Fantastic experience: A very big thank you to Dr Mohit Dubey and the rest of the team at The Dentists of Sunbury! Dr Mohit and his support team were extremely delicate when operating inside of my mouth, there was minimal uncomfortability throughout the procedure (which lasted 4 hours) and I felt very safe and reassured the entire time. I’ve been dealing with a litter of health issues for the last couple of years and have struggled a lot with sensitivity to light, sound, pain and temperature. It was a big deal to come in today and I was quite nervous about doing the surgery but the entire team was so warm and welcoming that it didn’t feel like it at all! I was allowed to take breaks when I needed to. I could get up and walk around have a stretch chat with the staff. It didn’t feel like being at a dental surgery, but more like being at someone’s house. I was allowed to bring in my own sunglasses, use my noise cancelling earphones and play music while they did their thing which helped to dampen all the brightness and noise of the operating theatre. Everyone I’ve dealt with here are genuinely lovely humans and are always up for a chat. I’ll be telling all my friends to come here and I strongly recommend anyone else reading this review does as well

As a new patient I had a comfortable experience from the moment I walked into the clinic, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Fantastic experience: We are new to the area and were recommended Dentists of Sunbury by our lovely neighbour. My 84 year old mother had very few remaining teeth so she knew she would need to do something. After a comprehensive appointment with Dr Mohit mum decided she would like to have implants on the bottom and a denture on the top. Not a cheap exercise so it was a big decision for her. But after meeting Dr Mohit and the team she felt so reassured and was ready to go ahead. We are now 6 weeks after the procedure and mum and I could not be happier with the work that was done. But even more on top of that.. and I can’t really even put this into words, we cannot believe the level of care that she was given throughout the entire process. It was nothing short of INCREDIBLE! Dr Mohit is the KINDEST, the most professional and most talented dental professional you could ever meet. His manner is just so lovely and he really takes his time reassuring all his patients. He never comes across as rushed, whoever he is talking to at that moment has his absolute full attention and care. It didn’t just end there. Dr Mohit’s entire team are incredible also!! The nurses, the reception staff, Daniel who made mum’s beautiful new teeth and of course the wonderful BELLA :) Such an OUTSTANDING WHOLE TEAM! Bella provided a go between service from Dr Mohit to ourselves before and after surgery. Bella thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the level of genuine care and support you provided mum and myself on a daily basis, for all those weeks, constantly checking in and seeing how mum was and how you could help, you are such an huge asset to the Dentists of Sunbury! The personal service you provided is something we will never forget. xo We are so grateful to the entire team for such a wonderful outcome. If you are considering going to these dentists, don’t hesitate. You will be so very glad you did!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but admiration for Dr Mohit Dubey at Dentists of Sunbury. He explains what is needed to be done. I am always nervous at the dentist, but Dr Mohit always asks if I am OK and I feel very relaxed in his care. I have had several fillings, three full crowns and a partial metallic plate. All of which I am very satisfied with.

Fantastic experience: They were absolutely fantastic, injected me with metal spikes, drills and saws, finished off with plier technique. Very authentic torture experience, highly recommend this dentist team. Look at me! I walked out alive! Jokes aside, they are a very calm, understanding team that were very receptive to any additional pain that appeared as we were starting. No complications and by the time I'd finished counting backwards from 1000 in lots of 7 it was over.

