Fantastic experience: I decided to visit Donnybrook Dental based on reviews and was pleased with the service. I had a check-up, clean and xray with Dr Ahad. I also suspected one tooth needed some extra attention and she was able to repair the tooth at the same time. Dr Ahad was very professional and gentle during my treatment. Apart from some minor discomfort, it was actually a really positive experience. I will definitely feel comfortable going back and recommending her to others.

My daughter needed multiple extractions in preparation for her braces, and I was naturally a bit anxious about how she’d cope—but the staff, especially Jackie, made the whole process smooth and comforting from start to finish. They were so patient and gentle with her, taking the time to explain each step and making sure she felt safe and understood throughout even during her panic they were happy to wait and reassure her. What really stood out to me was the genuine aftercare—Jackie made a point to call the next day after our multiple appointments to check in on how my daughter was feeling. That personal touch meant the world to us and showed just how much they truly care about their patients, not just during the appointment but afterwards too. Fantastic experience: The reception is approachable and very friendly. The dentist and her assistant are amazing. They welcomed me warmly and felt very safe as they did the procedure. The dentist did give some tips on dental health which is very helpful. I feel that my teeth were thoroughly cleaned. The clinic is clean and smells good. No strong odour like others.

Changed 4 dentist in Melbourne and I guess I found the last stop for me and my family. When I visit others dentist clinics they were just interested in the money and finding the easy way for themself pulling the teeth straight even without an xray. I guess one thing apart from the service you expect proper explanation as a patient about whats going on with your mouth. And Dr Zainab just done that every step of the way She informed me with all possibilities and solutions. Place to go when it comes to your dental health.

I took my dad today for an emergency dental service and Dr julia was very informative of every treatment option available. Very calming, as well despite it was an emergency case. I would like to also thank Mandy (Front desk staff) for her willingness to make every patient feel at ease and Maha (DA) for her continuous desire to help throughout the appointment.
