He took the time my brother needed, didn't rush him, or talk over him, and explained thoroughly what the procedure would involve, and how we would proceed. The nurses are lovely and helpful, and Audrey explained the costs of the procedure thoroughly, which put my brother's mind at ease. Fantastic experience: Had a dental implant at Polished which went extremely well and was very impressed. They were as pain free as any dentist can be. The doctors and receptions are all absolutely fantastic. Could not recommend this dental practice any higher and I had dental phobia for about 40 years. Now I enjoy my visits there, great people that really look after you.

Just by being genuine about my wellbeing and making the experience about my comfort and treatment, removed any anxiety I may have had. It was such a great experience that my whole family now attend Polished Dental and we’ve had everything from cleans and check-ups, crowns, braces and Invisalign. Fantastic experience: An exceptional dental practice. Dr. Andrew skillfully performed a wisdom tooth extraction for me, making it the most painless experience. He is a very approachable and easy-going doctor. I have also had the opportunity to interact with Dr. Lijin, who is equally outstanding in providing care during check-ups.

Negative experience: The administrative staff is generally polite and welcoming. The office is well-maintained but quite small. The examination rooms are extremely cramped and without windows, so individuals who experience claustrophobia should avoid this facility. Dr. Andrew Ong's conduct is unprofessional, demonstrating rudeness and incompetence. He caused significant harm to my wife's jaw, which she still can not open even half way and continues to require treatment five months later. Throughout the procedure, she repeatedly voiced her concerns about the excessive pressure on her jaw, expressing fear of potential dislocation. Dr. Ong responded by becoming increasingly impatient, to the extent that he momentarily halted the procedure, stood up, and demanded that she remain quiet or leave. Mid-procedure. Given the circumstances, she had little choice but to continue with the procedure. Subsequently, she suffered a TMJ dislocation, a ruptured masseter, and her gum and root canal were destroyed. Furthermore, in regards to my youngest son he suggested a general anaesthetic as the preferred option for a tooth extraction for a six-year-old, and without adequately addressing the associated risks. In fact, it was more of a directive than a recommendation. This approach also happened to be the most expensive method for tooth extraction. Dr. Ong purportedly identified teeth requiring extraction in my son that the school dentist had been unable to detect a year earlier, nor our new dentist two months later. When we canceled an upcoming check-up for our older son in light of these events, the clinic incessantly called and texted me to reschedule, persisting for weeks until I confronted them about the harassment. 3-9 phone calls a day plus texts is absurd. While the clinic offers diverse payment options, it appears that financial interests may be their primary focus. Proceed with caution if you choose to seek treatment at this facility. Edit: Dear practice manager Argumentum ad populum is a logical fallacy. Medical malpractice only has to happen once to be malpractice. If you want to talk about the reviews of others however please note many of them reviews they weren't a fan of the dentist and mention he was rude. Who do you think that might be? My review is not about "discomfort". My review is avout material harm occasioning injury to persons caused by incorrect treatment by a medical professional. Using the fact my wife is scared of dentists as an excuse is low

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Thomas if your child has ASD or is neurodiverse. He was friendly and welcoming and immediately put my son at ease. He asked him along the way if any of the techniques were uncomfortable or triggered his sensory response, and modified as best ad he could. My son was extremely anxious about seeing dentists after wearing braces and having previous negative experiences, and now has a positive experience to remember. Thanks to the team at Polished

Thomas Gao, my dentist, was very understanding throughout the whole process and presented the treatment options well so I could make an informed decision about what to do. Fantastic experience: These people work really hard to make you love dentists! From reception to the assistants, whole staff is friendly, kind, helpful and supportive. Thanks to Dt Thomas that my 8 year old son is not scared of the dentists anymore and even willing to go there and leaving happily with no pain. Another dentist was able to extract two unrecoverable but complicated fully decayed teeth at once without any problems. Their prices are also reasonable and they offer bulk billing if you are eligible. Strongly recommend those guys. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Went with my teenage son yesterday and was very happy with the service and quality of care which was very personal and genuine The day before when I called to make an appointment just talking to the receptionist alone left me with a positive impression The following day there was a different receptionist who offered on her own accord to check my sons government eligibility for the dental care program , and when we weren't she offered a student discount the doctor himself was very engaging , friendly and had an open minded mentality that you rarely come across in a " non designated holistic dentist " The prices are very competitive and they cap out of pocket expenses which again reflects a genuine care to make dentistry more affordable

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists and practice. I’m getting my Invisalign treatment done here and the dentist makes you feel very relaxed. They have a tv on the ceiling to distract yourself as well.
