Fantastic experience: Let’s face it - going to the dentist isn’t genuinely enjoyable - but it comes pretty close at Signature Smiles Randwick! Seriously though - I have been going here for years. Dr Lewis and the wonderful Sam have been my go to team. They are conscientious, knowledgable and Dr Lewis takes all the time needed to explain everything I need to know. He is also highly skilled - pulled out a wisdom tooth and my recovery was almost painless with no complications. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been to this clinic twice in the past two weeks, firstly for a check up and clean and then for wisdom teeth extraction. On both occasions I was warmly welcomed into the Clinic by Sam and made feel very comfortable about what work would be done. Dr Lewis was amazing, he explained everything thoroughly and constantly checked that I was doing ok. I highly recommend this dental clinic for anybody that is uneasy having work done on your teeth. Fantastic experience: Dr Lewis Risk is a terrific dentist…very kind, professional and always willing to explain the steps if a procedure is going to be painful or complex. The rest of his team is great as well. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re always cheerful and flexible with bookings if an appointment is needed urgently. They’re also excellent with children. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist before here in Australia and I loved this experience. My tooth was aching abs my gums bleeding more that usual so I got worried and decided to book a last minute dentist and it was the best thing I did. Doctor Lewis is excellent, a good listener abs super knowledgeable and calmed me down. He did a very deep cleaning to my teeth and x rays and check up all of that for $199. I was with them almost 2 hours. The receptionist she’s just amazing! Super welcoming. As soon as I got in she said “Hi Miriam” and she didn’t even know me so I felt very appreciated. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: 1st time Dentist visit in Australia and from reception to the dentist chair, everything went smoothly in an informative and very friendly fashion. Procedures were explained clearly from X ray to scaling. I used to get an annual check up at home in the UK (which is a tad difficult nowadays). Needless to say, this practice will be my 'go to' from now on :)

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a dentist in Australia, I attended Randwick Smiles yesterday, and while walking through the door, was greeted with the shining smile of Samia. She helped me through the forms and gave me a brief rundown of what was happening once I got in the chair. Dr. Lewis worked on my teeth and was fantastic. Talked me through everything that was happening and also gave a little background on the procedure and how it used to be done. I was at ease the entire time. Great staff. Comfortable environment. A very professional practice where I feel comfortable taking their advice as to what is best for my teeth. All the staff are friendly and happy to help.

Fantastic experience: We went to Dr. Lewis because my son had an accident at school and our regular dentist was away. He came in early even though he wasn’t supposed to start yet and so patient. My daughter who is always so scared of dentist is now requesting to go to Dr. Lewis and today she had a tooth taken out. Dr. Lewis went the extra mile and took his time to make her comfortable and even though she screamed and cried, it’s so much less than she used to do considering she wouldn’t even let any other dentist to see her teeth before. He also rang us after to check on her and spoke to her and it’s very comforting for us.

Positive experience: I’m doing a root canal treatment at Randwick Smiles and everything is going very well. They have a modern and nice room. Also they have been very informative and made me feel safe and comfortable during procedures. The only problem I’d mention is the price. It’s a bit expensive and thats why I’m not giving 5 stars. But definitely worth it how much you pay.

My dentist had me and out within the hour with an almost pain free service, getting straight to the source of my pain. Special thanks to the charming Irish dental nurse who calmed the nerves of 29 yr old still scared if the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nicholas Messenger is a very experienced and caring Dentist and has been our family dentist for around 6 or 7 years now. Dr Messenger and his team took the time to get to know us personally and has always provided a professional service. The prices are very reasonable and the service is of high quality. Randwick Smiles is also very conveniently located next to Randwick shopping centre. I used to never care about my teeth until one day the pain didn't go away and I couldn't handle it anymore. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. My view of dentists use to be they cost a lot and I'd rather my teeth fall out then see a dentist. I was lucky to find Dr Messenger. He educated me about my situation which changed my perspective. Dentists can be caring people. In fact that is how I feel about Dr Messenger. After getting all my teeth fixed, I now wish I had gone in earlier to prevent the problems I had. I go back regularly now for maintenance checkup and clean which is mostly covered by health insurance. I now treat my teeth like my car. If it is not cleaned and serviced, then I cannot expect them to last. Thank you Dr Nicholas Messenger and the team behind Randwick Smiles for the care and dedication over the last 7 years.
