Negative experience: Went to this dentist for my last wisdom extraction, they tried to charge me 1300 + another 500 for cleaning the little area and xray, which is dirty in my opinion. No class. Ontop of that they expected me to wait 2 whole weeks for surgery so I simply cancelled went to another dentist in villawood and told them exactly the same what I told Local dentist, fix me up for 600 on the SAME DAY! With all the appropriate needles and everything. No trying to lure us to do more jobs or and sleazy things but these guys in Auburn are Absolutely disgusting people. They smile in your face and try to milk every dollar you have. Do not run your business like that, otherwise you have people like me telling others to avoid such a trick of a place. Thank God I went to another dentist. Ps- they want to call me a liar, so I had to edit the review and add recepts in to prove I actually was there. (Xray email they sent me after getting my xray/clean there) Is this how you treat negative reviews? By calling them liars? Alright there ya go buddy. Recipts in your eyes, I do not want an apology, I want you guys to do better. Stop calling your past patients liars either. Don't look good for your business.

Fantastic experience: Just saw Dr. Ken today and honestly, what a legend. Super friendly, made me feel totally at ease, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he really knows his stuff but doesn’t make you feel rushed or like just another patient. The whole team was great—really warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The clinic’s super clean and modern too, which is always a plus. I usually dread going to the dentist, but this was probably the most stress-free visit I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional but also down-to-earth and easy to talk to, I can’t recommend Dr. Ken enough.

Fantastic experience: So far I have seen Dr. Ken and Dr .noor they both are very good with kids .they can easily work out the type of treatment need for a child and how to resolve it they have plan for children who need extra treatment or support and they will explain the plan in a very detail way and. they do welcome for any questions . reminders for 6 months clean and check up through various ways are also plus point of the service and they are very experienced I must say with the kind of service I received by the doctors and the kind and helpful staff members .

Negative experience: Phoned for basic tooth extraction This is a 15min job. Don't need xray or inspection just jab me pulling out. Found elsewhere.

Negative experience: I saw Dr Kenneth the other day and he is definitely professional and knowledgeable about dentistry but his people skills can be improved. I also found him lacking in diagnosing issues with my teeth which have since been sorted by another dentist. I've seen my fair share of dentists and I would say the way he talks to you whilst he is cleaning your teeth and after is quite patronizing. I understand his intent is to be helpful, but for patients like myself who have listened and done everything according to best practice from dentist advice, it comes off as patronizing especially if you have been doing exactly what he is suggesting you to do. I found Dr Kenneth to be quite good with answering my questions but he lacks a sense of assurance I would want from my dentist. He seems to try too hard to come up with an answer. I would rather my dentist say something like "I am not sure" or "I don't know" followed by "there could be many reasons/issues, etc", rather than provide a plausible but unlikely explanation. When I told Dr Kenneth about my toothache, he took an x-ray, some intraoral photos and said everything looked fine. He is quite conservative with this treatment approach which is a very good trait to have. However, he should listen more intently to patients to understand if the patient feels something is wrong. Patients know their own bodies the best. In my case, a few weeks after seeing Dr Kenneth, I went to another dentist who used a Diagnocam and found some decay underneath and around the margins of a filling which was causing my toothache. Not all dental clinics are the same, even the newer ones, so do your homework on what technology is used and offered by each clinic. Dr Kenneth could have used the $ spent on the TVs in the ceilings on a Diagnocam and the Kavo RONDOflex Plus for patients. I found Dr Kenneth online after my old dentist retired and all in all, compared to other dentists I have seen, he is lacking. On a positive note, the dental assistant was very friendly.

He also took the time to explain concepts which were unfamiliar to me. Dr Ken took proper X-rays of my teeth and went through these with me, whilst also showing me the images so I could understand what he was talking about (all in the first time I had been to see him).
