Fantastic experience: A friend recommended Swann Dentistry. I recently saw Dr Duy Huynh for a double tooth extraction. I used to love going to the dentist - however in the last decade I've had horrible experiences which made me neglect the health of my teeth. My faith in a Dentist was restored at Swann Dentistry. Dr Duy Huynh is far the best dentist I have seen to date. He is highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable & very patient. Exceptionally kind & caring taking time explaining & answering queries. I got through my dentist appointment because he & his assistant made me feel comfortable & brave as well as checking to see if I was ok before he started procedure, which you don't really receive all this care with other dentists. Also my friend Harriet who recommended Swann Dentistry was accurate in saying this dentist is the best! After my past experiences-I can honestly say that I've found a great dentist and I have a smile on my face looking forward to all my future dentist appointments with Dr Duy Huong at Swann Dentistry. If you are holding back from going to a dentist be assured you won't be disappointed at Swann Dentistry. All reception staff are also exceptionally kind and friendly as well. Fantastic experience: Been here for over 5 years. Did some orthodontics here as a teenager and they were great. They're professional and careful. The environment is always clean and they have just recently renovated too so come check them out. Many employees also speak Vietnamese so if you have family members who aren't comfortable with English they should be able to accommodate you.

Fantastic experience: My Mum has been taking me here since I was a very young boy. Has always been our reliable family dentist. Thorough, professional, reliable tending to oral health. You can really tell that they have a passionate drive to ensure your teeth and overall oral health is at a 100% healthy condition every visit. I have always been quite tolerant to pain and prodding in the mouth, but the dentists here always check in on you to ensure you are comfortable before proceeding. Negative experience: I arrived ten minutes before my apt. Was told they where running 20 mins late. That's a half an hour wait in an uncomfortable and unwelcoming waiting room. The clinic had a bad vibe, it's at the back of a small pharmacy and the receptionist was unapologetic. I asked to reschedule, and told her my availability. She didn't listen and suggested I book when I had to work. So I walked out.

Sure, there are the dental procedures to be borne, but under the care of the highly skilled Dr Xuan I am confident that I am in good hands. I particularly appreciate the time she devotes to pre procedure discussion, answering all my questions, and the way she talks me through procedures. She is a friendly and professional dentist and these values are reflected throughout the entire practice. I always feel welcomed by the very helpful reception staff. Furthermore I have recently accompanied a highly anxious client to appointments with Dr Joslyn Lay. His approach has been so patient and kind that over a number of visits my client’s dental anxiety has significantly decreased. I understand he’s great with kids.Congratulations to all the staff for creating such an accessible friendly practice.