Fantastic experience: I have been a smoker for over 50 years and wanted to get whiter teeth. I was able to discuss what options there were for my issue. After X rays were taken and various photos taken of my teeth an appointment was made for the hygienist to lean my teeth. The results were far better than I had anticipated and my family was amazed and pleased. I would recommend the Dentists of Sunbury to anyone requiring dental work.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Aditi is an extremely diligent, compassionate and dedicated professional who did a magnificent job on prepping and installing 27 Crowns and removing an infected tooth. I felt safe and supported throughout the entire process and was treated with a high level of respect. The reasons were a few; to see how the team operates and to combine the visit with some urgent implant work that had to be done urgently. The reason was my Sydney dentist had been neglectful of what needed to be done in a timely manner. What I found on all fronts was amazing. Fantastic experience: I, and my whole family has been coming to this dental for longer than I can remember. Where to begin, Let's begin from walking in to the dental clinic, what a friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic team. Always greeted by a smile, all of the receptionists/dental assistants are wonderful and really know how to build a great link with each patient. I normally see Mohit DUBEY at the clinic but I have seen other dentists at that clinic as well. Mohit his a wonderful person and talks to each individual with respect. I normally hate going to the dentist, I GUESS THAT IS MY PHOBIA and everyone has one and going to the dentist clinic is mine. But since I have been coming to Horne st dental and getting my procedures done by Mohit DUBEY, it has made my dental journey much easier and less scarier. Mohit really knows how to make his patients feel comfortable and affcose all the assistants there are the same, they always try to make every patient feel comfortable and happy. My wife comes to the same dentist and she has nothing but good things to say as well. My kids also love coming to Horne st Dental because team knows how to make kids comfortable. Completelty painless process and they were very communicative throughout the whole thing. Fantastic experience: Hi well here goes it, as a young kid I HATED dentists when I was 20 a Dr Forehead in Launceston worked out that as a redhead, I am resistant to dental anaesthetic, he fitted a crown for me and so begins the latest segment of the story. Earlier in 2023 after 43 years that crown broke off, having been to Horne St Dental before Covid I called them up an made an appointment with Dr Aditi ?, seems I now needed a root canal to have a new crown fitted, having explained my problem with anathesia to Dr Aditi we proceeded and no pain to be had and a few visits later I must say Dr Aditi was vary caring, skilled dentist and did a great job doing the last fillings without anaesthetic (did not need it) and its all good, so I highly recommend Horne St Detal to you all, absolutely fantastic dentist and nurses, topped by friendly helpful receptionists.

Fantastic experience: The team at Horne Street Dental Group are all very welcoming from the moment you walk in. They give a thorough check up, taking their time to talk you through the process. They do not judge you but give honest and practical advice and happy to answer any questions you may have. Although I have been in the public system for a long time they have done more for my teeth in the last week than I have had done in the last 15 years. Will definitely be going back for all my dental needs from now on.

I am a nervous patient but Dr Mohit is very reassuring and explains what he is doing every step of the process. Due to this my anxiety about visiting the dentist has drastically reduced. He has fixed my dental problems to the stage that we are just at a maintenance level. I cannot recommend him high enough!

Fantastic experience: I get very anxious when it comes to medical procedures involving needles. Before my orthodontist appointment I had to have 6 teeth removed. Dr Mohit and his nurse Jenny made prior arrangements for me to have nitrous oxide before they begun extraction of my teeth. Throughout the procedure they made sure I was fine and calm. My mum was also reassured by the practice manager, Jacqui that I will be fine. I would highly recommend this practice and the awesome, caring, dedicated and lovely team. Thank you Dr Mohit and team.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist I have ever visited in my lifetime. I suffer from bad dental anxiety and have recently had a terrible experience at another dental surgery in Sunbury. Needing a new dentist a family friend referred me to Horne Street Dental. WOW!!! The dentist is not just highly skilled but also very patient and understanding. Not once was I rushed through my procedure and they also asked if I would like to have things explained to me or not. I was given different options for pain relief and the procedure was amazing. Their dental assistant Holly was also very caring too. In fact all of their staff are not just highy trained and professional but also understanding too. The entire staff at Horne Street Dental give absolute 5 star professional customer service. Even when booking my appointment the receptionist who had never spoken to me before answered all of my questions. She made me feel valued didn't rush to hang up on me. I have quite a bad fear of the dentist however this was such a fantastic experience that I feel I will no longer be worried about going back for my much needed follow up appointments. They offer happy gas if you want it, headphones with your choice of music and even the numbing liquid (used before the needle) tastes and smells very nice. I didn't even feel the numbing needles. Having worked in customer service most of my life, I can honestly say their their staff are A+++. Thank you so much. I will be recommending your dental practice to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I have a severe dental phobia. I see Mohit who is extremely calm, encouraging, understanding and patient with me when I am freaking out. He is a very professional and obviously knows what he is doing. All the staff from front of house to the Denatl Assistants are absolutely brilliant. The care shown towards me before, during and after my procedures is of a high standard. I would honestly say to you... if you are needing dental care go and see Mohit and his team. You will not regret it. I highly recommend this great team!!
