for a couple of fillings and feel very confident I’m in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hao is truly outstanding — professional, patient, and attentive. He performed a periodontal assessment for me, which made me start paying closer attention to my gum health. I’ve seen many dentists in the past, but he was the only one who noticed the chronic pocket pain I've had since my wisdom teeth were removed ten years ago. I cannot recommend him highly enough. While I usually don’t say I’ll return to a medical clinic unless necessary, Dr. Hao is the first person I would think of if I ever had any dental concerns.

Thank you for the service, Dr Yu Xiu was very professional and removed my impacted wisdom teeth with gentle and care. My overall experience at this clinic was very pleasant—staff were warm and professional, and the dental clinic was bright and clean. There was even a TV on the ceiling that I could actually see for once! Dr Yu Xiu was very gentle and frequently checking in during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable, and I am pleased with the results of my filling as well! It looks so natural! Can’t really think of anything bad to say.

Negative experience: As someone who has experienced countless trips to the dentist over a lifetime, it is safe to say my worst experience yet was at All Smiles Centre Felixstow. I was disappointed with several aspects of the services provided by this practice. And after receiving treatment from Ruth, I now have severe, distinct and constant pain that does not abate with time. I recommend avoiding this dentist.
